1 Os céus proclamam a glória de Deus; o firmamento demonstra a habilidade de suas mãos.
2 Day unto|strong="H5046" day uttereth speech, and|strong="H8064" night unto|strong="H5046" night sheweth|strong="H5046" knowledge.
2 Dia após dia, eles continuam a falar; noite após noite, eles o tornam conhecido.
3 There|strong="H3117" is|strong="H3117" no speech nor|strong="H3117" language; their|strong="H3117" voice cannot be|strong="H3117" heard.

8 Os preceitos do S enhor são justos e alegram o coração. Os mandamentos do S e iluminam a vida.

9 O temor do S enhor é puro e dura para sempre. As instruções do S e todas elas são corretas.
10 More to|strong="H3068" be|strong="H3068" desired are|strong="H3068" they|strong="H3068" than|strong="H3068" gold, yea, than|strong="H3068" much fine gold: sweeter also|strong="H3068" than|strong="H3068" honey and|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" honeycomb.
10 São mais desejáveis que o ouro, mesmo o ouro puro. São mais doces que o mel, mesmo o mel que goteja do favo.
11 Moreover by|strong="H2091" them is|strong="H2091" thy|strong="H2530" servant warned: in|strong="H7227" keeping of|strong="H2091" them there is|strong="H2091" great|strong="H7227" reward.
11 São uma advertência para teu servo, grande recompensa para quem os cumpre.

12 Quem é capaz de distinguir os próprios erros? Absolve-me das faltas que me são ocultas.
13 Keep back thy|strong="H5641" servant also from|strong="H5352" presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me|strong="H5641": then shall|strong="H4310" I be perfect, and|strong="H5352" I shall|strong="H4310" be clear|strong="H5352" from|strong="H5352" great transgression.
13 Livra teu servo dos pecados intencionais! Não permitas que me controlem. Então serei inculpável e inocente de grande pecado.
