1 O|strong="H3068" God, thou|strong="H1961" art|strong="H1961" my|strong="H1732" God; early will|strong="H1961" I|strong="H1961" seek thee: my|strong="H1732" soul thirsteth for|strong="H1961" thee, my|strong="H1732" flesh longeth for|strong="H1961" thee, in|strong="H1732" a|strong="H3068" dry and|strong="H3063" weary land, where no|strong="H1961" water is|strong="H1961".
1 Ó Deus, tu és o meu Deus; eu te busco ansiosamente. A minha alma tem sede de ti; meu corpo te almeja, como terra árida, exausta e sem água.
2 So|strong="H1097" have|strong="H4325" I|strong="H5315" looked upon thee in|strong="H1320" the|strong="H4325" sanctuary, to|strong="H4325" see thy|strong="H4325" power and|strong="H4325" thy|strong="H4325" glory.
2 Assim, quero ver-te no santuário, para contemplar a tua força e a tua glória.
3 For|strong="H3651" thy|strong="H7200" lovingkindness is|strong="H3651" better than life; my|strong="H7200" lips shall|strong="H5797" praise thee|strong="H7200".
3 Porque a tua graça é melhor do que a vida; os meus lábios te louvam.
4 So|strong="H3588" will|strong="H2617" I|strong="H3588" bless thee|strong="H2896" while|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" live|strong="H2416": I|strong="H3588" will|strong="H2617" lift up my|strong="H3588" hands in|strong="H2896" thy|strong="H7623" name.
4 Assim, eu te bendirei enquanto viver; em teu nome, levanto as mãos.
5 My|strong="H5375" soul shall|strong="H2416" be|strong="H8034" satisfied as|strong="H3651" with|strong="H3651" marrow and|strong="H3709" fatness; and|strong="H3709" my|strong="H5375" mouth shall|strong="H2416" praise|strong="H1288" thee|strong="H1288" with|strong="H3651" joyful lips;
5 Como de saborosa comida se farta a minha alma; e, com júbilo nos lábios, a minha boca te louva,
6 When|strong="H3644" I|strong="H5315" remember thee upon|strong="H7646" my|strong="H5315" bed, and meditate on|strong="H6310" thee in|strong="H5315" the|strong="H1984" night watches.
6 no meu leito, quando de ti me recordo e em ti medito, durante as vigílias da noite.
7 For|strong="H5921" thou hast been|strong="H2142" my|strong="H5921" help, and|strong="H2142" in|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" shadow of|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H2142" wings will I|strong="H5921" rejoice.
7 Porque tu tens sido o meu auxílio; à sombra das tuas asas, eu canto de alegria.
8 My|strong="H1961" soul followeth hard after|strong="H1961" thee: thy right hand upholdeth me|strong="H1961".
8 A minha alma apega-se a ti; a tua mão direita me ampara.
9 But|strong="H3225" those|strong="H5315" that|strong="H5315" seek my|strong="H8551" soul|strong="H5315", to|strong="H5315" destroy it|strong="H5315", shall|strong="H5315" go into the|strong="H8551" lower parts of|strong="H5315" the|strong="H8551" earth.
9 Porém os que procuram destruir a minha vida descerão às profundezas da terra.
10 They|strong="H1992" shall|strong="H5315" be|strong="H5315" given over to|strong="H1245" the|strong="H1245" power of|strong="H5315" the|strong="H1245" sword: they|strong="H1992" shall|strong="H5315" be|strong="H5315" a|strong="H3068" portion for|strong="H5315" foxes.
10 Serão entregues ao poder da espada e virão a ser pasto dos chacais.
11 But|strong="H1961" the|strong="H5921" king|strong="H5921" shall|strong="H2719" rejoice in|strong="H5921" God|strong="H3027": every one|strong="H1961" that|strong="H3027" sweareth by|strong="H3027" him|strong="H5921" shall|strong="H2719" glory; for|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" mouth of|strong="H3027" them|strong="H5921" that|strong="H3027" speak lies|strong="H1961" shall|strong="H2719" be|strong="H1961" stopped.
11 Mas o rei se alegrará em Deus; quem por ele jura se gloriará, pois se tapará a boca dos que proferem mentira.
