1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Wimarã ca wãma baʉarã bʉaro õpẽcõa cʉ̃ja ca amarore biro, mʉja cãa Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ wederique díámacʉ̃ ca niirijere bʉaro amaña, tee jʉori añuro yeri tutua añurã bʉcʉari, mʉja ca ametʉapere biro ĩirã,
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 mee, mani Wiogʉ añugʉ peti cʉ̃ ca niirijere ca majiricarãpʉ niiri.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.

7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,

8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.

O biro mʉjare tiiupi, ñañarije tii niima ĩirã ca naitĩaropʉ niirãre biro ca niirãre, cʉ̃ yee quetire díámacʉ̃ mʉja ca tʉo nʉnʉjeerije jʉori, añuro ca boeropʉ mʉjare ca jʉo cojoricʉ Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ, ca ĩa ñaaña manirije cʉ̃ ca tii jeeño niirijere cʉ̃ja wede batejato ĩigʉ.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Ména jʉgueropʉre, jĩcã pooga macãrã mʉja niitiupa. Mecʉ̃ra yua, Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ yaa pooga macãrã niirã mʉja bii. Jʉgueropʉre mʉjare boo paca ĩatiupi Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ. Mecʉ̃ra bʉaro mʉjare ĩa maimi yua.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Yʉ yaarã yʉ ca mairã, ati yepare, ape yeparipʉ macãrã ca waa nucũ yujurãre biro ca biirãre o biro mʉjare yʉ ĩi: Ñañarije tiirʉga tʉgoeñarique ca tii doti niirije mʉja ca cati niirijepʉre ca doti niirijere tii nʉnʉjeeticãña.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Ʉmʉreco Pacʉre ca majitirã watoapʉre, añuro niirique cʉti ĩño niiña, ñañarije ca tiirãre ca ĩirãre biro mʉjare wede paicã pacarã añuro mʉja ca tii niirijere ĩari, Ʉmʉreco Pacʉre baja peo nʉcʉ̃ bʉorucuma, niipetirãpʉre cʉ̃ja ca tii niiriquere cʉ̃ ca jãiña bejeri rʉmʉ ca niirore.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Wiogʉ yee jʉori, ati yepa macãrã bojoca ca dotirã niipetirãre cʉ̃ja ca dotirore biro tii nʉnʉjeeya, ʉpʉre, niipetirã ʉparãre ca dotigʉ cʉ̃ ca niiro macã.

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Ate nii Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ cʉ̃ ca boorije: Añurije mʉja ca tii niirije mena, ñañarã ca maji bojoca catitirã ñañaro cʉ̃ja ca ĩi wede pai cotetiropʉ mʉja ca tiirije.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Ca doti ecotirãre biro niirique cʉti niiña, tee peere añuro mʉja ca niirijerena, ñañarije tiirʉgarãra, “Ñee peere ca doti ecorã méé jãa nii, jãa ca booro jãa tii maji,” ĩitirãra. Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ yeere ca pade coteri majare biro pee niirique cʉti niiña.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Niipetirãre cʉ̃jare nʉcʉ̃ bʉoya. Mani yaarã Jesucristore ca tʉo nʉnʉjeerãre maiña. Ʉmʉreco Pacʉre cʉ̃re nʉcʉ̃ bʉoya. Macã wiogʉ dotiri majʉ cãare nʉcʉ̃ bʉoya.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Mʉja, pade coteri maja, mʉja ʉparã ca bojoca añurã wadore, añuro mʉjare ca ĩirã wadore, cʉ̃ja ca dotirijere añuro nʉcʉ̃ bʉorique mena tii nʉnʉjeetirãra, ca bojoca ñañarã mena cãare to biri wãmera cʉ̃jare tii nʉnʉjeeya.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Ʉmʉreco Pacʉre ca majirã niiri, ñañarije tiiti pacarã ñañaro tii ecorã, to birora mani ca tʉgoeña ametʉenecãrijea, Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ cʉ̃ ca ĩa biijejarije niiro bii.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Ñañaro mʉja ca tiirique wapa, ñañaro mʉjare cʉ̃ja ca tiiro to birora mʉja ca nʉcã ametʉenecãjata, ñee peere ĩirã cõro, “O biro ca biirã niima” mʉja ĩi nʉcʉ̃ bʉo ecoticu. Añurije mʉja ca tiirije jʉorira ñañaro tamʉo, ñucã to birora tʉgoeña ametʉenecã mʉja ca biijata, tee doca Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ cʉ̃ ca ĩa biijejarije nii.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Aterena ĩigʉ mʉjare jʉoupi Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ, Cristoa mʉja yee wapa ñañaro tamʉoupi, “Cʉ̃ja cãa yʉre biro cʉ̃ja bii nʉnʉjeejato” ĩigʉ.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 “Jesucristoa, jĩcã wãme ʉnoacãra ñañarije tiirucu,
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Ñañaro cʉ̃re cʉ̃ja ca ĩi tutimijata cãare, ñañaro cʉ̃jare ĩi ame, tiitiwi. Ñañaro cʉ̃ ca biiro cʉ̃re cʉ̃ja ca tiimijata cãare, “Yʉ cãa, ñañaro mʉjare yʉ tiirucu,” ĩitiwi. Ĩitigʉra, Ʉmʉreco Pacʉ, ca niirore biro ca ĩa bejegʉ peere, “Mʉ pee mʉ ca ĩa bejepe nii,” ĩicãwi.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Jesucristo majuropeera yucʉ tenipʉ bii yaigʉ, ñañarije mani ca tii bui cʉtirique wapare ametʉene bojacãupi, ñañarije mani ca tii niirijere ca bii yai weoricarãre biro niiri, añurije pee wadore mani ca tii nʉnʉjeepere biro ĩigʉ. Ñañaro cʉ̃ ca cami tuu ecorique jʉori, mʉja ametʉene ecoupa.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Ména jʉgueropʉra, ovejas ca maa wijiaricarãre biro mʉja ca booro mʉja bii nucũ yujurucuupa. To biro ca biimiricarã, mecʉ̃ peera yua, ovejas're coteri majʉre biro ca niigʉ, añuro mʉjare ca ĩa nʉnʉjee niigʉ, Jesucristo peere mʉja tʉo nʉnʉjee.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
