1 Ye shall make|strong="H6213" you no idols|strong="H0457" nor graven image|strong="H6459", neither rear you up|strong="H6965" a standing image|strong="H4676", neither shall ye set up|strong="H5414" any image|strong="H4906" of stone|strong="H0068" in your land|strong="H0776", to bow down|strong="H7812" unto it: for I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430".
2 Ye shall keep|strong="H8104" my sabbaths|strong="H7676", and reverence|strong="H3372" my sanctuary|strong="H4720": I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
3 If ye walk|strong="H3212" in my statutes|strong="H2708", and keep|strong="H8104" my commandments|strong="H4687", and do|strong="H6213" them;
4 Then I will give|strong="H5414" you rain|strong="H1653" in due season|strong="H6256", and the land|strong="H0776" shall yield|strong="H5414" her increase|strong="H2981", and the trees|strong="H6086" of the field|strong="H7704" shall yield|strong="H5414" their fruit|strong="H6529".
5 And your threshing|strong="H1786" shall reach|strong="H5381" unto the vintage|strong="H1210", and the vintage|strong="H1210" shall reach|strong="H5381" unto the sowing time|strong="H2233": and ye shall eat|strong="H0398" your bread|strong="H3899" to the full|strong="H7648", and dwell|strong="H3427" in your land|strong="H0776" safely|strong="H0983".
6 And I will give|strong="H5414" peace|strong="H7965" in the land|strong="H0776", and ye shall lie down|strong="H7901", and none shall make you afraid|strong="H2729": and I will rid|strong="H7673" evil|strong="H7451" beasts|strong="H2416" out of the land|strong="H0776", neither shall the sword|strong="H2719" go|strong="H5674" through your land|strong="H0776".
7 And ye shall chase|strong="H7291" your enemies|strong="H0341", and they shall fall|strong="H5307" before|strong="H6440" you by the sword|strong="H2719".
8 And five|strong="H2568" of you shall chase|strong="H7291" an hundred|strong="H3967", and an hundred|strong="H3967" of you shall put ten thousand|strong="H7233" to flight|strong="H7291": and your enemies|strong="H0341" shall fall|strong="H5307" before|strong="H6440" you by the sword|strong="H2719".
9 For I will have respect|strong="H6437" unto you, and make you fruitful|strong="H6509", and multiply|strong="H7235" you, and establish|strong="H6965" my covenant|strong="H1285" with you.
10 And ye shall eat|strong="H0398" old store|strong="H3462", and bring forth|strong="H3318" the old|strong="H3465" because|strong="H6440" of the new|strong="H2319".
11 And I will set|strong="H5414" my tabernacle|strong="H4908" among|strong="H8432" you: and my soul|strong="H5315" shall not abhor|strong="H1602" you.
12 And I will walk|strong="H1980" among|strong="H8432" you, and will be|strong="H1961" your God|strong="H0430", and ye shall be|strong="H1961" my people|strong="H5971".
13 I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430", which brought you forth|strong="H3318" out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", that ye should not be their bondmen|strong="H5650"; and I have broken|strong="H7665" the bands|strong="H4133" of your yoke|strong="H5923", and made you go|strong="H3212" upright|strong="H6968".
14 But if ye will not hearken|strong="H8085" unto me, and will not do|strong="H6213" all these commandments|strong="H4687";
15 And if ye shall despise|strong="H3988" my statutes|strong="H2708", or if your soul|strong="H5315" abhor|strong="H1602" my judgments|strong="H4941", so that ye will not do|strong="H6213" all my commandments|strong="H4687", but that ye break|strong="H6565" my covenant|strong="H1285":
16 I also will do|strong="H6213" this unto you; I will even appoint|strong="H6485" over you terror|strong="H0928", consumption|strong="H7829", and the burning ague|strong="H6920", that shall consume|strong="H3615" the eyes|strong="H5869", and cause sorrow|strong="H1727" of heart|strong="H5315": and ye shall sow|strong="H2232" your seed|strong="H2233" in vain|strong="H7385", for your enemies|strong="H0341" shall eat|strong="H0398" it.
17 And I will set|strong="H5414" my face|strong="H6440" against you, and ye shall be slain|strong="H5062" before|strong="H6440" your enemies|strong="H0341": they that hate|strong="H8130" you shall reign|strong="H7287" over you; and ye shall flee|strong="H5127" when none pursueth|strong="H7291" you.
18 And if ye will not yet|strong="H5704" for all this hearken|strong="H8085" unto me, then I will punish|strong="H3256" you seven times|strong="H7651" more|strong="H3254" for your sins|strong="H2403".
19 And I will break|strong="H7665" the pride|strong="H1347" of your power|strong="H5797"; and I will make|strong="H5414" your heaven|strong="H8064" as iron|strong="H1270", and your earth|strong="H0776" as brass|strong="H5154":
20 And your strength|strong="H3581" shall be spent|strong="H8552" in vain|strong="H7385": for your land|strong="H0776" shall not yield|strong="H5414" her increase|strong="H2981", neither shall the trees|strong="H6086" of the land|strong="H0776" yield|strong="H5414" their fruits|strong="H6529".
21 And if ye walk|strong="H3212" contrary|strong="H7147" unto me, and will|strong="H0014" not hearken|strong="H8085" unto me; I will bring|strong="H3254" seven times|strong="H7651" more|strong="H3254" plagues|strong="H4347" upon you according to your sins|strong="H2403".
22 I will also send|strong="H7971" wild|strong="H7704" beasts|strong="H2416" among you, which shall rob you of your children|strong="H7921", and destroy|strong="H3772" your cattle|strong="H0929", and make you few in number|strong="H4591"; and your high ways|strong="H1870" shall be desolate|strong="H8074".
23 And if ye will not be reformed|strong="H3256" by me by these things, but will walk|strong="H1980" contrary|strong="H7147" unto me;
24 Then will I also walk|strong="H1980" contrary|strong="H7147" unto you, and will punish|strong="H5221" you yet|strong="H1571" seven times|strong="H7651" for your sins|strong="H2403".
25 And I will bring|strong="H0935" a sword|strong="H2719" upon you, that shall avenge|strong="H5358" the quarrel|strong="H5359" of my covenant|strong="H1285": and when ye are gathered together|strong="H0622" within|strong="H0413" your cities|strong="H5892", I will send|strong="H7971" the pestilence|strong="H1698" among|strong="H8432" you; and ye shall be delivered|strong="H5414" into the hand|strong="H3027" of the enemy|strong="H0341".
26 And when I have broken|strong="H7665" the staff|strong="H4294" of your bread|strong="H3899", ten|strong="H6235" women|strong="H0802" shall bake|strong="H0644" your bread|strong="H3899" in one|strong="H0259" oven|strong="H8574", and they shall deliver|strong="H7725" you your bread|strong="H3899" again|strong="H7725" by weight|strong="H4948": and ye shall eat|strong="H0398", and not be satisfied|strong="H7646".
27 And if ye will not for all this|strong="H2063" hearken|strong="H8085" unto me, but walk|strong="H1980" contrary|strong="H7147" unto me;
28 Then I will walk|strong="H1980" contrary|strong="H7147" unto you also in fury|strong="H2534"; and I, even|strong="H0637" I, will chastise|strong="H3256" you seven times|strong="H7651" for your sins|strong="H2403".
29 And ye shall eat|strong="H0398" the flesh|strong="H1320" of your sons|strong="H1121", and the flesh|strong="H1320" of your daughters|strong="H1323" shall ye eat|strong="H0398".
30 And I will destroy|strong="H8045" your high places|strong="H1116", and cut down|strong="H3772" your images|strong="H2553", and cast|strong="H5414" your carcases|strong="H6297" upon the carcases|strong="H6297" of your idols|strong="H1544", and my soul|strong="H5315" shall abhor|strong="H1602" you.
31 And I will make|strong="H5414" your cities|strong="H5892" waste|strong="H2723", and bring|strong="H8074" your sanctuaries|strong="H4720" unto desolation|strong="H8074", and I will not smell|strong="H7306" the savour|strong="H7381" of your sweet odours|strong="H5207".
32 And I will bring|strong="H8074" the land|strong="H0776" into desolation|strong="H8074": and your enemies|strong="H0341" which dwell|strong="H3427" therein shall be astonished|strong="H8074" at it.
33 And I will scatter|strong="H2219" you among the heathen|strong="H1471", and will draw out|strong="H7324" a sword|strong="H2719" after|strong="H0310" you: and your land|strong="H0776" shall be desolate|strong="H8077", and your cities|strong="H5892" waste|strong="H2723".
34 Then shall the land|strong="H0776" enjoy|strong="H7521" her sabbaths|strong="H7676", as long|strong="H3117" as it lieth desolate|strong="H8074", and ye be in your enemies’|strong="H0341" land|strong="H0776"; even then shall the land|strong="H0776" rest|strong="H7673", and enjoy|strong="H7521" her sabbaths|strong="H7676".
35 As long as|strong="H3117" it lieth desolate|strong="H8074" it shall rest|strong="H7673"; because it did not rest|strong="H7673" in your sabbaths|strong="H7676", when ye dwelt|strong="H3427" upon it.
36 And upon them that are left|strong="H7604" alive of you I will send|strong="H0935" a faintness|strong="H4816" into their hearts|strong="H3824" in the lands|strong="H0776" of their enemies|strong="H0341"; and the sound|strong="H6963" of a shaken|strong="H5086" leaf|strong="H5929" shall chase|strong="H7291" them; and they shall flee|strong="H5127", as fleeing|strong="H4499" from a sword|strong="H2719"; and they shall fall|strong="H5307" when none pursueth|strong="H7291".
37 And they shall fall|strong="H3782" one|strong="H0376" upon another|strong="H0251", as it were before|strong="H6440" a sword|strong="H2719", when none pursueth|strong="H7291": and ye shall have no power to stand|strong="H8617" before|strong="H6440" your enemies|strong="H0341".
38 And ye shall perish|strong="H0006" among the heathen|strong="H1471", and the land|strong="H0776" of your enemies|strong="H0341" shall eat you up|strong="H0398".
39 And they that are left|strong="H7604" of you shall pine away|strong="H4743" in their iniquity|strong="H5771" in your enemies’|strong="H0341" lands|strong="H0776"; and also in the iniquities|strong="H5771" of their fathers|strong="H0001" shall they pine away|strong="H4743" with them.
40 If they shall confess|strong="H3034" their iniquity|strong="H5771", and the iniquity|strong="H5771" of their fathers|strong="H0001", with their trespass|strong="H4604" which they trespassed|strong="H4603" against me, and that also they have walked|strong="H1980" contrary|strong="H7147" unto me;
41 And that I also have walked|strong="H3212" contrary|strong="H7147" unto them, and have brought|strong="H0935" them into the land|strong="H0776" of their enemies|strong="H0341"; if then|strong="H0176" their uncircumcised|strong="H6189" hearts|strong="H3824" be humbled|strong="H3665", and they then accept|strong="H7521" of the punishment of their iniquity|strong="H5771":
42 Then will I remember|strong="H2142" my covenant|strong="H1285" with Jacob|strong="H3290", and also my covenant|strong="H1285" with Isaac|strong="H3327", and also my covenant|strong="H1285" with Abraham|strong="H0085" will I remember|strong="H2142"; and I will remember|strong="H2142" the land|strong="H0776".
43 The land|strong="H0776" also shall be left|strong="H5800" of them, and shall enjoy|strong="H7521" her sabbaths|strong="H7676", while she lieth desolate|strong="H8074" without them: and they shall accept|strong="H7521" of the punishment of their iniquity|strong="H5771": because|strong="H3282", even because|strong="H3282" they despised|strong="H3988" my judgments|strong="H4941", and because their soul|strong="H5315" abhorred|strong="H1602" my statutes|strong="H2708".
44 And yet|strong="H0637" for all that|strong="H2063", when they be|strong="H1571" in the land|strong="H0776" of their enemies|strong="H0341", I will not cast them away|strong="H3988", neither will I abhor|strong="H1602" them, to destroy them utterly|strong="H3615", and to break|strong="H6565" my covenant|strong="H1285" with them: for I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* their God|strong="H0430".
45 But I will for their sakes remember|strong="H2142" the covenant|strong="H1285" of their ancestors|strong="H7223", whom I brought forth|strong="H3318" out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714" in the sight|strong="H5869" of the heathen|strong="H1471", that I might be their God|strong="H0430": I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
46 These are the statutes|strong="H2706" and judgments|strong="H4941" and laws|strong="H8451", which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* made|strong="H5414" between him and the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" in mount|strong="H2022" Sinai|strong="H5514" by the hand|strong="H3027" of Moses|strong="H4872".
