1 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is my light|strong="H0216" and my salvation|strong="H3468"; whom shall I fear|strong="H3372"? the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is the strength|strong="H4581" of my life|strong="H2416"; of whom shall I be afraid|strong="H6342"?
1 O Senhor é a minha luz e a minha salvação; de quem terei medo? O da minha vida; a quem temerei?
2 When the wicked|strong="H7489", even mine enemies|strong="H6862" and my foes|strong="H0341", came|strong="H7126" upon me to eat up|strong="H0398" my flesh|strong="H1320", they stumbled|strong="H3782" and fell|strong="H5307".
2 Quando malfeitores me sobrevêm para me destruir, meus opressores e inimigos, eles é que tropeçam e caem.
3 Though an host|strong="H4264" should encamp|strong="H2583" against me, my heart|strong="H3820" shall not fear|strong="H3372": though war|strong="H4421" should rise|strong="H6965" against me, in this will I be confident|strong="H0982".
3 Ainda que um exército se acampe contra mim, não se atemorizará o meu coração; e, se estourar contra mim a guerra, ainda assim terei confiança.
4 One|strong="H0259" thing have I desired|strong="H7592" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, that will I seek|strong="H1245" after; that I may dwell|strong="H3427" in the house|strong="H1004" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* all the days|strong="H3117" of my life|strong="H2416", to behold|strong="H2372" the beauty|strong="H5278" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and to enquire|strong="H1239" in his temple|strong="H1964".
4 Uma coisa peço ao Senhor e a buscarei: que eu possa morar na Casa do todos os dias da minha vida, para contemplar a beleza do e meditar no seu templo.
5 For in the time|strong="H3117" of trouble|strong="H7451" he shall hide|strong="H6845" me in his pavilion|strong="H5520": in the secret|strong="H5643" of his tabernacle|strong="H0168" shall he hide|strong="H5641" me; he shall set me up|strong="H7311" upon a rock|strong="H6697".
5 Pois, no dia da adversidade, ele me ocultará no seu abrigo; no interior do seu tabernáculo, me acolherá; ele me porá no alto de uma rocha.
6 And now shall mine head|strong="H7218" be lifted up|strong="H7311" above mine enemies|strong="H0341" round about|strong="H5439" me: therefore will I offer|strong="H2076" in his tabernacle|strong="H0168" sacrifices|strong="H2077" of joy|strong="H8643"; I will sing|strong="H7891", yea, I will sing praises|strong="H2167" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
6 Agora, será exaltada a minha cabeça acima dos inimigos que me cercam. No seu tabernáculo, oferecerei sacrifícios de júbilo; cantarei e salmodiarei ao
7 Hear|strong="H8085", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, when I cry|strong="H7121" with my voice|strong="H6963": have mercy|strong="H2603" also upon me, and answer|strong="H6030" me.
7 Ouve, Senhor , a minha voz; eu clamo; tem compaixão de mim e responde-me.
8 When thou saidst, Seek|strong="H1245" ye my face|strong="H6440"; my heart|strong="H3820" said|strong="H0559" unto thee, Thy face|strong="H6440", \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, will I seek|strong="H1245".
8 Ao meu coração me ocorre: “Busquem a minha presença.” Buscarei, pois, a tua presença.
9 Hide|strong="H5641" not thy face|strong="H6440" far from me; put|strong="H5186" not thy servant|strong="H5650" away|strong="H5186" in anger|strong="H0639": thou hast been my help|strong="H5833"; leave|strong="H5203" me not, neither forsake|strong="H5800" me, O God|strong="H0430" of my salvation|strong="H3468".
9 Não me escondas, Senhor , a tua face; não rejeites com ira o teu servo. Tu és o meu auxílio; não me deixes, nem me abandones, ó Deus da minha salvação.
10 When my father|strong="H0001" and my mother|strong="H0517" forsake|strong="H5800" me, then the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* will take me up|strong="H0622".
10 Porque, se o meu pai e a minha mãe me abandonarem, o
11 Teach|strong="H3384" me thy way|strong="H1870", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and lead|strong="H5148" me in a plain|strong="H4334" path|strong="H0734", because of mine enemies|strong="H8324".
11 Ensina-me, Senhor , o teu caminho e guia-me por vereda plana, por causa dos meus inimigos.
12 Deliver|strong="H5414" me not over unto the will|strong="H5315" of mine enemies|strong="H6862": for false|strong="H8267" witnesses|strong="H5707" are risen up|strong="H6965" against me, and such as breathe out|strong="H3307" cruelty|strong="H2555".
12 Não me entregues à vontade dos meus adversários; pois contra mim se levantam falsas testemunhas e os que só respiram crueldade.
13 I had fainted, unless|strong="H3884" I had believed|strong="H0539" to see|strong="H7200" the goodness|strong="H2898" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* in the land|strong="H0776" of the living|strong="H2416".
13 Eu creio que verei a bondade do na terra dos viventes.
