2 Suddenly|strong="G0869" a|strong="G1096" noise|strong="G2279" came|strong="G1096" from|strong="G1537" heaven|strong="G3772". It|strong="G5342" sounded like|strong="G5618" a|strong="G1096" strong wind|strong="G4157" blowing|strong="G5342". This|strong="G3588" noise|strong="G2279" filled|strong="G4137" the|strong="G3588" whole|strong="G3650" house|strong="G3624" where|strong="G3757" they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G1510" sitting|strong="G2521".
3 They|strong="G0846" saw|strong="G3708" something|strong="G3708" that|strong="G3708" looked|strong="G3708" like|strong="G5616" flames of|strong="G1520" fire|strong="G4442". The|strong="G2532" flames were|strong="G0846" separated and|strong="G2532" stood over|strong="G1909" each|strong="G1538" person|strong="G1538" there.
4 They|strong="G0846" were|strong="G3956" all|strong="G3956" filled|strong="G4130" with|strong="G2532" the|strong="G3956" Holy|strong="G0040" Spirit|strong="G4151", and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G0846" began|strong="G0757" to|strong="G0757" speak|strong="G2980" different|strong="G2087" languages|strong="G1100". 11 Crete, and|strong="G2532" Arabia. Some|strong="G3588" of|strong="G2316" us|strong="G0191" were|strong="G2453" born Jews|strong="G2453", and|strong="G2532" others|strong="G3588" have|strong="G2532" changed their|strong="G0846" religion to|strong="G2532" worship God|strong="G2316" like|strong="G0846" Jews|strong="G2453". 13 But|strong="G1161" others|strong="G2087" were|strong="G1510" laughing at|strong="G1161" the|strong="G3004" apostles, saying|strong="G3004" they|strong="G3754" were|strong="G1510" drunk|strong="G3325" from|strong="G1510" too much wine|strong="G1098".
14 Then|strong="G2532" Peter|strong="G4074" stood|strong="G2476" up|strong="G1869" with|strong="G4862" the|strong="G3956" other|strong="G1161" eleven|strong="G1733" apostles. 30 He|strong="G2532" was|strong="G3588" a|strong="G3708" prophet|strong="G4396" and|strong="G2532" knew|strong="G1492" something|strong="G3708" that|strong="G3754" God|strong="G2316" had|strong="G2316" said|strong="G2532". God|strong="G2316" had|strong="G2316" promised David that|strong="G3754" someone from|strong="G1537" his|strong="G0846" own|strong="G0846" family would|strong="G0846" sit|strong="G2523" on|strong="G1909" David’s throne|strong="G2362" as|strong="G2532" king.
31 David knew this|strong="G3588" before|strong="G1519" it|strong="G0846" happened|strong="G3588". That|strong="G3754" is|strong="G3588" why he|strong="G0846" said|strong="G2980" this|strong="G3588" about|strong="G4012" that|strong="G3754" future king:

They|strong="G2532" also|strong="G2532" ate together|strong="G3661" in|strong="G1722" their|strong="G2532" homes|strong="G3624". They|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3588" happy to|strong="G2596" share|strong="G3335" their|strong="G2532" food|strong="G5160" and|strong="G2532" ate with|strong="G1722" joyful hearts|strong="G2588".
47 The|strong="G3588" believers praised God|strong="G2316" and|strong="G2532" were|strong="G2992" respected by|strong="G2596" all|strong="G3650" the|strong="G3588" people|strong="G2992". More|strong="G2596" and|strong="G2532" more|strong="G2596" people|strong="G2992" were|strong="G2992" being|strong="G2192" saved|strong="G4982" every|strong="G2596" day|strong="G2250", and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962" was|strong="G3588" adding|strong="G4369" them|strong="G0846" to|strong="G4314" their|strong="G0846" group.
