Gênesis 13

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

And Abram|strong="H0087" went up|strong="H5927" out of Egypt|strong="H4714", he, and his wife|strong="H0802", and all that he had, and Lot|strong="H3876" with him, into the south|strong="H5045".

And Abram|strong="H0087" was very|strong="H3966" rich|strong="H3513" in cattle|strong="H4735", in silver|strong="H3701", and in gold|strong="H2091".

And he went|strong="H3212" on his journeys|strong="H4550" from the south|strong="H5045" even to Beth-el|strong="H1008", unto the place|strong="H4725" where his tent|strong="H0168" had been|strong="H1961" at the beginning|strong="H8462", between Beth-el|strong="H1008" and Hai|strong="H5857";

Unto the place|strong="H4725" of the altar|strong="H4196", which he had made|strong="H6213" there at the first|strong="H7223": and there Abram|strong="H0087" called|strong="H7121" on the name|strong="H8034" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.

And Lot|strong="H3876" also, which went|strong="H1980" with|strong="H0854" Abram|strong="H0087", had flocks|strong="H6629", and herds|strong="H1241", and tents|strong="H0168".

And the land|strong="H0776" was not able to bear|strong="H5375" them, that they might dwell|strong="H3427" together|strong="H3162": for their substance|strong="H7399" was great|strong="H7227", so that they could|strong="H3201" not dwell|strong="H3427" together|strong="H3162".

And there was a strife|strong="H7379" between the herdmen|strong="H7462" of Abram’s|strong="H0087" cattle|strong="H4735" and the herdmen|strong="H7462" of Lot’s|strong="H3876" cattle|strong="H4735": and the Canaanite|strong="H3669" and the Perizzite|strong="H6522" dwelled|strong="H3427" then in the land|strong="H0776".

And Abram|strong="H0087" said|strong="H0559" unto Lot|strong="H3876", Let there be|strong="H1961" no|strong="H0408" strife|strong="H4808", I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen|strong="H7462" and thy herdmen|strong="H7462"; for we|strong="H0582" be brethren|strong="H0251".

Is not the whole land|strong="H0776" before thee|strong="H6440"? separate thyself|strong="H6504", I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand|strong="H8040", then I will go to the right|strong="H3231"; or if thou depart to the right hand|strong="H3225", then I will go to the left|strong="H8041".

And Lot|strong="H3876" lifted up|strong="H5375" his eyes|strong="H5869", and beheld|strong="H7200" all the plain|strong="H3603" of Jordan|strong="H3383", that it was well watered|strong="H4945" every where, before|strong="H6440" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* destroyed|strong="H7843" Sodom|strong="H5467" and Gomorrah|strong="H6017", even as the garden|strong="H1588" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, like the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", as thou comest|strong="H0935" unto Zoar|strong="H6820".

Then Lot|strong="H3876" chose|strong="H0977" him all the plain|strong="H3603" of Jordan|strong="H3383"; and Lot|strong="H3876" journeyed|strong="H5265" east|strong="H6924": and they separated themselves|strong="H6504" the one|strong="H0376" from the other|strong="H0251".

Abram|strong="H0087" dwelled|strong="H3427" in the land|strong="H0776" of Canaan|strong="H3667", and Lot|strong="H3876" dwelled|strong="H3427" in the cities|strong="H5892" of the plain|strong="H3603", and pitched his tent|strong="H0167" toward|strong="H5704" Sodom|strong="H5467".

But the men|strong="H0582" of Sodom|strong="H5467" were wicked|strong="H7451" and sinners|strong="H2400" before the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* exceedingly|strong="H3966".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto Abram|strong="H0087", after|strong="H0310" that Lot|strong="H3876" was separated|strong="H6504" from him, Lift up|strong="H5375" now thine eyes|strong="H5869", and look|strong="H7200" from the place|strong="H4725" where thou art northward|strong="H6828", and southward|strong="H5045", and eastward|strong="H6924", and westward|strong="H3220":

For all the land|strong="H0776" which thou seest|strong="H7200", to thee will I give it|strong="H5414", and to thy seed|strong="H2233" for|strong="H5704" ever|strong="H5769".

And I will make|strong="H7760" thy seed|strong="H2233" as the dust|strong="H6083" of the earth|strong="H0776": so that|strong="H0834" if a man|strong="H0376" can|strong="H3201" number|strong="H4487" the dust|strong="H6083" of the earth|strong="H0776", then shall thy seed|strong="H2233" also be numbered|strong="H4487".

Arise|strong="H6965", walk|strong="H1980" through the land|strong="H0776" in the length|strong="H0753" of it and in the breadth|strong="H7341" of it; for I will give|strong="H5414" it unto thee.

Then Abram|strong="H0087" removed his tent|strong="H0167", and came|strong="H0935" and dwelt|strong="H3427" in the plain|strong="H0436" of Mamre|strong="H4471", which is in Hebron|strong="H2275", and built|strong="H1129" there an altar|strong="H4196" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
