1 I will give thee thanks with my whole heart: Before the gods will I sing praises unto thee.
1 Render-te-ei graças, Senhor , de todo o meu coração; na presença dos poderosos te cantarei louvores.
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, And give thanks unto thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: For thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
2 Prostrar-me-ei para o teu santo templo e louvarei o teu nome, por causa da tua misericórdia e da tua verdade, pois magnificaste acima de tudo o teu nome e a tua palavra.
3 In the day that I called thou answeredst me, Thou didst encourage me with strength in my soul.
3 No dia em que eu clamei, tu me acudiste e alentaste a força de minha alma.
4 All the kings of the earth shall give thee thanks, O Jehovah, For they have heard the words of thy mouth.
4 Render-te-ão graças, ó Senhor , todos os reis da terra, quando ouvirem as palavras da tua boca,
5 Yea, they shall sing of the ways of Jehovah; For great is the glory of Jehovah.
5 e cantarão os caminhos do Senhor , pois grande é a glória do
6 For though Jehovah is high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly; But the haughty he knoweth from afar.
6 O Senhor é excelso, contudo, atenta para os humildes; os soberbos, ele os conhece de longe.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me; Thou wilt stretch forth thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, And thy right hand will save me.
7 Se ando em meio à tribulação, tu me refazes a vida; estendes a mão contra a ira dos meus inimigos; a tua destra me salva.
8 Jehovah will perfect that which concerneth me: Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, Forsake not the works of thine own hands.
8 O que a mim me concerne o Senhor levará a bom termo; a tua misericórdia, ó não desampares as obras das tuas mãos.
