1 Alle that thirsten, come ye to watris, and ye han not siluer, haaste, bie ye, and ete ye; come ye, bie ye, with out siluer and with outen ony chaungyng, wyn and mylk.
1 Ó, todo o que está sedento, vinde às águas, e o que não tem dinheiro; vinde vós, comprai e comei; sim, vinde, comprai vinho e leite sem dinheiro e sem preço.
2 Whi peisen ye siluer, and not in looues, and youre trauel, not in fulnesse? Ye herynge here me, and ete ye good, and youre soule schal delite in fatnesse.
2 Por que razão gastais dinheiro naquilo que não é pão? E seu trabalho naquilo que não satisfaz? Escutai-me diligentemente e comei aquilo que é bom e permiti que as vossas almas deleitem-se com a gordura.
3 Bowe ye youre eere, and `come ye to me; here ye, and youre soule schal lyue; and Y schal smyte with you a couenaunt euerlastynge, the feithful mercies of Dauid.
3 Inclinai vossos ouvidos e vinde a mim. Ouvi, e vossa alma viverá, e eu farei um pacto eterno convosco, as infalíveis misericórdias de Davi.
4 Lo! Y yaf hym a witnesse to puplis, a duyk and a comaundour to folkis.
4 Eis que eu o tenho dado por uma testemunha para os povos, um líder e comandante para os povos.
5 Lo! thou schalt clepe folkis, whiche thou knewist not; and folkis, that knewen not thee, schulen renne to thee; for thi Lord God, and the hooli of Israel, for he glorifiede thee.
5 Eis que tu chamarás uma nação que tu não conheces, e nações que não te conhecem a ti correrão, por causa do SENHOR teu Deus e pelo Santo de Israel, porque ele tem te glorificado.
6 Seke ye the Lord, while he mai be foundun; clepe ye hym to help, while he is niy.
6 Buscai vós ao SENHOR enquanto ele pode ser encontrado; invocai-o enquanto ele está próximo.
7 An vnfeithful man forsake his weie, and a wickid man forsake hise thouytis; and turne he ayen to the Lord, and he schal haue merci on hym, and to oure God, for he is myche to foryyue.
7 Deixe que o perverso abandone seu caminho, e o homem injusto seus pensamentos, e permita-o retornar para o SENHOR, e ele terá misericórdia dele. E para nosso Deus, porque ele abundantemente perdoará.
8 For why my thouytis ben not youre thouytis, and my weies ben not youre weies, seith the Lord.
8 Porque os meus pensamentos não são os vossos pensamentos, nem são os vossos caminhos os meus caminhos, diz o SENHOR.
9 For as heuenys ben reisid fro erthe, so my weies ben reisid fro youre weies, and my thouytis fro youre thouytis.
9 Porque, como os céus são mais altos do que a terra, deste modo são os meus caminhos mais altos do que os vossos caminhos e os meus pensamentos do que os vossos pensamentos.
10 And as reyn and snow cometh doun fro heuene, and turneth no more ayen thidur, but it fillith the erthe, and bischedith it, and makith it to buriowne, and yyueth seed to hym that sowith, and breed to hym that etith,
10 Porque, como cai a chuva e a neve desde o céu, e não retornam naquela direção, porém molha a terra e a faz produzir e brotar, para que possa dar semente para o semeador e pão para o que come,
11 so schal be my word, that schal go out of my mouth. It schal not turne ayen voide to me, but it schal do what euer thingis Y wolde, and it schal haue prosperite in these thingis to whiche Y sente it.
11 assim será minha palavra, que sai da minha boca. Ela não retornará para mim vazia, porém, ela fará acontecer aquilo que eu desejo, e ela prosperará na coisa para a qual eu a enviei.
12 For ye schulen go out in gladnesse, and ye schulen be led forth in pees; mounteyns and litil hillis schulen synge heriynge bifore you, and alle the trees of the cuntrei schulen make ioie with hond.
12 Porque vós saireis com alegria e sereis conduzidos com paz. Os montes e as colinas irromperão diante de ti em canto, e todas árvores do campo baterão palmas.
13 A fir tre schal grow for a firse, and a mirte tre schal wexe for a nettil; and the Lord schal be nemyd in to a signe euerlastynge, that schal not be doon awei.
13 No lugar do espinheiro brotará o pinheiro, e no lugar da sarça brotará a murta. E isto será para o SENHOR por como um memorial, e por um eterno sinal que nunca deixará de existir.
