2 despertai-vos, harpa e cítara; quero acordar a aurora.

3 Entre os povos, Senhor, vos louvarei; salmodiarei a vós entre as nações,

9 Moab, a bacia em que me lavo. Sobre Edom porei minhas sandálias, cantarei vitória sobre a Filistéia.

10 Quem me conduzirá à cidade fortificada? Quem me levará até Edom?
11 Wilt not thou, O God|strong="H0430", who hast cast us off|strong="H2186"? and wilt not thou, O God|strong="H0430", go forth|strong="H3318" with our hosts|strong="H6635"?
11 Quem, senão vós, Senhor, que nos repelistes, e já não andais à frente dos nossos exércitos?
12 Give|strong="H3051" us help|strong="H5833" from trouble|strong="H6862": for vain|strong="H7723" is the help|strong="H8668" of man|strong="H0120".
12 Dai-nos auxílio contra o inimigo, porque é vão qualquer socorro humano.
13 Through God|strong="H0430" we shall do|strong="H6213" valiantly|strong="H2428": for he it is that shall tread down|strong="H0947" our enemies|strong="H6862".
13 Com Deus faremos proezas, ele esmagará os nossos inimigos.
