1 Oh come, let us sing unto Jehovah! Let us shout joyfully unto the Rock of our salvation.
1 Ó vinde, cantemos ao SENHOR; façamos um barulho alegre à rocha da nossa salvação.
2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
2 Venhamos diante da sua presença com ações de graças, e façamos um barulho alegre a ele com salmos.
3 For Jehovah is the great and Mighty God, and the great King above all gods.
3 Pois o SENHOR é um grande Deus, e um grande Rei sobre todos os deuses.
4 In His hand are the deep places of the earth; the summits of the hills are also His.
4 Em suas mãos estão os lugares profundos da terra; também é sua a força dos montes.
5 The sea is His, for He made it; and His hands formed the dry land.
5 O mar é seu, e ele o fez; e as suas mãos formaram a terra seca.
6 Oh come, let us prostrate ourselves and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker.
6 Ó vinde, adoremos e nos prostremos; ajoelhemos diante do SENHOR, nosso criador.
7 For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice:
7 Pois ele é o nosso Deus, e somos o povo do seu pasto, e as ovelhas da sua mão. Se hoje ouvirdes a sua voz;
8 harden not your hearts, as in the strife, as in the day of testing in the wilderness,
8 não endureçais o vosso coração, como na provocação, e como no dia da tentação no deserto;
9 when your fathers tried Me; they examined Me and saw My work.
9 quando vossos pais me tentaram, me provocaram, e viram a minha obra.
10 For forty years I was grieved with that generation, and said, It is a people who go astray in their hearts, and they have not known My ways.
10 Ao longo de quarenta anos eu fui entristecido por esta geração, e disse: Este é um povo que erra em seu coração, e não conheceram os meus caminhos;
11 So I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter into My rest.
11 Ao qual jurei na minha ira que eles não entrarão no meu descanso.
