1 And in the laste of daies the hil of the hous of the Lord schal be maad redi in the cop of hillis, and hiy ouer smale hillis. And puplis schulen flete to him, and many puplis schulen haaste,
1 Nos últimos dias, o monte do templo do será estabelecido no alto dos montes e se elevará sobre as colinas, e para ele afluirão os povos.
2 and shulen seie, Come ye, stie we til to the hil of the Lord, and to the hous of God of Jacob; and he schal teche vs of hise weies, and we schulen go in hise pathis. For lawe schal go out fro Syon, and the word of the Lord fro Jerusalem;
2 Muitas nações virão e dirão: “Venham, subamos ao monte do e ao templo do Deus de Jacó, para que nos ensine os seus caminhos, e andemos nas suas veredas.” Porque de Sião sairá a lei, e a palavra do de Jerusalém.
3 and he schal deme bitwixe many puplis, and schal chastise stronge folkis til in to fer. And thei schulen bete togidere her swerdis in to scharis, and her speris in to picoisis; a folc schal not take swerd ayens folc, and thei schulen no more lerne for to fiyte.
3 Ele julgará entre muitos povos e corrigirá nações poderosas e distantes. Estas transformarão as suas espadas em lâminas de arados e as suas lanças, em foices. Nação não levantará a espada contra nação, nem aprenderão mais a guerra.
4 And a man schal sitte vndur his vyneyerd, and vndur his fige tree; and ther schal not be that schal make aferd, for the mouth of the Lord of oostis spak.
4 Mas cada um se assentará debaixo da sua videira e debaixo da sua figueira, e não haverá quem os atemorize, porque a boca do
5 For alle puplis schulen go, ech man in the name of his Lord God; but we schulen walke in the name of oure Lord God in to the world, and ouer.
5 Porque todos os povos andam, cada um em nome do seu deus; mas, quanto a nós, andaremos em nome do para todo o sempre.
6 In that dai, seith the Lord, Y schal gadere the haltynge, and Y schal gadere hir that Y castide awei, and whom Y turmentide Y schal coumforte.
6 “Naquele dia”, diz o “congregarei os que coxeiam e recolherei os que foram expulsos e os que eu tinha afligido.
7 And Y schal putte the haltynge in to relifs, ether remenauntis, and hir that trauelide, in a strong folc. And the Lord schal regne on hem in the hil of Sion, fro this now and til in to with outen ende.
7 Dos que coxeiam farei um remanescente e dos que foram lançados para longe, uma nação poderosa; e o no monte Sião, desde agora e para sempre.
8 And thou, `derk tour of the floc of the douyter of Sion, `til to thee he schal come, and the first power schal come, the rewme of the douytir of Jerusalem.
8 A você, ó torre do rebanho, monte da filha de Sião, a você virá, sim, virá o primeiro domínio, o reino da filha de Jerusalém.”
9 Now whi art thou drawun togidere with mournyng? whether a kyng is not to thee, ether thi counselour perischide? for sorowe hath take thee, as a womman trauelinge of child.
9 Agora, por que você está gritando tão alto? Será porque você não tem rei? Morreram os seus conselheiros? Apoderou-se de você a dor como da mulher que está dando à luz?
10 Thou douyter of Sion, make sorewe, and haaste, as a womman trauelynge of child; for now thou schalt go out of the citee, and schalt dwelle in cuntree, and schalt come `til to Babiloyne; there thou schalt be delyuered, there the Lord schal ayen bie thee, fro the hond of thin enemyes.
10 Suporte as dores e faça força, filha de Sião, como a mulher que está dando à luz. Porque agora vocês terão de sair da cidade e morar nos campos; vocês irão para a Babilônia. Ali, porém, vocês serão libertados; ali, o das mãos dos inimigos.
11 And now many folkis ben gaderid on thee, whiche seien, Be it stonyd, and oure iye biholde in to Sion.
11 Agora muitas nações se reuniram contra você, dizendo: “Que Jerusalém seja profanada! Que os nossos olhos se deliciem com a ruína de Sião!”
12 Forsothe thei knewen not the thouytis of the Lord, and vndurstoden not the councel of hym, for he gaderide hem as the hei of feeld.
12 Mas essas nações não conhecem os pensamentos do nem entendem o seu plano: ele as ajuntou como feixes a serem batidos na eira.
13 Rise thou, douyter of Sion, and threische, for Y schal putte thin horn of irun, and Y schal putte thi nailis brasun; and thou schalt make lesse, ether waste, many puplis, and schalt sle to the Lord the raueyns of hem, and the strengthe of hem to the Lord of al erthe.
13 Levante-se e comece a debulhar, ó filha de Sião, porque eu lhe darei chifres de ferro e cascos de bronze. Você esmagará muitos povos, e as riquezas que eles adquiriram serão dedicadas ao e os bens que eles conquistaram pela força serão consagrados ao Senhor de toda a terra.
