¹ [A Psalm of David.] Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tent? who shall dwell in the hill of thy holiness?

¹ Salmo de Davi. SENHOR, quem habitará no teu tabernáculo? Quem morará no teu santo monte?

² He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth from his heart.

² Aquele que anda corretamente, e trabalha a justiça, e fala a verdade no seu coração.

³ {He that} slandereth not with his tongue, doeth not evil to his companion, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour;

³ Aquele que não calunia com a sua língua, nem faz mal ao seu vizinho, nem se dedica à censura contra seu vizinho.

⁴ In whose eyes the depraved person is contemned, and who honoureth them that fear Jehovah; who, if he have sworn to his own hurt, changeth it not;

⁴ Em cujos olhos uma pessoa vil é desprezada; mas ele honra aqueles que temem ao SENHOR. Aquele que jura para sua própria ofensa, e não muda.

⁵ {He that} putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these {things} shall never be moved.

⁵ Aquele que não retém seu dinheiro por usura, nem recebe recompensa contra o inocente. Aquele que faz estas coisas nunca será abalado.
