1 And it was doon in the enleuenthe yeer, in the firste dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad to me, and he seide,
1 E aconteceu que, no undécimo ano, ao primeiro dia do mês, a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
2 Thou, sone of man, for that that Tire seide of Jerusalem, Wel! the yatis of puplis ben brokun, it is turned to me; Y schal be fillid, it is forsakun;
2 Filho do homem, por causa do que Tiro disse contra Jerusalém: Ah! ela está quebrada o que era os portões dos povos; ela virou-se para mim; eu serei reabastecido, agora que ela está devastada.
3 therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Tire, Y on thee; and Y schal make many folkis to stie to thee, as the see flowynge stieth.
3 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu estou contra ti, ó Tiro, e farei com que muitas nações subam contra ti, como o mar faz subir as suas ondas.
4 And thei schulen distrie the wallis of Tire, and thei schulen distrie the touris therof; and Y schal rase the dust therof fro it, and Y schal yyue it in to a `moost clere stoon.
4 E elas destruirão os muros de Tiro, e derrubarão as suas torres; e também rasparei o seu pó, e farei dela como o topo de uma rocha.
5 Driyng of nettis schal be in the myddis of the see, for Y spak, seith the Lord God. And Tire schal be in to rauysching to hethene men.
5 Virá a ser um lugar para o estender de redes no meio do mar; porque eu o disse, diz o Senhor DEUS; e tornar-se-á de despojo para as nações.
6 And the douytris therof that ben in the feeld, schulen be slayn bi swerd; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
6 E suas filhas, que estão no campo, serão mortas pela espada; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
7 For whi the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal brynge to Tire Nabugodonosor, the king of Babiloyne, fro the north, the kyng of kyngis, with horsis, and charis, and knyytis, and with a cumpeny, and greet puple.
7 Porque assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu trarei sobre Tiro a Nabucodonosor, rei de Babilônia, um rei dos reis, do norte, com cavalos, e com carruagens, e com cavaleiros, e companhias, e muitas pessoas.
8 He schal sle bi swerd thi douytris that ben in the feeld, and he schal cumpasse thee with strengthingis, and he schal bere togidere erthe in cumpas. And he schal reise a scheeld ayens thee,
8 Ele matará com a espada as tuas filhas no campo, e ele fará um forte contra ti, e lançará um monte contra ti, e levantará o broquel contra ti.
9 and he schal tempre engynes lijc vineres, and engines `that ben clepid wetheris ayens thi wallis; and he schal distrie thi touris bi his armure.
9 E ele posicionará máquinas de guerra contra os teus muros, e com seus machados derrubará as tuas torres.
10 Bi flowynge of his horsis, the dust of tho schal hile thee; thi wallis schulen be mouyd of the soun of knyytis, and of wheelis, and of charis; whanne he schal entre bi the yatis, as bi entryngis of a citee distried,
10 Por causa da abundância de seus cavalos, seu pó te cobrirá; os teus muros tremerão ao barulho dos cavaleiros e das rodas, e das carruagens, quando ele entrar pelos teus portões, como os homens entram em uma cidade rachada.
11 with the clees of hise horsis he schal defoule alle thi stretis. He shal sle bi swerd thi puple, and thi noble ymagis schulen falle doun in to erthe.
11 Com os cascos dos seus cavalos ele pisará todas as tuas ruas; matará o teu povo à espada, e as tuas fortes guarnições cairão por terra.
12 Thei schulen waste thi richessis, thei schulen rauysche thi marchaundies; and thei schulen distrie thi wallis, and thei schulen distrie thin housis ful clere, and thi stoonys, and thi trees, and thei schulen putte thi dust in the myddis of watris.
12 E despojarão as tuas riquezas, e farão de presa a tua mercadoria; e derrubarão os teus muros, e destruirão as tuas casas agradáveis; e deitarão tuas pedras e a tua madeira, e o teu pó no meio da água.
13 And Y schal make to reste the multitude of thi syngeris, and the sown of thin harpis schal no more be herd;
13 E eu farei com que o barulho das tuas canções cesse; e o som das tuas harpas não será mais ouvido.
14 and Y schal yyue thee in to a moost cleer stoon. Thou schalt be driyng of nettis, and thou schalt no more be bildid, for Y the Lord spak, seith the Lord God.
14 E eu farei de ti como o topo de uma rocha; tu serás um lugar para se estender redes; tu não serás mais edificada; porque eu, o SENHOR, o falei, diz o Senhor DEUS.
15 The Lord God seith these thingis of Tire, Whether ilis schulen not be moued of the sown of thi fal, and of weiling of thi slayn men, whanne thei ben slayn in the myddis of thee?
15 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS a Tiro: Não tremerão as ilhas ao som da tua queda, quando os feridos chorarem, quando a matança for feita no meio de ti?
16 And alle the princis of the see schulen go doun of her seetis, and thei schulen do awei her mentils, ether spuylis of slayn enemyes, and thei schulen caste awei her dyuerse clothis, and shulen be clothid with wondring. Thei shulen sitte in the erthe, and thei shulen be astonyed, and thei shulen wondre of thi sodeyn fal.
16 Então todos os príncipes do mar descerão dos seus tronos, e deitarão os seus mantos, e colocarão as suas vestes bordadas; eles se vestirão de tremores, se assentarão sobre o chão, e tremerão a cada momento, a se espantarão contigo.
17 And thei shulen take weilyng on thee, and schule seie to thee, Hou perischidist thou, noble citee, that dwellist in the see, that were strong in the see with thi dwelleris, whiche dwelleris alle men dredden?
17 E eles levantarão uma lamentação por ti, e te dirão: Como estás destruído, que foste habitada por homens do mar, a renomada cidade, que estavas forte no mar, ela e seus habitantes, que fazem com que seu terror esteja sobre todos aqueles que a assombram!
18 Now schippis schulen wondre in the dai of thi drede, and ilis in the see schulen be disturblid, for noon goith out of thee.
18 Agora, as ilhas estremecerão no dia da tua queda; sim, as ilhas, que estão no mar, turbar-se-ão com tua partida.
19 For the Lord God seith these thingis, Whanne Y schal yyue thee a citee desolat, as the citees that ben not enhabitid, and Y schal bringe on thee the depthe of watris, and many watris schulen hile thee.
19 Porque assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Quando eu te fizer uma cidade assolada, como as cidades que não são habitadas; quando eu fizer subir o abismo sobre ti, e grandes águas te cobrirem;
20 And Y schal drawe thee doun with hem that goon doun in to a lake, to the puple euerlastynge; and Y schal sette thee in the laste lond, as elde wildirnessis, with hem that ben led doun in to a lake, that thou be not enhabited. Certis whanne Y schal yyue glorye in the lond of lyueris,
20 quando eu te derrubar com aqueles que descem à cova, com o povo do tempo antigo, e te puser nas partes baixas da terra, em antigos lugares assolados, com aqueles que descem à cova, para que não sejas habitada; eu estabelecerei a glória na terra dos viventes.
21 Y schal dryue thee in to nouyt, and thou schalt not be; and thou schalt be souyt, and thou schalt no more be foundun with outen ende, seith the Lord God.
21 Eu farei de ti um terror, e tu não existirás mais; embora sejas procurada, ainda assim, não serás achada novamente, diz o Senhor DEUS.
