1 Elevo os meus olhos para os montes; de onde me vem o socorro?
2 My help|strong="H5828" cometh from the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, which made|strong="H6213" heaven|strong="H8064" and earth|strong="H0776".
2 O meu socorro vem do Senhor, que fez os céus e a terra.
3 He will not suffer|strong="H5414" thy foot|strong="H7272" to be moved|strong="H4132": he that keepeth|strong="H8104" thee will not slumber|strong="H5123".
3 Não deixará vacilar o teu pé; aquele que te guarda não dormitará.
4 Behold, he that keepeth|strong="H8104" Israel|strong="H3478" shall neither slumber|strong="H5123" nor sleep|strong="H3462".
4 Eis que não dormitará nem dormirá aquele que guarda a Israel.
5 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is thy keeper|strong="H8104": the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is thy shade|strong="H6738" upon thy right|strong="H3225" hand|strong="H3027".
5 O Senhor é quem te guarda; o Senhor é a tua sombra à tua mão direita.
6 The sun|strong="H8121" shall not smite|strong="H5221" thee by day|strong="H3119", nor the moon|strong="H3394" by night|strong="H3915".
6 De dia o sol não te ferirá, nem a lua de noite.
7 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall preserve|strong="H8104" thee from all evil|strong="H7451": he shall preserve|strong="H8104" thy soul|strong="H5315".
7 O Senhor te guardará de todo o mal; ele guardará a tua vida.
8 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall preserve|strong="H8104" thy going out|strong="H3318" and thy coming in|strong="H0935" from this time forth, and even for|strong="H5704" evermore|strong="H5769".
8 O Senhor guardará a tua saída e a tua entrada, desde agora e para sempre.
