1 And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
1 O Senhor disse a Moisés: "Dize aos israelitas o seguinte:
2 and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
2 se alguém fizer um voto, as pessoas serão do Senhor segundo a tua avaliação.
3 If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
3 Se se tratar de um homem de vinte a sessenta anos, o valor será de cinqüenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário;
4 sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
4 se for uma mulher, o valor será de trinta siclos.
5 forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
5 Para a idade de cinco a vinte anos, o valor será de vinte siclos para o menino, e dez siclos para a menina.
6 fro o monethe `til to the fifthe yeer, fyue ciclis schulen be youun for a male, thre ciclis for a womman;
6 De um mês até cinco anos, o valor será de cinco siclos de prata para um menino, e três para uma menina.
7 a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
7 Aos sessenta anos, e daí para cima, a estimação será de quinze siclos para um homem e dez siclos para uma mulher.
8 If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
8 Se aquele que tiver feito o voto for demasiado pobre e não puder pagar o valor que avaliaste, apresentar-se-á ao sacerdote, que fixará o valor segundo as posses daquele que fez o voto.
9 Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
9 Se se tratar de animais que se podem oferecer ao Senhor, todo animal que assim se tiver dado ao Senhor será coisa santa.
10 and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
10 Não poderá ser trocado nem substituído, bom por mau, ou mau por bom. Mas, se se trocar um animal por outro, eles serão coisa santa, tanto um como o outro.
11 Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
11 Se se tratar de um animal impuro que não se pode oferecer ao Senhor, será apresentado ao sacerdote:
12 and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
12 ele o avaliará, conforme for bom ou mau, e sua estimação determinará o preço.
13 which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
13 Se se quiser resgatá-lo, ajuntará uma quinta parte ao que tiver sido avaliado.
14 If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
14 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor a sua casa fazendo dela coisa santa, o sacerdote a avaliará segundo for boa ou má, e ela será vendida pelo preço dessa avaliação.
15 sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
15 Mas, se aquele que consagrou a sua casa quiser resgatá-la, ajuntará um quinto ao preço da avaliação, e ela lhe pertencerá de novo.
16 That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
16 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor uma parte da terra que lhe pertence, tu a avaliarás segundo a quantidade de grãos que se pode semear nela, à razão de cinqüenta siclos de prata por homer de cevada.
17 If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
17 Se consagrar o seu campo, a partir do ano do jubileu, far-se-á segundo a tua avaliação:
18 but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
18 mas, se o tiver feito depois do jubileu, o sacerdote estimará o seu preço segundo o número de anos que restam até o jubileu, e haverá uma redução sobre o preço da avaliação.
19 That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
19 Se aquele que consagrou o seu campo quiser resgatá-lo, ajuntará um quinto ao preço fixado, e possui-lo-á.
20 but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
20 Se não o resgatar e o vender a outro, esse campo não poderá mais ser resgatado.
21 for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
21 Quando o campo ficar livre no jubileu, será consagrado ao Senhor como um campo votado ao interdito, e tornar-se-á propriedade do sacerdote.
22 If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
22 Se alguém consagrar ao Senhor um campo que comprou, o qual não faça parte de seu patrimônio,
23 and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
23 o sacerdote fixará o seu preço de acordo com a tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu, e esse homem pagará o preço fixado no mesmo dia; é uma coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
24 forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
24 No ano jubilar, o campo voltará ao vendedor, como patrimônio que lhe pertence.
25 `Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
25 Todas as avaliações se farão em siclos do santuário. O siclo vale vinte gueras.
26 No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
26 Entretanto, ninguém poderá consagrar os primogênitos de seu gado, pois pertencem já ao Senhor pelo seu título de primogênito: seja um boi, seja uma ovelha, são propriedade do Senhor.
27 That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
27 Se se tratar de um animal impuro, será resgatado pelo preço que fixares, ajuntando-se mais uma quinta parte; se não for resgatado, será vendido segundo a tua avaliação.
28 Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
28 Se um homem consagrar ao Senhor por interdito alguma coisa que lhe pertence, seja qual for esse objeto - uma pessoa, um animal ou um campo de seu patrimônio - ela não poderá ser vendida, nem resgatada: tudo o que é votado por interdito é coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
29 and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
29 Nenhuma pessoa votada ao interdito poderá ser resgatada: ela será morta.
30 Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
30 Todos os dízimos da terra, tomados das sementes do solo ou dos frutos das árvores são propriedade do Senhor: é uma coisa consagrada ao Senhor.
31 sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
31 Se alguém quiser resgatar alguma coisa de seus dízimos, ajuntará uma quinta parte.
32 of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
32 Todos os dízimos do gado maior e menor, os dízimos do que passa sob o cajado do pastor, o décimo {animal} será consagrado ao Senhor.
33 it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
33 Não se fará escolha entre bom e mau e não se fará substituição. Se alguém o fizer, tanto o animal substituído como o que substituiu serão coisa consagrada: não poderão ser resgatados."
34 These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
34 Tais são as ordenações que o Senhor deu a Moisés para os israelitas no monte Sinai.
