1 Yesu wázonzila hika mu bingana; wuzimbudi:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 «Kipfumu kya mazilu kifwanakani yi kyamvu mosi wáta mukinzi wa longu lwa mwana wandi wa yakala.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Amana wátuma basadi bandi benda tela batu bana kátedisa ku mukinzi wa longu; kaasi bázolaku kukwisa.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Wátuma hika basadi bakwawu, mu kuzimbula: "Zimbulenu kwena bana thedisiki: Tala, ngidiki kedi madya mama, miluma mya bangombi yi bambisi bahika ba senga babahondi, byosu byayilama; alwisenu ku mukinzi wa longu!"
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Kaasi bawu bálewula, benda kwabawu, mosi wenda ku kilanga kyandi, mukwawu wenda ku kikhita kyandi;
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 amana bakwawu, bábakwata basadi bandi, bábatukwana, amana bábahonda.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Kyamvu wáyuka khabu: amana buna kátuma baphumbulu bandi, wáhondisa bandwandwa bana yi mbanza ya bawu phi wáyokisaya.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Hanga wuzimbudi kwena basadi bandi: "Mukinzi wa longu wuyilami, kaasi batu babana bátedisa bákalaku kwatakani kikuma kya wawu.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Hangenu lwenda muna phambu za nzila, amana tedisenu, ku mukinzi wa longu, boosu bana lwawána."
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Buna bálubuka basadi bana mu nzila, bákutikisa batu boosu bana báwana, ba mbi yi ba mboti; nzu ya mukinzi yábasa yi batu.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Amana buna kákota kyamvu mu kutala batu bana kátedisa, wámona mwamuna mutu mosi wakonda vwata muledi wa mukinzi wa longu.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Amana wumuzimbwadi: "Mukwetu, abweti wukotidi mwamu konda muledi wa mukinzi wa longu?" Kaasi yandi kámonaku kima kya kuvutula.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Hanga kyamvu wuzimbudi kwena basadi: "Mukasenu moku yi malu, amana mulosenu ku nzila kwena phipha; kwakuna kwakála bidilu yi makwenzi."
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Mukuma balawu bátela, kaasi bakhunda básolama.»
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Hanga bafwadisi bendi kasa kifwandu, bamuleya ndangu bamukwatila mu ndinga.

16 Amana batumini balonguki ba bawu kwena yandi ha kimosi yi ndambu ya batu bana bakala landa Helodi, mu kuzimbula: «Mulongi, tuzayi ni kyedika wisi zonza ngeyi amana wisi longa nzila ya Nzambi mu masonga. Weku yi bweya bwa mambu mana bisi banza batu mukuma wisiku tala mbunzu za batu.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Tuzimbwaleti si buna wisi banza ngeyi: bulombi mu kufuta phaku ya Khayisala ho loni?»
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Kaasi Yesu, bwosu kázaya mabanza ma bawu ma mbi; wuzimbudi: «Kikuma kya biki lubati ndeyila, bakavungalosi?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Tsongilenu mbongu zina bisi futa phaku.» Bawu bámusongila fwalanga dimosi,
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 amana wábahyula: «Mbunzu yi khumbu yayi básonika haka, bya nati?»
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Bamuzimbwadini: «Bya Khayisala». Hanga wubazimbwadi: «Disongidila, hanenu mambu ma Khayisala kwena Khayisala, amana mambu ma Nzambi kwena Nzambi.»
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Buna báyuka bwabuna, báyituka, amana bámusisa, benda kwa bawu.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Muna kilumbu meni kina, ndambu ya Basadise, bana bisi zimbula ni kweku lufutumuku, bábwesuka kwena yandi, amana bámuhyula

24 mu kuzimbula: «Mulongi, Moyize kázimbula: "Yuka ni mutu mosi kafwa konda kubuta mwana, myaki wandi kafweti kwela mufwidi ndangu katombula kikanda kya phangi wandi."
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Kinga, kwákala kwena betu, yi baphangi ba bayakala tsambwadi; amana watheti wákwela, wáfwa; amana konda kusisa dibuta, wásisa mufwidi wandi kwena myaki wandi.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Busalami phila mosi kwena wuna wazodi, yi watatu, yi kuna kwa wuna watsambwadi.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Amana kunima dya bawu boosu, mukhetu wáfwa.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Mu kilumbu kya lufutumuku, mukhetu wa nani kakala, ha kati dya bawu tsambwadi? Mukuma boosu bámukwela!»
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Amana mu kuvutula, Yesu wubazimbwadi: «Luditotisi kikuma lwisiku bakisa keti Masonuku keti ngolu za Nzambi.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Mukuma, ku lufutumuku lwa bafwa kwakálaku yi bayakala keti bakhetu bakwélana, kaasi bakala hanga banzyo mu zilu.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Amana kikuma kya lufutumuku lwa bafwa, lwátangaku mana báluzimbwala kwena Nzambi:
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 "Meni yena Nzambi wa Bulahami yi Nzambi wa Yizaki yi Nzambi wa Yakobi"? Keku Nzambi wa bafwa kaasi wa bana ba moya.»
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 Amana buna báyuka bwana, milumba-lumba mya batu báyituka lawu ku malongi mandi.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 Buna báyuka Bafwadisi ni Yesu wábatsukisa Basadise, bákutakana.
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Amana mosi hana kati dya bawu, mulongi wa mitsiku, kakala muleya mu kumuhyula:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 «Mulongi, khi wawu mutsiku wa mbuta mu mitsiku?»
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Yandi wumuvutwadi: «"Watónda Pfumu Nzambi waku yi mbundu yaku yosu, yi moya waku wosu yi ngangu zaku zoosu."
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Wawu wenina mutsiku wa mbuta yi watheti.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Amana mutsiku wa zodi, phila mosi yi wuna wa theti: "Tonda khunda waku hanga ngeyi meni."
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Mitsiku myami myodi mivungi mitsiku yi Bambikudi.»
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Bwosu bákutakana Bafwadisi, Yesu wábahyula
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 mu kuzimbula: «Biki lwisi banza kikuma kya Kidisitu? Mwana wa nati kenina?» Bamuvutwadini: «Wa Tavidi.»
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Yandi wubazimbwadi: «Abweti si Tavidi, mu Kitembu kisi mutela ni Pfumu, tangwa kisi zimbula:»
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 "Pfumu kázimbula kwena Pfumu wama":
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 «Disonga yuka ni Tavidi kisi mutela "Pfumu", abweti kakadila mwana wandi?»
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Amana ka mutu ku walenda kumuvutwala ndinga mosi. Tuka kilumbu meni kina, ka mutu ku wámeka hika kumuhyula kyufu.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
