Behold, a king|strong="H4428" shall reign|strong="H4427" in righteousness|strong="H6664", and princes|strong="H8269" shall rule|strong="H8323" in judgment|strong="H4941".
And a man|strong="H0376" shall be as an hiding place|strong="H4224" from the wind|strong="H7307", and a covert|strong="H5643" from the tempest|strong="H2230"; as rivers|strong="H6388" of water|strong="H4325" in a dry place|strong="H6724", as the shadow|strong="H6738" of a great|strong="H3515" rock|strong="H5553" in a weary|strong="H5889" land|strong="H0776".
And the eyes|strong="H5869" of them that see|strong="H7200" shall not be dim|strong="H8159", and the ears|strong="H0241" of them that hear|strong="H8085" shall hearken|strong="H7181".
The heart|strong="H3824" also of the rash|strong="H4116" shall understand|strong="H0995" knowledge|strong="H1847", and the tongue|strong="H3956" of the stammerers|strong="H5926" shall be ready|strong="H4116" to speak|strong="H1696" plainly|strong="H6703".
The vile person|strong="H5036" shall be no more called|strong="H7121" liberal|strong="H5081", nor the churl|strong="H3596" said|strong="H0559" to be bountiful|strong="H7771".
For the vile person|strong="H5036" will speak|strong="H1696" villany|strong="H5039", and his heart|strong="H3820" will work|strong="H6213" iniquity|strong="H0205", to practise|strong="H6213" hypocrisy|strong="H2612", and to utter|strong="H1696" error|strong="H8442" against the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, to make empty|strong="H7324" the soul|strong="H5315" of the hungry|strong="H7457", and he will cause the drink|strong="H4945" of the thirsty|strong="H6771" to fail|strong="H2637".
The instruments|strong="H3627" also of the churl|strong="H3596" are evil|strong="H7451": he deviseth|strong="H3289" wicked devices|strong="H2154" to destroy|strong="H2254" the poor|strong="H6041" with lying|strong="H8267" words|strong="H0561", even when the needy|strong="H0034" speaketh|strong="H1696" right|strong="H4941".
But the liberal|strong="H5081" deviseth|strong="H3289" liberal things|strong="H5081"; and by liberal things|strong="H5081" shall he stand|strong="H6965".
Rise up|strong="H6965", ye women|strong="H0802" that are at ease|strong="H7600"; hear|strong="H8085" my voice|strong="H6963", ye careless|strong="H0982" daughters|strong="H1323"; give ear|strong="H0238" unto my speech|strong="H0565".
Many days|strong="H3117" and years|strong="H8141" shall ye be troubled|strong="H7264", ye careless women|strong="H0982": for the vintage|strong="H1210" shall fail|strong="H3615", the gathering|strong="H0625" shall not come|strong="H0935".
Tremble|strong="H2729", ye women that are at ease|strong="H7600"; be troubled|strong="H7264", ye careless ones|strong="H0982": strip|strong="H6584" you, and make you bare|strong="H6209", and gird|strong="H2290" sackcloth upon your loins|strong="H2504".
They shall lament|strong="H5594" for the teats|strong="H7699", for the pleasant|strong="H2531" fields|strong="H7704", for the fruitful|strong="H6509" vine|strong="H1612".
Upon the land|strong="H0127" of my people|strong="H5971" shall come up|strong="H5927" thorns|strong="H6975" and briers|strong="H8068"; yea, upon all the houses|strong="H1004" of joy|strong="H4885" in the joyous|strong="H5947" city|strong="H7151":
Because the palaces|strong="H0759" shall be forsaken|strong="H5203"; the multitude|strong="H1995" of the city|strong="H5892" shall be left|strong="H5800"; the forts|strong="H6076" and towers|strong="H0975" shall be for dens|strong="H4631" for|strong="H5704" ever|strong="H5769", a joy|strong="H4885" of wild asses|strong="H6501", a pasture|strong="H4829" of flocks|strong="H5739";
Until the spirit|strong="H7307" be poured|strong="H6168" upon us from on high|strong="H4791", and the wilderness|strong="H4057" be a fruitful field|strong="H3759", and the fruitful field|strong="H3759" be counted|strong="H2803" for a forest|strong="H3293".
Then judgment|strong="H4941" shall dwell|strong="H7931" in the wilderness|strong="H4057", and righteousness|strong="H6666" remain|strong="H3427" in the fruitful field|strong="H3759".
And the work|strong="H4639" of righteousness|strong="H6666" shall be peace|strong="H7965"; and the effect|strong="H5656" of righteousness|strong="H6666" quietness|strong="H8252" and assurance|strong="H0983" for|strong="H5704" ever|strong="H5769".
And my people|strong="H5971" shall dwell|strong="H3427" in a peaceable|strong="H7965" habitation|strong="H5116", and in sure|strong="H4009" dwellings|strong="H4908", and in quiet|strong="H7600" resting places|strong="H4496";
When it shall hail|strong="H1258", coming down|strong="H3381" on the forest|strong="H3293"; and the city|strong="H5892" shall be low|strong="H8213" in a low place|strong="H8218".
Blessed|strong="H0835" are ye that sow|strong="H2232" beside all waters|strong="H4325", that send forth|strong="H7971" thither the feet|strong="H7272" of the ox|strong="H7794" and the ass|strong="H2543".
