1 Exaltar-te-ei, ó Senhor , porque tu me exaltaste; e não fizeste com que meus inimigos se alegrassem sobre mim.
2 O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068" my|strong="H3068" God|strong="H3068", I|strong="H3588" cried unto|strong="H3068" thee, and|strong="H3068" thou|strong="H3588" hast healed me|strong="H7311".
2 Senhor , meu Deus, clamei a ti, e tu me saraste.
3 O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068", thou hast brought|strong="H3068" up my|strong="H3068" soul from|strong="H3068" Sheol: thou hast kept me alive, that|strong="H3068" I|strong="H3068" should|strong="H3068" not go|strong="H3068" down to|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" pit.
3 Senhor , fizeste subir a minha alma da sepultura; conservaste-me a vida para que não descesse ao abismo.
4 Sing praise unto|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068", O|strong="H3068" ye saints of|strong="H3068" his|strong="H3068", and|strong="H3068" give|strong="H2421" thanks to|strong="H3381" his|strong="H3068" holy name.
4 Cantai ao Senhor , vós que sois seus santos, e celebrai a memória da sua santidade.
5 For|strong="H3068" his|strong="H3068" anger is|strong="H3068" but|strong="H3068" for|strong="H3068" a|strong="H3068" moment; in|strong="H3068" his|strong="H3068" favour is|strong="H3068" life: weeping may|strong="H3068" tarry for|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" night, but|strong="H3068" joy cometh in|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" morning.
5 Porque a sua ira dura só um momento; no seu favor está a vida; o choro pode durar uma noite, mas a alegria vem pela manhã.

6 Eu dizia na minha prosperidade: Não vacilarei jamais.
7 Thou, LORD|strong="H3068", of|strong="H5769" thy favour hadst made my mountain to|strong="H5769" stand strong: thou didst hide thy face; I|strong="H7959" was troubled.
7 Tu, Senhor , pelo teu favor fizeste forte a minha montanha; tu encobriste o teu rosto, e fiquei perturbado.
8 I|strong="H6440" cried to|strong="H3068" thee|strong="H6440", O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068"; and|strong="H3068" unto|strong="H3068" the|strong="H6440" LORD|strong="H3068" I|strong="H6440" made|strong="H1961" supplication:
8 A ti, Senhor , clamei, e ao Senhor supliquei.
9 What profit is|strong="H3068" there|strong="H3068" in|strong="H3068" my|strong="H3068" blood, when|strong="H3068" I|strong="H3068" go|strong="H3068" down|strong="H7121" to|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" pit? Shall|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" dust praise thee? shall|strong="H3068" it|strong="H7121" declare thy|strong="H3068" truth?
9 Que proveito há no meu sangue, quando desço à cova? Porventura, te louvará o pó? Anunciará ele a tua verdade?
10 Hear|strong="H5046", O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068", and|strong="H1818" have mercy upon|strong="H3381" me|strong="H5046": LORD|strong="H3068", be|strong="H1818" thou|strong="H4100" my|strong="H5046" helper.
10 Ouve, Senhor , e tem piedade de mim; Senhor , sê o meu auxílio.
11 Thou|strong="H1961" hast turned|strong="H1961" for|strong="H3068" me|strong="H1961" my|strong="H8085" mourning into|strong="H1961" dancing; thou|strong="H1961" hast loosed my|strong="H8085" sackcloth, and|strong="H3068" girded me|strong="H1961" with|strong="H3068" gladness:
11 Tornaste o meu pranto em folguedo; tiraste o meu cilício e me cingiste de alegria;
12 To|strong="H2015" the|strong="H6605" end that my glory may sing praise to|strong="H2015" thee, and|strong="H8242" not|strong="H6605" be silent. O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068" my|strong="H6605" God, I will give|strong="H2015" thanks unto|strong="H2015" thee for|strong="H8057" ever.
12 para que a minha glória te cante louvores e não se cale; Senhor , Deus meu, eu te louvarei para sempre.
