1 No dia em que Moisés acabou de levantar o tabernáculo, ele o ungiu e o consagrou juntamente com todos os seus utensílios, bem como o altar e todos os seus pertences.

4 O Senhor disse a Moisés:
5 Take|strong="H3947" it of them, that they may be to do|strong="H5647" the service|strong="H5656" of the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of the congregation|strong="H4150"; and thou shalt give|strong="H5414" them unto the Levites|strong="H3881", to every man|strong="H0376" according|strong="H6310" to his service|strong="H5656".
5 — Receba as ofertas deles, e serão destinadas ao serviço da tenda do encontro. E entregue essas ofertas aos levitas, a cada um segundo o seu serviço.
