Salmos 71

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

In thee, O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, do I put my trust|strong="H2620": let me never|strong="H0408" be put to confusion|strong="H0954".

Deliver|strong="H5337" me in thy righteousness|strong="H6666", and cause me to escape|strong="H6403": incline|strong="H5186" thine ear|strong="H0241" unto me, and save|strong="H3467" me.

Be thou my strong|strong="H6697" habitation|strong="H4583", whereunto I may continually|strong="H8548" resort|strong="H0935": thou hast given commandment|strong="H6680" to save|strong="H3467" me; for thou art my rock|strong="H5553" and my fortress|strong="H4686".

Deliver|strong="H6403" me, O my God|strong="H0430", out of the hand|strong="H3027" of the wicked|strong="H7563", out of the hand|strong="H3709" of the unrighteous|strong="H5765" and cruel man|strong="H2556".

For thou art my hope|strong="H8615", O Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w*: thou art my trust|strong="H4009" from my youth|strong="H5271".

By thee have I been holden up|strong="H5564" from the womb|strong="H0990": thou art he that took|strong="H1491" me out of my mother’s|strong="H0517" bowels|strong="H4578": my praise|strong="H8416" shall be continually|strong="H8548" of thee.

I am as a wonder|strong="H4159" unto many|strong="H7227"; but thou art my strong|strong="H5797" refuge|strong="H4268".

Let my mouth|strong="H6310" be filled|strong="H4390" with thy praise|strong="H8416" and with thy honour|strong="H8597" all the day|strong="H3117".

Cast me not off|strong="H7993" in the time|strong="H6256" of old age|strong="H2209"; forsake|strong="H5800" me not when my strength|strong="H3581" faileth|strong="H3615".

For mine enemies|strong="H0341" speak|strong="H0559" against me; and they that lay wait|strong="H8104" for my soul|strong="H5315" take counsel|strong="H3289" together|strong="H3162",

Saying|strong="H0559", God|strong="H0430" hath forsaken|strong="H5800" him: persecute|strong="H7291" and take|strong="H8610" him; for there is none to deliver|strong="H5337" him.

O God|strong="H0430", be not far|strong="H7368" from me: O my God|strong="H0430", make haste|strong="H2363" for my help|strong="H5833".

Let them be confounded|strong="H0954" and consumed|strong="H3615" that are adversaries|strong="H7853" to my soul|strong="H5315"; let them be covered|strong="H5844" with reproach|strong="H2781" and dishonour|strong="H3639" that seek|strong="H1245" my hurt|strong="H7451".

But I will hope|strong="H3176" continually|strong="H8548", and will yet praise|strong="H8416" thee more|strong="H3254" and more|strong="H3254".

My mouth|strong="H6310" shall shew forth|strong="H5608" thy righteousness|strong="H6666" and thy salvation|strong="H8668" all the day|strong="H3117"; for I know|strong="H3045" not the numbers|strong="H5615" thereof.

I will go in|strong="H0935" the strength|strong="H1369" of the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w*: I will make mention|strong="H2142" of thy righteousness|strong="H6666", even of thine only.

O God|strong="H0430", thou hast taught|strong="H3925" me from my youth|strong="H5271": and hitherto have I declared|strong="H5046" thy wondrous works|strong="H6381".

Now also when|strong="H5704" I am old|strong="H2209" and grayheaded|strong="H7872", O God|strong="H0430", forsake|strong="H5800" me not; until I have shewed|strong="H5046" thy strength|strong="H2220" unto this generation|strong="H1755", and thy power|strong="H1369" to every one that is to come|strong="H0935".

Thy righteousness|strong="H6666" also, O God|strong="H0430", is very high|strong="H4791", who hast done|strong="H6213" great things|strong="H1419": O God|strong="H0430", who is like unto thee!

Thou, which hast shewed|strong="H7200" me great|strong="H7227" and sore|strong="H7451" troubles|strong="H6869", shalt quicken|strong="H2421" me again|strong="H7725", and shalt bring me up|strong="H5927" again|strong="H7725" from the depths|strong="H8415" of the earth|strong="H0776".

Thou shalt increase|strong="H7235" my greatness|strong="H1420", and comfort|strong="H5162" me on every side|strong="H5437".

I will also praise|strong="H3034" thee with the psaltery|strong="H3627", even thy truth|strong="H0571", O my God|strong="H0430": unto thee will I sing|strong="H2167" with the harp|strong="H3658", O thou Holy One|strong="H6918" of Israel|strong="H3478".

My lips|strong="H8193" shall greatly rejoice|strong="H7442" when I sing|strong="H2167" unto thee; and my soul|strong="H5315", which thou hast redeemed|strong="H6299".

My tongue|strong="H3956" also shall talk|strong="H1897" of thy righteousness|strong="H6666" all the day|strong="H3117" long: for they are confounded|strong="H0954", for they are brought unto shame|strong="H2659", that seek|strong="H1245" my hurt|strong="H7451".
