1 Naquele tempo Anrafel, rei de Sinar, Arioque, rei de Elasar, Quedorlaomer, rei de Elão, e Tidal, rei de Goim,
2 That these made|strong="H6213" war|strong="H4421" with|strong="H0854" Bera|strong="H1298" king|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467", and with Birsha|strong="H1306" king|strong="H4428" of Gomorrah|strong="H6017", Shinab|strong="H8134" king|strong="H4428" of Admah|strong="H0126", and Shemeber|strong="H8038" king|strong="H4428" of Zeboiim|strong="H6636", and the king|strong="H4428" of Bela|strong="H1106", which is|strong="H1931" Zoar|strong="H6820".
2 fizeram guerra contra Bera, rei de Sodoma, contra Birsa, rei de Gomorra, contra Sinabe, rei de Admá, contra Semeber, rei de Zeboim, e contra o rei de Bela, também chamada de Zoar.
3 All these were joined together|strong="H2266" in the vale|strong="H6010" of Siddim|strong="H7708", which|strong="H1931" is the salt|strong="H4417" sea|strong="H3220".
3 Todos estes se ajuntaram no vale de Sidim, onde fica o mar Salgado.
4 Twelve|strong="H6240" years|strong="H8141" they served|strong="H5647" Chedorlaomer|strong="H3540", and in the thirteenth|strong="H7969" year|strong="H8141" they rebelled|strong="H4775".
4 Durante doze anos serviram Quedorlaomer, porém no décimo terceiro eles se rebelaram.
5 And in the fourteenth|strong="H6240" year|strong="H8141" came|strong="H0935" Chedorlaomer|strong="H3540", and the kings|strong="H4428" that were with him, and smote|strong="H5221" the Rephaims|strong="H7497" in Ashteroth Karnaim|strong="H6255", and the Zuzims|strong="H2104" in Ham|strong="H1990", and the Emims|strong="H0368" in Shaveh Kiriathaim|strong="H7741",
5 No décimo quarto ano, veio Quedorlaomer e os reis que estavam com ele e derrotaram os refains em Asterote-Carnaim, e os zuzins em Hã, e os emins em Savé-Quiriataim,
6 And the Horites|strong="H2752" in their mount|strong="H2042" Seir|strong="H8165", unto El-paran|strong="H0364", which is by|strong="H5921" the wilderness|strong="H4057".
6 e os horeus no seu monte Seir, até El-Parã, que está junto ao deserto.
7 And they returned|strong="H7725", and came|strong="H0935" to|strong="H0413" En-mishpat|strong="H5880", which is Kadesh|strong="H6946", and smote|strong="H5221" all the country|strong="H7704" of the Amalekites|strong="H6003", and also the Amorites|strong="H0567", that dwelt|strong="H3427" in Hazezon-tamar|strong="H2688".
7 De volta passaram em En-Mispate, que é Cades, e conquistaram toda a terra dos amalequitas e dos amorreus, que moravam em Hazazom-Tamar.
8 And there went out|strong="H3318" the king|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467", and the king|strong="H4428" of Gomorrah|strong="H6017", and the king|strong="H4428" of Admah|strong="H0126", and the king|strong="H4428" of Zeboiim|strong="H6636", and the king|strong="H4428" of Bela|strong="H1106" (the same|strong="H1931" is Zoar|strong="H6820";) and they joined|strong="H6186" battle|strong="H4421" with them in the vale|strong="H6010" of Siddim|strong="H7708";
8 Então saíram os reis de Sodoma, de Gomorra, de Admá, de Zeboim e de Bela, que é Zoar, e se prepararam para a batalha contra eles no vale de Sidim,
9 With Chedorlaomer|strong="H3540" the king|strong="H4428" of Elam|strong="H5867", and with Tidal|strong="H8413" king|strong="H4428" of nations|strong="H1471", and Amraphel|strong="H0569" king|strong="H4428" of Shinar|strong="H8152", and Arioch|strong="H0746" king|strong="H4428" of Ellasar|strong="H0495"; four|strong="H0702" kings|strong="H4428" with five|strong="H2568".
9 contra Quedorlaomer, rei de Elão, contra Tidal, rei de Goim, contra Anrafel, rei de Sinar, contra Arioque, rei de Elasar. Eram quatro reis contra cinco.
10 And the vale|strong="H6010" of Siddim|strong="H7708" was full of slimepits|strong="H0875"; and the kings|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467" and Gomorrah|strong="H6017" fled|strong="H5127", and fell|strong="H5307" there; and they that remained|strong="H7604" fled|strong="H5127" to the mountain|strong="H2022".
10 Ora, o vale de Sidim estava cheio de poços de betume. Os reis de Sodoma e de Gomorra fugiram. Alguns caíram nesses poços, e os restantes fugiram para um monte.
11 And they took|strong="H3947" all the goods|strong="H7399" of Sodom|strong="H5467" and Gomorrah|strong="H6017", and all their victuals|strong="H0400", and went their way|strong="H3212".
11 Os reis vitoriosos pegaram todos os bens de Sodoma e de Gomorra e todo o seu mantimento e se foram.
12 And they took|strong="H3947" Lot|strong="H3876", Abram’s|strong="H0087" brother’s|strong="H0251" son|strong="H1121", who dwelt|strong="H3427" in Sodom|strong="H5467", and his goods|strong="H7399", and departed|strong="H3212".
12 Apossaram-se também de Ló, sobrinho de Abrão, que morava em Sodoma, e dos seus bens; e partiram.
13 And there came|strong="H0935" one that had escaped|strong="H6412", and told|strong="H5046" Abram|strong="H0087" the Hebrew|strong="H5680"; for he dwelt|strong="H7931" in the plain|strong="H0436" of Mamre|strong="H4471" the Amorite|strong="H0567", brother|strong="H0251" of Eshcol|strong="H0812", and brother|strong="H0251" of Aner|strong="H6063": and these were confederate|strong="H1167" with Abram|strong="H0087".
13 Porém um homem que conseguiu escapar veio e contou tudo a Abrão, o hebreu. Este morava junto dos carvalhais de Manre, o amorreu, irmão de Escol e de Aner, os quais eram aliados de Abrão.
14 And when Abram|strong="H0087" heard|strong="H8085" that his brother|strong="H0251" was taken captive|strong="H7617", he armed|strong="H7324" his trained|strong="H2593" servants, born|strong="H3211" in his own house|strong="H1004", three|strong="H7969" hundred|strong="H3967" and eighteen|strong="H6240", and pursued|strong="H7291" them unto Dan|strong="H1835".
14 Quando Abrão soube que o seu sobrinho estava preso, fez sair trezentos e dezoito homens dos mais capazes, nascidos em sua casa, e perseguiu os inimigos até Dã.
15 And he divided|strong="H2505" himself against them, he and his servants|strong="H5650", by night|strong="H3915", and smote|strong="H5221" them, and pursued|strong="H7291" them unto Hobah|strong="H2327", which is on the left hand|strong="H8040" of Damascus|strong="H1834".
15 E, de noite, Abrão dividiu os seus homens em grupos, derrotou os inimigos e os perseguiu até Hobá, que fica ao norte de Damasco.
16 And he brought back|strong="H7725" all the goods|strong="H7399", and also brought again|strong="H7725" his brother|strong="H0251" Lot|strong="H3876", and his goods|strong="H7399", and the women|strong="H0802" also, and the people|strong="H5971".
16 Trouxe de novo todos os bens, e também o seu sobrinho Ló, os bens dele, e ainda as mulheres, e o povo.
17 And the king|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467" went out|strong="H3318" to meet|strong="H7125" him after|strong="H0310" his return|strong="H7725" from the slaughter|strong="H5221" of Chedorlaomer|strong="H3540", and of the kings|strong="H4428" that were with him, at the valley|strong="H6010" of Shaveh|strong="H7740", which|strong="H1931" is the king’s|strong="H4428" dale|strong="H6010".
17 Quando Abrão regressava, depois de derrotar Quedorlaomer e os reis que estavam com ele, o rei de Sodoma foi ao encontro dele no vale de Savé, que é o vale do Rei.
18 And Melchizedek|strong="H4442" king|strong="H4428" of Salem|strong="H8004" brought forth|strong="H3318" bread|strong="H3899" and wine|strong="H3196": and he was the priest|strong="H3548" of the most high|strong="H5945" God|strong="H0410".
18 E Melquisedeque, rei de Salém, trouxe pão e vinho. Ele era sacerdote do Deus Altíssimo.
19 And he blessed|strong="H1288" him, and said|strong="H0559", Blessed|strong="H1288" be Abram|strong="H0087" of the most high|strong="H5945" God|strong="H0410", possessor|strong="H7069" of heaven|strong="H8064" and earth|strong="H0776":
19 Ele abençoou Abrão e disse: “Abrão seja abençoado pelo Deus Altíssimo, que criou os céus e a terra.
20 And blessed|strong="H1288" be the most high|strong="H5945" God|strong="H0410", which hath delivered|strong="H4042" thine enemies|strong="H6862" into thy hand|strong="H3027". And he gave|strong="H5414" him tithes|strong="H4643" of all.
20 E bendito seja o Deus Altíssimo, que entregou os adversários de você nas suas mãos.” E Abrão deu a Melquisedeque o dízimo de tudo.
21 And the king|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467" said|strong="H0559" unto Abram|strong="H0087", Give|strong="H5414" me the persons|strong="H5315", and take|strong="H3947" the goods|strong="H7399" to thyself.
21 Então o rei de Sodoma disse a Abrão: — Dê-me as pessoas e fique com os bens para você.
22 And Abram|strong="H0087" said|strong="H0559" to the king|strong="H4428" of Sodom|strong="H5467", I have lift up|strong="H7311" mine hand|strong="H3027" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, the most high|strong="H5945" God|strong="H0410", the possessor|strong="H7069" of heaven|strong="H8064" and earth|strong="H0776",
22 Mas Abrão lhe respondeu: — Juro pelo
23 That I will not|strong="H0518" take from a thread|strong="H2339" even to a shoelatchet|strong="H5275", and that I will not|strong="H0518" take|strong="H3947" any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say|strong="H0559", I have made|strong="H6238" Abram|strong="H0087" rich|strong="H6238":
23 que nada tomarei de tudo o que é seu, nem um fio, nem uma correia de sandália, para que você não diga: “Fui eu que enriqueci Abrão.”
24 Save|strong="H1107" only that which|strong="H0834" the young men|strong="H5288" have eaten|strong="H0398", and the portion|strong="H2506" of the men|strong="H0582" which went|strong="H1980" with|strong="H0854" me, Aner|strong="H6063", Eshcol|strong="H0812", and Mamre|strong="H4471"; let them|strong="H1992" take|strong="H3947" their portion|strong="H2506".
24 Nada quero para mim, a não ser o que os rapazes comeram e a parte que toca a Aner, Escol e Manre, os homens que foram comigo; que estes fiquem com a parte deles.
