1 The hond of the Lord was maad on me, and ledde me out in the spirit of the Lord; and he lefte me in the myddis of a feeld that was ful of boonys;
1 A mão do SENHOR estava sobre mim, e me carregou para fora no Espírito do SENHOR, e me pôs no meio de um vale que estava cheio de ossos,
2 and he ledde me aboute bi tho in cumpas. Forsothe tho weren ful manye on the face of the feeld, and drie greetli.
2 e me fez passar ao redor deles, e eis que eram muitos no vale aberto; e eis que eles estavam muito secos.
3 And he seide to me, Gessist thou, sone of man, whether these boonys schulen lyue? And Y seide, Lord God, thou wost.
3 E ele me disse: Filho do homem, podem estes ossos viver? E eu respondi: Ó Senhor DEUS, tu sabes.
4 And he seide to me, Profesie thou of these boonys; and thou schalt seie to tho, Ye drie boonys, here the word of the Lord.
4 Novamente ele me disse: Profetiza sobre estes ossos, e dize-lhes: Ó vós, ossos secos, ouvi a palavra do SENHOR.
5 The Lord God seith these thingis to these boonys, Lo! Y schal sende in to you a spirit, and ye schulen lyue.
5 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS a estes ossos: Eis que eu farei com que o fôlego entre em vós, e vivereis;
6 And Y schal yyue synewis on you, and Y schal make fleischis to wexe on you, and Y schal stretche forth aboue a skyn in you, and Y schal yyue a spirit to you, and ye schulen lyue; and ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
6 E eu colocarei tendões sobre vós e farei crescer carne sobre vós, e vos cobrirei com pele, e porei fôlego em vós e vivereis; e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
7 And Y profesiede, as he comaundide to me; forsothe a sown was maad, while Y profesiede, and lo! a stiryng togidere, and boonys camen to boonys, ech to his ioynture.
7 Então profetizei como havia sido ordenado, e enquanto eu profetizava houve um ruído, e eis que uma agitação, e os ossos se juntaram, cada osso ao seu osso.
8 And Y siy and lo! synewis and fleischis `wexeden vpon tho, and skyn was stretchid forth aboue in hem, and tho hadden no spirit.
8 E quando eu contemplei, eis que os tendões e a carne vieram sobre eles, e pele os cobriu por cima; mas não havia fôlego neles.
9 And he seide to me, Profesie thou to the spirit, profesie thou, sone of man; and thou schalt seie to the spirit, The Lord God seith these thingis, Come, thou spirit, fro foure wyndis, and blowe thou on these slayn men, and lyue thei ayen.
9 Então, ele me disse: Profetiza ao vento, profetiza, filho do homem, e dize ao vento: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Vem dos quatro ventos, ó fôlego, e respira sobre estes mortos, para que eles possam viver.
10 And Y profesiede, as he comaundide to me; and the spirit entride in to tho boonys, and thei lyueden, and stoden on her feet, a ful greet oost.
10 Então eu profetizei como ele me havia ordenado, e o fôlego veio para dentro deles, e eles viveram, e se levantaram sobre os seus pés, um exército extremamente grande.
11 And the Lord seide to me, Thou sone of man, alle these boonys is the hous of Israel; thei seien, Oure boonys drieden, and oure hope perischide, and we ben kit awei.
11 Então, ele me disse: Filho do homem, estes ossos são toda a casa de Israel; eis que eles dizem: Nossos ossos se secaram, e nossa esperança está perdida; nós estamos cortados fora por nossas partes.
12 Therfor profesie thou, and thou schalt seie to hem, The Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal opene youre graues, and Y schal lede you out of youre sepulcris, my puple, and Y schal lede you in to youre lond Israel.
12 Portanto, profetiza, e dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis, ó meu povo, que eu abrirei os vossos túmulos, e vos farei sair dos vossos túmulos, e vos trarei à terra de Israel.
13 And ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal opene youre sepulcris, and schal lede you out of youre biriels, my puple;
13 E sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR, quando eu tiver aberto vossos túmulos, ó povo meu, e vos trarei de vossas sepulturas,
14 and Y schal yyue my spirit in you, and ye schulen lyue. And Y schal make you for to reste on youre lond; and ye schulen wite, that Y the Lord spak, and dide, seith the Lord God.
14 e porei meu Espírito em vós, e vivereis, e eu vos colocarei na vossa própria terra; então sabereis que eu, o SENHOR, disse isto, e o cumpri, diz o SENHOR.
15 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
15 A palavra do SENHOR veio novamente a mim, dizendo:
16 and he seide, And thou, sone of man, take to thee o tree, and write thou on it, To Juda, and to the sones of Israel, and to hise felowis. And take thou an other tree, and write on it, Joseph, the tree of Effraym, and of al the hous of Israel, and of hise felowis.
16 Além disso, tu, filho do homem, toma uma vara, e escreve nela: Por Judá e pelos filhos de Israel, seus companheiros. Então, toma outra vara, e escreve nela: Por José, vara de Efraim, e por toda a casa de Israel, seus companheiros;
17 And ioyne thou tho trees oon to the tother in to o tree to thee; and tho schulen be in to onement in thin hond.
17 e junta-os um ao outro em uma só vara, e elas se tornarão uma na tua mão.
18 Sotheli whanne the sones of thi puple that speken, schulen seie to thee, Whether thou schewist not to vs, what thou wolt to thee in these thingis?
18 E quando os filhos do teu povo falarem a ti, dizendo: Tu não nos mostrarás o que queres mostrar-nos com estas coisas?
19 thou schalt speke to hem, The Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal take the tree of Joseph, which is in the hond of Effraym, and the lynagis of Israel, that ben ioyned to hym, and Y schal yyue hem togidere with the tree of Juda; and Y schal make hem in to o tree, and thei schulen be oon in the hond of hym.
19 Dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu tomarei a vara de José que está na mão de Efraim, e das tribos de Israel, seus companheiros, e as colocarei com ele, com a vara de Judá, e farei delas uma vara, e elas serão uma na minha mão.
20 Sotheli the trees, on whiche thou hast write, schulen be in thin hond bifore the iyen of hem.
20 E as varas, em que tu escreveste estará na tua mão diante dos seus olhos.
21 And thou schalt seie to hem, The Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal take the sones of Israel fro the myddis of naciouns, to whiche thei yeden forth; and Y schal gadere hem togidere on ech side. And Y schal brynge hem to her lond,
21 E dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu tomarei os filhos de Israel dentre os pagãos, para onde eles foram, e os juntarei de todo lado, e os trarei para a sua própria terra;
22 and Y schal make hem o folc in the lond, in the hillis of Israel, and o kyng schal be comaundynge to alle: and thei schulen no more be twei folkis, and thei schulen no more be departid in to twey rewmes.
22 e eu farei deles uma nação na terra sobre os montes de Israel, e um rei será rei para todos eles, e eles não serão mais duas nações, nem devem ser divididos em dois reinos.
23 And thei schulen no more be defoulid in her idols, and her abhomynaciouns, and in alle her wickidnessis. And Y schal make hem saaf fro alle her seetis, in which thei synneden, and Y schal clense hem; and thei schulen be a puple to me, and Y schal be God to hem.
23 Nem mais se contaminarão com os seus ídolos, nem com suas coisas detestáveis, nem com qualquer uma das suas transgressões; mas eu os livrarei de todas as suas habitações em que pecaram, e os limparei; assim eles serão o meu povo, e eu serei o seu Deus.
24 And my seruaunt Dauid schal be kyng on hem, and o scheepherde schal be of alle hem; thei schulen go in my domes, and thei schulen kepe my comaundementis, and schulen do tho.
24 E Davi, meu servo, será rei sobre eles, e todos eles terão um pastor; eles também andarão nos meus juízos e observarão os meus estatutos, e os cumprirão.
25 And thei schulen dwelle on the lond, which Y yaf to my seruaunt Jacob, in which youre fadris dwelliden; and thei schulen dwelle on that lond, thei, and the sones of hem, and the sones of her sones, til in to with outen ende; and Dauid, my seruaunt, schal be the prince of hem with outen ende.
25 E habitarão na terra que eu dei a Jacó, meu servo, em que vossos pais habitaram; e habitarão nela, eles e seus filhos, e os filhos de seus filhos, para sempre, e meu servo Davi será o seu príncipe para sempre.
26 And Y schal smyte to hem a boond of pees; it schal be a couenaunt euerlastynge to hem, and Y schal founde hem, and Y schal multiplie, and Y schal yyue myn halewing in the myddis of hem with outen ende.
26 Além disso, eu farei um pacto de paz com eles; será um pacto perpétuo com eles. E os estabelecerei, e os multiplicarei, e colocarei o meu santuário no meio deles para sempre.
27 And my tabernacle schal be among hem, and Y schal be God to hem, and thei schulen be a puple to me.
27 Meu tabernáculo também estará com eles; sim, e eu serei o seu Deus e eles serão o meu povo.
28 And hethene men schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, halewere of Israel, whanne myn halewyng schal be in the myddis of hem with outen ende.
28 E os pagãos saberão que eu, o SENHOR, santifico a Israel, quando meu santuário estiver no meio deles para sempre.
