1 O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music, even with my glory.

2 Awake, lute and harp! I will awake at dawn.
2 Acordai, saltério e harpa; eu mesmo acordarei cedo.
3 I will give thanks unto You, O Jehovah, among the peoples, and I will make music unto You among the nations.

4 For Your mercy is great above the heavens, and Your truth unto the clouds.

5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth,
5 Sê tu exaltado, ó Deus, sobre os céus, e a tua glória sobre toda a terra;
6 that Your beloved may be delivered. Save with Your right hand, and answer me.

7 God has spoken in His holiness: I will rejoice; I will divide Shechem and measure out the Valley of Succoth.

8 Gilead is Mine; Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim also is the protection for My head; Judah is My lawgiver;
8 Gileade é meu; Manassés é meu; Efraim também é a força da minha cabeça; Judá é meu legislador.
9 Moab is My washpot; over Edom I will cast My shoe; over Philistia I will triumph.
9 Moabe é meu vaso de lavar; sobre Edom lançarei minha sandália; sobre a Filístia triunfarei.
10 Who will bring me into the strong city? Who will lead me into Edom?
10 Quem me trará para a cidade forte? Quem me levará para dentro de Edom?
11 Is it not You, O God, who cast us off? And will You not, O God, go out with our armies?
11 Não irás tu, ó Deus, que nos rejeitaste? E não irás tu, ó Deus, adiante com os nossos exércitos?
12 Give us help from adversity, for the help of man is vain.
12 Dá-nos o socorro na tribulação; pois vão é o socorro do homem.
13 Through God we shall deal with might, for it is He who shall trample our enemies.
13 Através de Deus agiremos valentemente, pois ele é aquele que pisará nossos inimigos.
