1 Let God|strong="H0430" arise|strong="H6965", let his enemies|strong="H0341" be scattered|strong="H6327": let them also that hate|strong="H8130" him flee|strong="H5127" before|strong="H6440" him.
1 Deus se levanta; os seus inimigos se dispersam; os que o odeiam fogem da sua presença.
2 As smoke|strong="H6227" is driven away|strong="H5086", so drive them away|strong="H5086": as wax|strong="H1749" melteth|strong="H4549" before|strong="H6440" the fire|strong="H0784", so let the wicked|strong="H7563" perish|strong="H0006" at the presence|strong="H6440" of God|strong="H0430".
2 Como se dissipa a fumaça, assim tu os dispersas; como a cera se derrete perto do fogo, assim os ímpios somem da presença de Deus.
3 But let the righteous|strong="H6662" be glad|strong="H8055"; let them rejoice|strong="H5970" before|strong="H6440" God|strong="H0430": yea, let them exceedingly|strong="H8057" rejoice|strong="H7797".
3 Os justos, porém, se alegram; exultam na presença de Deus e folgam de alegria.
4 Sing|strong="H7891" unto God|strong="H0430", sing praises|strong="H2167" to his name|strong="H8034": extol|strong="H5549" him that rideth|strong="H7392" upon the heavens|strong="H6160" by his name|strong="H8034" \+w Jah|strong="H3050"\+w*, and rejoice|strong="H5937" before|strong="H6440" him.
4 Cantem a Deus, cantem louvores ao seu nome; exaltem aquele que cavalga sobre as nuvens. exultem diante dele.
5 A father|strong="H0001" of the fatherless|strong="H3490", and a judge|strong="H1781" of the widows|strong="H0490", is God|strong="H0430" in his holy|strong="H6944" habitation|strong="H4583".
5 Pai dos órfãos e juiz das viúvas é Deus em sua santa morada.
6 God|strong="H0430" setteth|strong="H3427" the solitary|strong="H3173" in families|strong="H1004": he bringeth out|strong="H3318" those which are bound|strong="H0615" with chains|strong="H3574": but the rebellious|strong="H5637" dwell|strong="H7931" in a dry|strong="H6707" land.
6 Deus faz com que o solitário more em família; liberta os cativos e lhes dá prosperidade; só os rebeldes habitam em terra estéril.
7 O God|strong="H0430", when thou wentest forth|strong="H3318" before|strong="H6440" thy people|strong="H5971", when thou didst march|strong="H6805" through the wilderness|strong="H3452"; Selah|strong="H5542":
7 Ao saíres, ó Deus, à frente do teu povo, ao avançares pelo deserto,
8 The earth|strong="H0776" shook|strong="H7493", the heavens|strong="H8064" also dropped|strong="H5197" at the presence|strong="H6440" of God|strong="H0430": even Sinai|strong="H5514" itself|strong="H2088" was moved at the presence|strong="H6440" of God|strong="H0430", the God|strong="H0430" of Israel|strong="H3478".
8 a terra tremeu; também os céus gotejaram na presença de Deus; o próprio Sinai tremeu na presença de Deus, do Deus de Israel.
9 Thou, O God|strong="H0430", didst send|strong="H5130" a plentiful|strong="H5071" rain|strong="H1653", whereby thou didst confirm|strong="H3559" thine inheritance|strong="H5159", when it was weary|strong="H3811".
9 Chuva abundante derramaste, ó Deus, sobre a tua herança; quando ela já estava exausta, tu a restabeleceste.
10 Thy congregation|strong="H2416" hath dwelt|strong="H3427" therein: thou, O God|strong="H0430", hast prepared|strong="H3559" of thy goodness|strong="H2896" for the poor|strong="H6041".
10 Aí habitou o teu povo; em tua bondade, ó Deus, fizeste provisão para os necessitados.
11 The Lord|strong="H0136" gave|strong="H5414" the word|strong="H0562": great|strong="H7227" was the company|strong="H6635" of those that published|strong="H1319" it.
11 O Senhor deu a palavra, e grande é o exército das mensageiras das boas-novas:
12 Kings|strong="H4428" of armies|strong="H6635" did flee|strong="H5074" apace|strong="H5074": and she that tarried|strong="H5116" at home|strong="H1004" divided|strong="H2505" the spoil|strong="H7998".
12 “Reis de exércitos fogem! Eles fogem!” E a dona de casa reparte os despojos.

13 Por que estão repousando entre as cercas dos apriscos? As asas da pomba são cobertas de prata, cujas penas maiores têm o brilho do ouro puro.
14 When the Almighty|strong="H7706" scattered|strong="H6566" kings|strong="H4428" in it, it was white as snow|strong="H7949" in Salmon|strong="H6756".
14 Quando o Todo-Poderoso ali dispersa os reis, cai neve sobre o monte Salmom.
15 The hill|strong="H2022" of God|strong="H0430" is as the hill|strong="H2022" of Bashan|strong="H1316"; an high|strong="H1386" hill|strong="H2022" as the hill|strong="H2022" of Bashan|strong="H1316".
15 Monte altíssimo é o monte de Basã; serra de elevações é o monte de Basã.
16 Why leap|strong="H7520" ye, ye high|strong="H1386" hills|strong="H2022"? this is the hill|strong="H2022" which God|strong="H0430" desireth|strong="H2530" to dwell in|strong="H3427"; yea, the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* will dwell|strong="H7931" in it for ever|strong="H5331".
16 Por que olham com inveja, ó montes elevados, para o monte que Deus escolheu para sua habitação? O para sempre.
17 The chariots|strong="H7393" of God|strong="H0430" are twenty thousand|strong="H7239", even thousands|strong="H0505" of angels|strong="H8136": the Lord|strong="H0136" is among them, as in Sinai|strong="H5514", in the holy|strong="H6944" place.
17 Os carros de Deus são vinte mil, sim, milhares de milhares. No meio deles, está o Senhor; o Sinai tornou-se em santuário.
18 Thou hast ascended|strong="H5927" on high|strong="H4791", thou hast led captivity|strong="H7628" captive|strong="H7617": thou hast received|strong="H3947" gifts|strong="H4979" for men|strong="H0120"; yea, for the rebellious|strong="H5637" also, that the \+w LORD|strong="H3050"\+w* God|strong="H0430" might dwell|strong="H7931" among them.
18 Subiste às alturas, levaste cativo o cativeiro; recebeste homens por dádivas, até mesmo rebeldes, para que o habite no meio deles.
19 Blessed|strong="H1288" be the Lord|strong="H0136", who daily|strong="H3117" loadeth|strong="H6006" us with benefits, even the God|strong="H0410" of our salvation|strong="H3444". Selah|strong="H5542".
19 Bendito seja o Senhor que, dia a dia, leva o nosso fardo! Deus é a nossa salvação.
20 He that is our God|strong="H0410" is the God|strong="H0410" of salvation|strong="H4190"; and unto \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* the Lord|strong="H0136" belong the issues|strong="H8444" from death|strong="H4194".
20 O nosso Deus é o Deus libertador; com Deus, o está o escaparmos da morte.
21 But God|strong="H0430" shall wound|strong="H4272" the head|strong="H7218" of his enemies|strong="H0341", and the hairy|strong="H8181" scalp|strong="H6936" of such an one as goeth on still|strong="H1980" in his trespasses|strong="H0817".
21 Sim, Deus parte a cabeça dos seus inimigos e racha o crânio do que anda nos seus próprios delitos.
22 The Lord|strong="H0136" said|strong="H0559", I will bring again|strong="H7725" from Bashan|strong="H1316", I will bring my people again|strong="H7725" from the depths|strong="H4688" of the sea|strong="H3220":
22 O Senhor disse: “Eu os trarei de Basã, eu os farei voltar das profundezas do mar,
23 That thy foot|strong="H7272" may be dipped|strong="H4272" in the blood|strong="H1818" of thine enemies|strong="H0341", and the tongue|strong="H3956" of thy dogs|strong="H3611" in the same.
23 para que você banhe o seu pé em sangue, e a língua dos seus cães tenha a sua porção dos inimigos.”
24 They have seen|strong="H7200" thy goings|strong="H1979", O God|strong="H0430"; even the goings|strong="H1979" of my God|strong="H0410", my King|strong="H4428", in the sanctuary|strong="H6944".
24 Viu-se, ó Deus, o teu cortejo, o cortejo do meu Deus, do meu Rei, no santuário.

26 Bendigam a Deus nas congregações, bendigam o da linhagem de Israel.
27 There is little|strong="H6810" Benjamin|strong="H1144" with their ruler|strong="H7287", the princes|strong="H8269" of Judah|strong="H3063" and their council|strong="H7277", the princes|strong="H8269" of Zebulun|strong="H2074", and the princes|strong="H8269" of Naphtali|strong="H5321".
27 Ali está o mais novo, Benjamim, que os precede, os príncipes de Judá, em grande número, os príncipes de Zebulom e os príncipes de Naftali.
28 Thy God|strong="H0430" hath commanded|strong="H6680" thy strength|strong="H5797": strengthen|strong="H5810", O God|strong="H0430", that which|strong="H2098" thou hast wrought|strong="H6466" for us.
28 Reúne, ó Deus, a tua força, força divina que usaste a nosso favor,
29 Because of thy temple|strong="H1964" at Jerusalem|strong="H3389" shall kings|strong="H4428" bring|strong="H2986" presents|strong="H7862" unto thee.
29 oriunda do teu templo em Jerusalém. Os reis te oferecerão presentes.
30 Rebuke|strong="H1605" the company|strong="H2416" of spearmen|strong="H7070", the multitude|strong="H5712" of the bulls|strong="H0047", with the calves|strong="H5695" of the people|strong="H5971", till every one submit|strong="H7511" himself with pieces|strong="H7518" of silver|strong="H3701": scatter|strong="H0967" thou the people|strong="H5971" that delight|strong="H2654" in war|strong="H7128".
30 Reprime a fera dos canaviais, a multidão dos fortes como touros e dos povos com novilhos, pisando sobre os que cobiçam barras de prata. Dispersa os povos que têm prazer na guerra.
31 Princes|strong="H2831" shall come out|strong="H0857" of Egypt|strong="H4714"; Ethiopia|strong="H3568" shall soon stretch out|strong="H7323" her hands|strong="H3027" unto God|strong="H0430".
31 Príncipes vêm do Egito; a Etiópia corre a estender mãos cheias para Deus.
32 Sing|strong="H7891" unto God|strong="H0430", ye kingdoms|strong="H4467" of the earth|strong="H0776"; O sing praises|strong="H2167" unto the Lord|strong="H0136"; Selah|strong="H5542":
32 Reinos da terra, cantem a Deus, cantem louvores ao Senhor,
33 To him that rideth|strong="H7392" upon the heavens|strong="H8064" of heavens|strong="H8064", which were of old|strong="H6924"; lo, he doth send out|strong="H5414" his voice|strong="H6963", and that a mighty|strong="H5797" voice|strong="H6963".
33 àquele que vai montado sobre os céus, os céus da antiguidade; eis que ele faz ouvir a sua voz, voz poderosa.

34 Deem glória a Deus! A sua majestade está sobre Israel, e a sua fortaleza, nos céus.
35 O God|strong="H0430", thou art terrible|strong="H3372" out of thy holy places|strong="H4720": the God|strong="H0410" of Israel|strong="H3478" is he that giveth|strong="H5414" strength|strong="H5797" and power|strong="H8592" unto his people|strong="H5971". 35 Ó Deus, tu és tremendo no teu santuário! O Deus de Israel, ele dá força e poder ao seu povo. Bendito seja Deus!
