Romanos 12

1 I BESEECH then of you, my brethren, by the mercies of Aloha, that you present your bodies a sacrifice, living and holy and acceptable unto Aloha, in a rational service.
1 Suplico-vos, pois, irmãos, pelas misericórdias de Deus, de apresentardes os vossos corpos em sacrifício vivo, santo e agradável a Deus, que é o vosso culto racional.
2 And be not likened unto this world, but be changed by the renewing of your minds, that you may discern what is the will of Aloha, good, and acceptable, and perfect.
2 E não sede conformados com este mundo, mas sede transformados pela renovação da vossa mente, para que experimenteis qual é a boa, agradável e perfeita vontade de Deus.
3 But I tell you all through the grace which is given to me, that you are not to think beyond what it is proper to think; but that you think with sobriety, every man as Aloha hath divided to him faith in measure.
3 Pois eu digo, pela graça que me é dada, para todo mundo que está dentre vós, não pense de si mesmo muito mais do que deveria pensar, senão que pense com sobriedade, assim como Deus tem dado a cada um uma medida de fé.
4 For as in one body we have many members, and as all the members have not one work,
4 Porque assim como temos muitos membros em um corpo, e nem todos os membros têm a mesma função,
5 so also we who are many are one body in the Meshiha; but we are each of us members one of another.
5 assim nós, que somos muitos, somos um só corpo em Cristo, e cada um, membros uns dos outros.
6 But we have various gifts according to the grace that is given to us: is it prophecy? (let him who has received it) prophesy according to the measure of the faith.
6 Então, tendo diferentes dons, segundo a graça que nos foi dada, se for profecia, profetizemos segundo a medida da fé;
7 Hath (another the gift) of ministry? (let him be employed) in his ministry; he who is a teacher, (let him labour) in his teaching;
7 se é ministério, seja em ministrar; se é ensinar, haja dedicação no ensinar;
8 he who is an exhorter, in his exhorting; as he who giveth, (let him give with simplicity;) and he who presideth, (let it be) with diligence; and he who (is engaged in works) of mercy, with cheerfulness.
8 ou o que exorta, na exortação; o que reparte, faça-o com simplicidade; o que governa, com diligência; o que demonstra misericórdia, com alegria.
9 And let not your love be guileful; abhor things evil, cleave to the good.
9 O amor seja sem dissimulação. Aborrecei o que é mau e apegai-vos ao que é bom.
10 Be tender to your brethren, and love one another, being forward to honour one another.
10 Sede amigavelmente afeiçoados uns aos outros com amor fraternal, preferindo-vos em honra uns aos outros.
11 Be diligent, and not slothful, be fervent in spirit, be serving your Lord.
11 Não sejais negligentes nas atividades; ferventes no espírito, servindo ao Senhor.
12 Rejoice in your hope, sustain your afflictions, be constant in prayer;
12 Regozijai-vos na esperança, sede pacientes na tribulação, perseverai na oração;
13 distributing to the necessity of the saints. Be kind to strangers.
13 compartindo à necessidade dos santos, sede dados à hospitalidade.
14 Bless your persecutors; bless, and curse not.
14 Abençoai aos que vos perseguem; abençoai e não amaldiçoeis.
15 Rejoice with them who rejoice, and weep with them who weep.
15 Regozijai-vos com os que se regozijam, e chorai com os que choram.
16 And what you think of yourselves, (that) also think of your brethren; nor think with a high mind, but incline to them who are humble; and be not wise in the conceit of your own mind.
16 Tende o mesmo pensamento uns para com os outros; Não tencione coisas altas, mas condescendem a homens de baixa renda. Não sejais sábios em seus próprios conceitos.
17 And repay to no man evil for evil, but be careful to do good before all men.
17 Não retribuas a nenhum homem mal por mal; procurai as coisas honestas à vista de todos os homens.
18 And if possible, as much as is in you, with all men make peace.
18 Se for possível, no que depender de vós, vivei em paz com todos os homens.
19 And avenge not yourselves, my beloved, but give place unto wrath; for it is written, that if thou execute not judgment for thyself, I will execute thy judgment, saith Aloha.
19 Amados, não vos vingueis a vós mesmos, mas dai lugar à ira, porque está escrito: A vingança é minha; eu recompensarei, diz o Senhor.
20 And if thy adversary hunger, feed him; and if he thirst, give him drink: and if these things thou do unto him, coals of fire thou wilt heap upon his head.
20 Portanto, se o teu inimigo tiver fome, alimenta-o; se ele tiver sede, dá-lhe de beber; porque fazendo isto, amontoarás brasas de fogo sobre a sua cabeça.
21 Let not evil overcome you, but overcome evil with good.
21 Não sejas vencido pelo mal, mas vence o mal com o bem.
