1 Ephraim feedeth on|strong="H1004" wind, and|strong="H3063" followeth after|strong="H1004" the|strong="H5437" east wind: he|strong="H1004" continually multiplieth lies|strong="H3585" and|strong="H3063" desolation; and|strong="H3063" they|strong="H3478" make|strong="H5437" a|strong="H3068" covenant with|strong="H5973" Assyria, and|strong="H3063" oil is|strong="H3478" carried|strong="H5437" into|strong="H3063" Egypt.
1 Efraim apascenta o vento e persegue o vento leste todo o dia; multiplica mentiras e destruição e faz aliança com a Assíria, e o azeite se leva ao Egito.
2 Jehovah|strong="H3068" hath|strong="H7307" also|strong="H3117" a|strong="H3068" controversy with|strong="H5973" Judah, and|strong="H3117" will|strong="H4714" punish Jacob according to|strong="H3117" his|strong="H3605" ways; according to|strong="H3117" his|strong="H3605" doings will|strong="H4714" he|strong="H3117" recompense him|strong="H5973".
2 O Senhor também com Judá tem contenda e castigará Jacó segundo o seu proceder; segundo as suas obras, o recompensará.
3 In|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" womb he|strong="H3068" took|strong="H7725" his|strong="H3068" brother by|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" heel; and|strong="H3063" in|strong="H5921" his|strong="H3068" manhood he|strong="H3068" had|strong="H3068" power with|strong="H5973" God|strong="H3068":
3 No ventre, pegou do calcanhar de seu irmão; no vigor da sua idade, lutou com Deus;
4 yea, he had power|strong="H8280" over the angel, and prevailed; he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him at Beth-el, and there he spake with|strong="H8280" us,
4 lutou com o anjo e prevaleceu; chorou e lhe pediu mercê; em Betel, achou a Deus, e ali falou Deus conosco.
5 even Jehovah|strong="H3068", the|strong="H1696" God|strong="H1008" of|strong="H4397" hosts; Jehovah|strong="H3068" is|strong="H8033" his|strong="H4672" memorial name.
5 O Senhor , o Deus dos Exércitos, o Senhor é o seu nome;
6 Therefore|strong="H3068" turn thou to|strong="H3068" thy|strong="H3068" God|strong="H3068": keep kindness and|strong="H3068" justice, and|strong="H3068" wait for|strong="H3068" thy|strong="H3068" God|strong="H3068" continually|strong="H3068".
6 converte-te a teu Deus, guarda o amor e o juízo e no teu Deus espera sempre.
7 He is a|strong="H3068" trafficker, the|strong="H8104" balances of|strong="H4941" deceit are|strong="H4941" in|strong="H7725" his|strong="H8104" hand: he|strong="H7725" loveth to|strong="H7725" oppress.
7 Efraim, mercador, tem nas mãos balança enganosa e ama a opressão;
8 And|strong="H3027" Ephraim said, Surely I|strong="H3027" am become|strong="H3027" rich, I|strong="H3027" have|strong="H3027" found me|strong="H3027" wealth: in|strong="H3027" all my|strong="H3027" labors they|strong="H3027" shall|strong="H3027" find in|strong="H3027" me|strong="H3027" no iniquity that|strong="H3027" were|strong="H3027" sin.
8 mas diz: Contudo, me tenho enriquecido e adquirido grandes bens; em todos esses meus esforços, não acharão em mim iniquidade alguma, nada que seja pecado.
9 But|strong="H3808" I|strong="H3808" am Jehovah|strong="H3068" thy|strong="H4672" God|strong="H3808" from|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" land of|strong="H3605" Egypt; I|strong="H3808" will|strong="H3808" yet|strong="H3808" again make thee|strong="H4672" to|strong="H3808" dwell in|strong="H4672" tents, as|strong="H3605" in|strong="H4672" the|strong="H3605" days of|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" solemn feast.
9 Mas eu sou o Senhor , teu Deus, desde a terra do Egito; eu ainda te farei habitar em tendas, como nos dias da festa.
10 I|strong="H3117" have|strong="H3068" also|strong="H3068" spoken unto|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" prophets, and|strong="H3068" I|strong="H3117" have|strong="H3068" multiplied visions; and|strong="H3068" by|strong="H3117" the|strong="H3068" ministry of|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" prophets have|strong="H3068" I|strong="H3117" used similitudes.
10 Falei aos profetas e multipliquei as visões; e, pelo ministério dos profetas, propus símiles.
11 Is|strong="H3027" Gilead iniquity? they|strong="H5921" are|strong="H3027" altogether false; in|strong="H5921" Gilgal they|strong="H5921" sacrifice bullocks; yea, their|strong="H5921" altars are|strong="H3027" as|strong="H1696" heaps in|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" furrows of|strong="H3027" the|strong="H5921" field.
11 Se há em Gileade transgressão, pura vaidade são eles; se em Gilgal sacrificam bois, os seus altares são como montões de pedra nos sulcos dos campos.
12 And|strong="H4196" Jacob fled into|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" field|strong="H7704" of|strong="H4196" Aram, and|strong="H4196" Israel served|strong="H1961" for|strong="H5921" a|strong="H3068" wife, and|strong="H4196" for|strong="H5921" a|strong="H3068" wife he|strong="H5921" kept|strong="H1961" sheep.
12 Jacó fugiu para a terra da Síria, e Israel serviu por uma mulher e por ela guardou o gado.
13 And|strong="H3478" by|strong="H3478" a|strong="H3068" prophet Jehovah|strong="H3068" brought|strong="H3478" Israel|strong="H3478" up out of|strong="H7704" Egypt, and|strong="H3478" by|strong="H3478" a|strong="H3068" prophet was|strong="H3478" he|strong="H3478" preserved|strong="H8104".
13 Mas o Senhor , por meio de um profeta, fez subir a Israel do Egito e, por um profeta, foi ele guardado.
14 Ephraim hath|strong="H3068" provoked to|strong="H3478" anger most|strong="H3068" bitterly: therefore|strong="H3068" shall|strong="H3068" his|strong="H8104" blood be|strong="H3068" left|strong="H3478" upon|strong="H5927" him|strong="H5927", and|strong="H3478" his|strong="H8104" reproach shall|strong="H3068" his|strong="H8104" Lord|strong="H3068" return unto|strong="H3068" him|strong="H5927".
14 Efraim mui amargamente provocou à ira; portanto, o Senhor deixará ficar sobre ele o sangue por ele derramado; e fará cair sobre ele o seu opróbrio.
