1 Help|strong="H3467", \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; for the godly man|strong="H2623" ceaseth|strong="H1584"; for the faithful|strong="H0539" fail|strong="H6461" from among the children|strong="H1121" of men|strong="H0120".
1 Ao Músico-chefe sobre Seminite, Salmo de Davi. Socorro, SENHOR; porque o homem piedoso cessa; porque faltam fiéis entre os filhos do homem.
2 They speak|strong="H1696" vanity|strong="H7723" every one|strong="H0376" with his neighbour|strong="H7453": with flattering|strong="H2513" lips|strong="H8193" and with a double|strong="H3820" heart|strong="H3820" do they speak|strong="H1696".
2 Eles falam de vaidade cada um com o seu próximo; eles falam com lábios lisonjeiros, e com um coração duplo.
3 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall cut off|strong="H3772" all flattering|strong="H2513" lips|strong="H8193", and the tongue|strong="H3956" that speaketh|strong="H1696" proud|strong="H1419" things:
3 O SENHOR cortará fora todos os lábios lisonjeiros, e a língua que fala coisas orgulhosas.
4 Who have said|strong="H0559", With our tongue|strong="H3956" will we prevail|strong="H1396"; our lips|strong="H8193" are our own: who is lord|strong="H0113" over us?
4 Os que dizem: Com a nossa língua prevaleceremos; nossos lábios são nossos; quem é senhor sobre nós?
5 For the oppression|strong="H7701" of the poor|strong="H6041", for the sighing|strong="H0603" of the needy|strong="H0034", now will I arise|strong="H6965", saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; I will set|strong="H7896" him in safety|strong="H3468" from him that puffeth|strong="H6315" at him.
5 Por causa da opressão dos pobres, por causa do suspirar dos necessitados me levantarei agora, diz o SENHOR; eu o porei em segurança daquele que se incha para ele.
6 The words|strong="H0565" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* are pure|strong="H2889" words|strong="H0565": as silver|strong="H3701" tried|strong="H6884" in a furnace|strong="H5948" of earth|strong="H0776", purified|strong="H2212" seven times|strong="H7659".
6 As palavras do SENHOR são palavras puras, como prata refinada em uma fornalha de barro purificada sete vezes.
7 Thou shalt keep|strong="H8104" them, O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, thou shalt preserve|strong="H5341" them from this|strong="H2098" generation|strong="H1755" for ever|strong="H5769".
7 Tu as guardarás, ó SENHOR; tu as preservarás desta geração para sempre.
8 The wicked|strong="H7563" walk|strong="H1980" on every side|strong="H5439", when the vilest|strong="H2149" men|strong="H1121" are exalted|strong="H7311".
8 Os perversos andam por todo lado, quando os homens mais vis são exaltados.
