Deuteronômio 21

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

If one be found|strong="H4672" slain|strong="H2491" in the land|strong="H0127" which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" giveth|strong="H5414" thee to possess|strong="H3423" it, lying|strong="H5307" in the field|strong="H7704", and it be not known|strong="H3045" who hath slain|strong="H5221" him:

Then thy elders|strong="H2205" and thy judges|strong="H8199" shall come forth|strong="H3318", and they shall measure|strong="H4058" unto the cities|strong="H5892" which are round about|strong="H5439" him that is slain|strong="H2491":

And it shall be, that the city|strong="H5892" which is next|strong="H7138" unto the slain man|strong="H2491", even the elders|strong="H2205" of that city|strong="H5892" shall take|strong="H3947" an heifer|strong="H1241", which hath not been wrought with|strong="H5647", and which hath not drawn|strong="H4900" in the yoke|strong="H5923";

And the elders|strong="H2205" of that city|strong="H5892" shall bring down|strong="H3381" the heifer|strong="H5697" unto a rough|strong="H0386" valley|strong="H5158", which is neither eared|strong="H5647" nor sown|strong="H2232", and shall strike off|strong="H6202" the heifer’s|strong="H5697" neck|strong="H6202" there in the valley|strong="H5158":

And the priests|strong="H3548" the sons|strong="H1121" of Levi|strong="H3878" shall come near|strong="H5066"; for them the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" hath chosen|strong="H0977" to minister|strong="H8334" unto him, and to bless|strong="H1288" in the name|strong="H8034" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; and by their word|strong="H6310" shall every controversy|strong="H7379" and every stroke|strong="H5061" be tried:

And all the elders|strong="H2205" of that city|strong="H5892", that are next|strong="H7138" unto the slain|strong="H2491" man, shall wash|strong="H7364" their hands|strong="H3027" over the heifer|strong="H5697" that is beheaded|strong="H6202" in the valley|strong="H5158":

And they shall answer|strong="H6030" and say|strong="H0559", Our hands|strong="H3027" have not shed|strong="H8210" this blood|strong="H1818", neither have our eyes|strong="H5869" seen|strong="H7200" it.

Be merciful|strong="H3722", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, unto thy people|strong="H5971" Israel|strong="H3478", whom thou hast redeemed|strong="H6299", and lay|strong="H5414" not innocent|strong="H5355" blood|strong="H1818" unto thy people|strong="H5971" of Israel’s|strong="H3478" charge|strong="H7130". And the blood|strong="H1818" shall be forgiven|strong="H3722" them.

So shalt thou put away|strong="H1197" the guilt of innocent|strong="H5355" blood|strong="H1818" from among|strong="H7130" you, when thou shalt do|strong="H6213" that which is right|strong="H3477" in the sight|strong="H5869" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.

When thou goest forth|strong="H3318" to war|strong="H4421" against thine enemies|strong="H0341", and the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" hath delivered|strong="H5414" them into thine hands|strong="H3027", and thou hast taken|strong="H7617" them captive|strong="H7628",

And seest|strong="H7200" among the captives|strong="H7633" a beautiful|strong="H8389" woman|strong="H0802", and hast a desire|strong="H2836" unto her, that thou wouldest have her|strong="H3947" to thy wife|strong="H0802";

Then thou shalt bring|strong="H0935" her home|strong="H8432" to thine house|strong="H1004"; and she shall shave|strong="H1548" her head|strong="H7218", and pare|strong="H6213" her nails|strong="H6856";

And she shall put|strong="H5493" the raiment|strong="H8071" of her captivity|strong="H7628" from off her, and shall remain|strong="H3427" in thine house|strong="H1004", and bewail|strong="H1058" her father|strong="H0001" and her mother|strong="H0517" a full|strong="H3117" month|strong="H3391": and after|strong="H0310" that thou shalt go|strong="H0935" in unto her, and be her husband|strong="H1166", and she shall be thy wife|strong="H0802".

And it shall be, if thou have no delight|strong="H2654" in her, then thou shalt let her go|strong="H7971" whither she will|strong="H5315"; but thou shalt not sell|strong="H4376" her at all|strong="H4376" for money|strong="H3701", thou shalt not make merchandise|strong="H6014" of her, because|strong="H0834" thou hast humbled|strong="H6031" her.

If a man|strong="H0376" have two|strong="H8147" wives|strong="H0802", one|strong="H0259" beloved|strong="H0157", and another|strong="H0259" hated|strong="H8130", and they have born|strong="H3205" him children|strong="H1121", both the beloved|strong="H0157" and the hated|strong="H8130"; and if the firstborn|strong="H1060" son|strong="H1121" be hers that was hated|strong="H8146":

Then it shall be, when|strong="H3117" he maketh his sons|strong="H1121" to inherit|strong="H5157" that which he hath, that he may|strong="H3201" not make the son|strong="H1121" of the beloved|strong="H0157" firstborn|strong="H1069" before|strong="H6440" the son|strong="H1121" of the hated|strong="H8130", which is indeed the firstborn|strong="H1060":

But he shall acknowledge|strong="H5234" the son|strong="H1121" of the hated|strong="H8130" for the firstborn|strong="H1060", by giving|strong="H5414" him a double|strong="H8147" portion|strong="H6310" of all that he hath|strong="H4672": for he is the beginning|strong="H7225" of his strength|strong="H0202"; the right|strong="H4941" of the firstborn|strong="H1062" is his.

If a man|strong="H0376" have a stubborn|strong="H5637" and rebellious|strong="H4784" son|strong="H1121", which will not obey|strong="H8085" the voice|strong="H6963" of his father|strong="H0001", or the voice|strong="H6963" of his mother|strong="H0517", and that, when they have chastened|strong="H3256" him, will not hearken|strong="H8085" unto them:

Then shall his father|strong="H0001" and his mother|strong="H0517" lay hold|strong="H8610" on him, and bring him out|strong="H3318" unto the elders|strong="H2205" of his city|strong="H5892", and unto the gate|strong="H8179" of his place|strong="H4725";

And they shall say|strong="H0559" unto the elders|strong="H2205" of his city|strong="H5892", This our son|strong="H1121" is stubborn|strong="H5637" and rebellious|strong="H4784", he will not obey|strong="H8085" our voice|strong="H6963"; he is a glutton|strong="H2151", and a drunkard|strong="H5433".

And all the men|strong="H0582" of his city|strong="H5892" shall stone|strong="H7275" him with stones|strong="H0068", that he die|strong="H4191": so shalt thou put|strong="H1197" evil|strong="H7451" away|strong="H1197" from among|strong="H7130" you; and all Israel|strong="H3478" shall hear|strong="H8085", and fear|strong="H3372".

And if a man|strong="H0376" have committed a sin|strong="H2399" worthy of|strong="H4941" death|strong="H4194", and he be to be put to death|strong="H4191", and thou hang|strong="H8518" him on a tree|strong="H6086":

His body|strong="H5038" shall not remain all night|strong="H3885" upon the tree|strong="H6086", but thou shalt in any wise|strong="H6912" bury|strong="H6912" him that day|strong="H3117"; (for he that is hanged|strong="H8518" is accursed|strong="H7045" of God|strong="H0430";) that thy land|strong="H0127" be not defiled|strong="H2930", which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" giveth|strong="H5414" thee for an inheritance|strong="H5159".
