1 My heart|strong="H3820" is inditing|strong="H7370" a good|strong="H2896" matter|strong="H1697": I speak|strong="H0559" of the things which I have made|strong="H4639" touching the king|strong="H4428": my tongue|strong="H3956" is the pen|strong="H5842" of a ready|strong="H4106" writer|strong="H5608".
1 Ao Músico-chefe, sobre Sosanim, para os filhos de Corá, Masquil. Uma canção de amores. Meu coração está compondo sobre um bom assunto. Eu falo das coisas que tenho feito no tocante ao rei; minha língua é a pena de um escritor preparado.
2 Thou art fairer|strong="H3302" than the children|strong="H1121" of men|strong="H0120": grace|strong="H2580" is poured|strong="H3332" into thy lips|strong="H8193": therefore God|strong="H0430" hath blessed|strong="H1288" thee for ever|strong="H5769".
2 Tu és mais belo do que os filhos dos homens, a graça é derramada para dentro de teus lábios; portanto, Deus te abençoou para sempre.
3 Gird|strong="H2296" thy sword|strong="H2719" upon thy thigh|strong="H3409", O most mighty|strong="H1368", with thy glory|strong="H1935" and thy majesty|strong="H1926".
3 Guarda a tua espada sobre tua coxa, ó mais poderoso, com a tua glória e a tua majestade.
4 And in thy majesty|strong="H1926" ride|strong="H7392" prosperously|strong="H6743" because|strong="H1697" of truth|strong="H0571" and meekness|strong="H6037" and righteousness|strong="H6664"; and thy right hand|strong="H3225" shall teach|strong="H3384" thee terrible things|strong="H3372".
4 E na tua majestade cavalga prosperamente por causa da verdade, mansidão e justiça; e a tua mão direita te ensinará coisas terríveis.
5 Thine arrows|strong="H2671" are sharp|strong="H8150" in the heart|strong="H3820" of the king’s|strong="H4428" enemies|strong="H0341"; whereby the people|strong="H5971" fall|strong="H5307" under thee.
5 Tuas flechas são afiadas no coração dos inimigos do rei; por meio das quais os povos caem debaixo de ti.
6 Thy throne|strong="H3678", O God|strong="H0430", is for ever|strong="H5769" and ever|strong="H5703": the sceptre|strong="H7626" of thy kingdom|strong="H4438" is a right|strong="H4334" sceptre|strong="H7626".
6 Teu trono, ó Deus, é para sempre e sempre; o cetro do teu reino é um cetro justo.
7 Thou lovest|strong="H0157" righteousness|strong="H6664", and hatest|strong="H8130" wickedness|strong="H7562": therefore God|strong="H0430", thy God|strong="H0430", hath anointed|strong="H4886" thee with the oil|strong="H8081" of gladness|strong="H8342" above thy fellows|strong="H2270".
7 Tu amas a justiça e odeias a perversidade; portanto Deus, teu Deus, te ungiu com o óleo da alegria sobre teus companheiros.
8 All thy garments|strong="H0899" smell of myrrh|strong="H4753", and aloes|strong="H0174", and cassia|strong="H7102", out of the ivory|strong="H8127" palaces|strong="H1964", whereby|strong="H4482" they have made thee glad|strong="H8055".
8 Todas as tuas vestimentas cheiram a mirra, aloés e cássia, desde os palácios de marfim, pelos quais te fizeram feliz.
9 Kings’|strong="H4428" daughters|strong="H1323" were among thy honourable women|strong="H3368": upon thy right hand|strong="H3225" did stand|strong="H5324" the queen|strong="H7694" in gold|strong="H3800" of Ophir|strong="H0211".
9 As filhas dos reis estiveram entre tuas honoráveis mulheres; sobre a tua mão direita esteve a rainha em ouro de Ofir.
10 Hearken|strong="H8085", O daughter|strong="H1323", and consider|strong="H7200", and incline|strong="H5186" thine ear|strong="H0241"; forget|strong="H7911" also thine own people|strong="H5971", and thy father’s|strong="H0001" house|strong="H1004";
10 Ouve, ó filha, considera e inclina teu ouvido; esquece também teu próprio povo e a casa do teu pai.
11 So shall the king|strong="H4428" greatly desire|strong="H0183" thy beauty|strong="H3308": for he is thy Lord|strong="H0113"; and worship|strong="H7812" thou him.
11 Então o rei desejará grandemente a tua beleza; porque ele é teu Senhor, e tu, adora-o.
12 And the daughter|strong="H1323" of Tyre|strong="H6865" shall be there with a gift|strong="H4503"; even the rich|strong="H6223" among the people|strong="H5971" shall intreat|strong="H2470" thy favour|strong="H6440".
12 E a filha de Tiro estará lá com um presente; até os ricos dentre o povo suplicarão o teu favor.
13 The king’s|strong="H4428" daughter|strong="H1323" is all glorious|strong="H3520" within|strong="H6441": her clothing|strong="H3830" is of wrought|strong="H4865" gold|strong="H2091".
13 A filha do rei é toda gloriosa por dentro; sua roupa é de ouro forjado.
14 She shall be brought|strong="H2986" unto the king|strong="H4428" in raiment of needlework|strong="H7553": the virgins|strong="H1330" her companions|strong="H7464" that follow|strong="H0310" her shall be brought|strong="H0935" unto thee.
14 Ela será trazida ao rei em vestes bordadas; as virgens, suas companhias que a seguem, serão trazidas a ti.
15 With gladness|strong="H8057" and rejoicing|strong="H1524" shall they be brought|strong="H2986": they shall enter|strong="H0935" into the king’s|strong="H4428" palace|strong="H1964".
15 Com alegria e regozijo elas serão trazidas; elas entrarão no palácio do rei.
16 Instead of thy fathers|strong="H0001" shall be thy children|strong="H1121", whom thou mayest make|strong="H7896" princes|strong="H8269" in all the earth|strong="H0776".
16 Ao invés dos teus pais, estarão teus filhos, dos quais tu podes fazer príncipes em toda a terra.
17 I will make thy name|strong="H8034" to be remembered|strong="H2142" in all|strong="H1755" generations|strong="H1755": therefore shall the people|strong="H5971" praise|strong="H3034" thee for ever|strong="H5769" and ever|strong="H5703".
17 Eu farei teu nome ser lembrado em todas as gerações; portanto, os povos te louvarão para sempre e sempre.
