2 Filho do homem, dirige o teu rosto contra os filhos de Amom, e profetiza contra eles.

6 Porque assim diz o Senhor Deus: Visto como bateste com as mãos, e pateaste com os pés, e te alegraste com todo o despeito do teu coração contra a terra de Israel;

You|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" be|strong="H3027" like|strong="H3651" the|strong="H0853" valuable things soldiers|strong="H5971" take|strong="H3045" in|strong="H5921" war. You|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" lose your|strong="H3068" inheritance and|strong="H3068" die|strong="H0006" in|strong="H5921" faraway lands|strong="H0776". I|strong="H0589" will|strong="H3068" destroy|strong="H8045" your|strong="H3068" country|strong="H0776"! Then|strong="H0853" you|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" know|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3588" I|strong="H0589" am|strong="H0589" the|strong="H0853" LORD|strong="H3068".’”
7 portanto eis que eu tenho estendido a minha mão contra ti, e te darei por despojo às nações, e te arrancarei dentre os povos, e te destruirei dentre os países, e de todo acabarei contigo; e saberás que eu sou o Senhor.

8 Assim diz o Senhor Deus: Visto como dizem em Moabe. e Seir: Eis que a casa de Judá é como todas as nações;

9 portanto, eis que eu abrirei o lado de Moabe desde as cidades, desde as suas cidades que estão pela banda das fronteiras, a glória do país, Bete-Jesimote, Baal-Meom, e até Quiriataim,

They|strong="H5921" will|strong="H1471" get your|strong="H5414" land. 10 e ao povo do Oriente, juntamente com os filhos de Amom, eu o entregarei em possessão, para que não haja mais memória dos filhos de Amom entre as nações.

11 Também executarei juízos contra Moabe; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor.
12 This|strong="H3541" is|strong="H1004" what|strong="H3541" the|strong="H0559" Lord|strong="H0136" GOD|strong="H0136" says|strong="H0559": “The|strong="H0559" people of|strong="H1004" Edom|strong="H0123" turned|strong="H1004" against the|strong="H0559" family|strong="H1004" of|strong="H1004" Judah|strong="H3063" and|strong="H3063" tried to|strong="H0559" get even|strong="H6213". The|strong="H0559" people of|strong="H1004" Edom|strong="H0123" are|strong="H1004" guilty|strong="H0816".”
12 Assim diz o Senhor Deus: Pois que Edom se houve vingativamente para com a casa de Judá, e se fez culpadíssimo, vingando-se deles.
13 So|strong="H3651" the|strong="H0559" Lord|strong="H0136" GOD|strong="H0136" says|strong="H0559": “I|strong="H5414" will|strong="H2719" punish Edom|strong="H0123". I|strong="H5414" will|strong="H2719" destroy|strong="H2719" the|strong="H0559" people|strong="H0120" and|strong="H3027" the|strong="H0559" animals|strong="H0929" in|strong="H5921" Edom|strong="H0123". I|strong="H5414" will|strong="H2719" destroy|strong="H2719" the|strong="H0559" whole country of|strong="H3027" Edom|strong="H0123", all|strong="H4480" the|strong="H0559" way|strong="H3541" from|strong="H4480" Teman|strong="H8487" to|strong="H0559" Dedan|strong="H1719". The|strong="H0559" Edomites|strong="H0123" will|strong="H2719" be|strong="H3027" killed|strong="H2719" in|strong="H5921" battle.
13 portanto assim diz o Senhor Deus: Também estenderei a minha mão contra Edom, e arrancarei dele homens e animais; e o tornarei em deserto desde Temã; e cairão à espada até Dedã.
14 I|strong="H5414" will|strong="H3478" use my|strong="H5414" people|strong="H5971" Israel|strong="H3478" and|strong="H3478" get even|strong="H0853" against|strong="H3027" Edom|strong="H0123". In|strong="H3478" this|strong="H3045" way the|strong="H0853" people|strong="H5971" of|strong="H3027" Israel|strong="H3478" will|strong="H3478" show|strong="H3045" my|strong="H5414" anger|strong="H0639" against|strong="H3027" Edom|strong="H0123". Then|strong="H0853" the|strong="H0853" people|strong="H5971" of|strong="H3027" Edom|strong="H0123" will|strong="H3478" know|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3045" I|strong="H5414" punished them|strong="H5414".” This|strong="H3045" is|strong="H3027" what|strong="H3045" the|strong="H0853" Lord|strong="H0136" GOD|strong="H0136" said.
14 E exercerei a minha vingança sobre Edom, pela mão do meu povo de Israel; e farão em Edom segundo a minha ira e segundo o meu furor; e conhecerão a minha vingança, diz o Senhor Deus.

15 Assim diz o Senhor Deus: Porquanto os filisteus se houveram vingativamente, e executaram vingança com despeito de coração, para destruírem com perpétua inimizade;
16 So|strong="H3651" the|strong="H0853" Lord|strong="H0136" GOD|strong="H0136" said|strong="H0559", “I|strong="H2005" will|strong="H3027" punish the|strong="H0853" Philistines|strong="H6430". Yes|strong="H2005", I|strong="H2005" will|strong="H3027" destroy|strong="H0006" those|strong="H5921" people from|strong="H5921" Crete. I|strong="H2005" will|strong="H3027" completely|strong="H3772" destroy|strong="H0006" those|strong="H5921" people who|strong="H0559" live on|strong="H5921" the|strong="H0853" seacoast.
16 portanto assim diz o Senhor Deus: Eis que estendo a minha mão contra os filisteus, e arrancarei os quereteus, e destruirei o resto da costa do mar.
17 I|strong="H0589" will|strong="H3068" punish them|strong="H5414"—I|strong="H0589" will|strong="H3068" get even|strong="H3588". I|strong="H0589" will|strong="H3068" let|strong="H5414" my|strong="H5414" anger|strong="H2534" teach|strong="H3045" them|strong="H5414" a|strong="H3588" lesson. Then|strong="H0853" they|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3068" know|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3588" I|strong="H0589" am|strong="H0589" the|strong="H0853" LORD|strong="H3068"!”
17 E executarei neles grandes vinganças, com furiosos castigos; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor, quando eu tiver exercido a minha vingança sobre eles.
