1 Iisaa haaldiri e maɓɓe banndol kasen, wii ɓe:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 —Laamu Laamɗo ana wa'i hono no kaananke kuurtinanɗo ɓiyum gorko, so waɗani ɗum yannge.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 O neli gollooɓe makko noddanoya mo ɲaamooɓe, kaa gansaaɓe ɓee calii warde.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 O neli kasen gollooɓe woɓɓe, o wii ɗum'en: «Mbiyee gansaaɓe ɓee ɲiiri yannge ndii moƴƴinaama faa gasi, mi hirsii ga'i e ɲalbi payɗi, hankasen fuu lanndinaama, ɓe ngara ɓe nootoo yannge oo.»
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Kaa gansaaɓe ɓee koyni mo, kiinnii haajuuji mum'en: oo ngesa mum, oo jaagu mum.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Heddiiɓe ɓee nanngi gollooɓe ɓee, torri ɓe, mbari ɓe.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Kaananke oo mettaa, neli sordaasi'en mum mbaroyi ɓeen ɲaaɗuɓe ko'e, nduppi ngeenndi mum'en.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Caggal ɗum, o wii gollooɓe makko ɓee: «Ɲiiri yannge ndii moƴƴinaama, kaa gansaaɓe ɓee kaandaa e ɲaamde ndi.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Ɗum nee, njehee dow mbeddaaji mawɗi ɗii, noddon neɗɗo fuu mo kawru-ɗon wara ɲaama ɲiiri yannge oo ndii.»
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Kaadime'en ɓee njehi dow mbeddaaji ɗii, noddi yimɓe ɓe tawi ton fuu gila e bonɓe faa e moƴƴuɓe faa galle ɗo yannge oo waɗata ɗoo heewi yimɓe.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Nde kaananke oo naati faa yiya noddaaɓe ɓee ndee, o soynii gorko mo paraaki.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 O wii ɗum: «Giɗam, hono naatir-ɗaa ɗoo tawi a paraaki?» Kaa oon deƴƴinii.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 E ley ɗum, kaananke oo wii gollooɓe ɓee: «Kaɓɓee juuɗe makko e koyɗe makko, tippo-ɗon mo e ley nimre sella ndee, ton o wullata o ŋerƴondira ɲiiƴe.»
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Iisaa jokki wiide:
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Farisa'en njehi ndawridoyi no tuufiranta Iisaa e ley haala mum.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Ɗum nee, haalan min koɗum anndu-ɗaa e ɗum ɗoo: ana dagoo min ndokka kaananke Roma mawɗo oo lampo naa dagaaki?
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Kaa Iisaa ana anndi anniyaaji maɓɓe bonɗi ɗii. O wii ɓe:
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Kollee kam kaalisi joɓirteeɗo lampo oo.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 O lamndii ɓe, o wii:
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Ɓe njaabii mo, ɓe mbii:
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Haaynii ɓe nde ɓe nani oo jaabu ndee. Ɓe celi mo, ɓe mbitti.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 E ley oon ɲalooma jaati, yoga e waaldeSaduki'en ngari e Iisaa. Kamɓe ngoni fennuɓe immital.

24 Ɓe lamndii mo, ɓe mbii:
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Waɗiino e ɓettaade to amen rimdaaɓe njeɗɗon worɓe. Arano oo caggal dewlii, maayi heɓaali ɓiɗɗo. Miɲiiko gorko ɓamti debbo makko oo,
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 kaɲum duu maayi heɓaali ɓiɗɗo. Tataɓo oo duu jokki hen faa yottii njeɗɗaɓo oo.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Caggal maɓɓe ɓe fuu, debbo oo duu maayi.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Ɲannde immital nee, homo e njeɗɗon ɓee debbo oo laatotoo jom suudu mum? Sabi ɓe fuu ɓe ɓamiino mo.
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Iisaa jaabii ɓe, wii:
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Sabi so maayɓe immitike, worɓe ɓamataa, rewɓe ɓamataake, ɓe laatoto hono no malaa'ika'en wonɓe dow kammu ɓee nii.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 E haala immital maayɓe, tama on njanngaali ko Laamɗo wii on koo? O wii:
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 «Miin woni Laamɗo Ibarahiima, Laamɗo Isiyaaka, Laamɗo Yaakuuba.» Laamɗo yo Laamɗo wuurɓe, wanaa Laamɗo maayɓe.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:

36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Iisaa jaabii mo, wii:
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.

38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Yamiroore ɗiɗaɓere hono mayre annii: «Njiɗiraa tanaa maa no njiɗir-ɗaa hoore maa nii.»
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Tawreeta Muusaa e dewte annabaaɓe ɗee fuu e ɗeen jamirooje ɗiɗi pawii.
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Nde wonnoo Farisa'en ɓee ana kawriti, Iisaa lamndii ɓe, wii:
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 —Koɗum miilu-ɗon e Almasiihu oo? O taanii homo?
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 O wii ɓe:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 «Joomiraaɗo wii Joomam:
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 So Daawuuda ana noddira mo «Joomam», ndennoo, hono mo laatortoo taanum tan?
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Ɓe fuu ɓe ndonki jaabaade mo fay karrol. Gila ɲannde nden, fay gooto suusaali lamndaade mo lamndi goɗɗi.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
