1 And Y siy, and lo! in the firmament that was on the heed of cherubyns, as a saphir stoon, and as the fourme of licnesse of a kyngis seete apperide theron.
1 Então, eu olhei, e eis que no firmamento, que estava sobre a cabeça dos querubins, apareceu sobre eles como se fosse uma pedra de safira, como a aparência da semelhança de um trono.
2 And he seide to the man that was clothid in lynnun clothis, and spak, Entre thou in the myddis of wheelis, that ben vndur cherubyns, and fille thin hond with coolis of fier, that ben bitwixe cherubyns, and schede thou out on the citee.
2 E ele falou ao homem vestido de linho, e disse: Vai por entre as rodas, por debaixo do querubim, e enche a tua mão de carvões de fogo dentre os querubins e espalha-os sobre a cidade. E ele entrou à minha vista.
3 And he entride in my siyt; forsothe cherubyns stoden at the riyt side of the hous, whanne the man entride, and a clowde fillide the ynnere halle.
3 Agora, os querubins estavam ao lado direito da casa, quando o homem entrou; e uma nuvem encheu o átrio interno.
4 And the glorie of the Lord was reisid fro aboue cherubyns to the threisfold of the hous; and the hous was fillid with a cloude, and the halle was fillid with schynyng of the glorie of the Lord.
4 Então, a glória do SENHOR subiu desde o querubim e ficou sobre a soleira da casa; e a casa encheu-se da nuvem, e o átrio ficou cheio do brilho da glória do SENHOR.
5 And the sown of wyngis of cherubyns was herd til to the outermere halle, as the vois of almyyti God spekynge.
5 E o som das asas dos querubins se ouviu até ao átrio externo, como a voz do Deus Todo-Poderoso, quando ele fala.
6 And whanne he hadde comaundid to the man that was clothid in lynnun clothis, and hadde seid, Take thou fier fro the myddis of the wheelis, that ben bitwixe cherubyns, he entride, and stood bisidis the wheel.
6 E aconteceu que, quando ele comandou o homem vestido de linho, dizendo: Toma fogo dentre as rodas, dentre os querubins; então ele entrou e parou ao lado das rodas.
7 And cherub stretchide forth his hond fro the myddis of cherubyns, to the fier that was bitwixe cherubyns; and took, and yaf in to the hondis of hym that was clothid in lynnun clothis; and he took, and yede out.
7 E um querubim estendeu a sua mão dentre os querubins para o fogo que estava entre os querubins; e tomou dele, e o pôs nas mãos daquele que estava vestido de linho; o qual o tomou, e saiu.
8 And the licnesse of the hond of a man apperide in cherubyns, vndur the wyngis of tho.
8 E ali apareceu nos querubins a forma da mão de um homem debaixo das suas asas.
9 And Y siy, and lo! foure wheelis weren bisidis cherubyns; o wheel bisidis o cherub, and another wheel bisidis another cherub; forsothe the licnesse of wheelis was as the siyt of the stoon crisolitis.
9 E, quando eu olhei, eis as quatro rodas junto aos querubins, uma roda junto a um querubim, e outra roda junto a outro querubim; e a aparência das rodas era como a cor da pedra de berilo.
10 And the biholdyng of tho was o licnesse of foure, as if a wheel be in the myddis of a wheel.
10 E, quanto às suas aparências, as quatro tinham uma semelhança; como se uma roda estivesse no meio de uma roda.
11 And whanne tho yeden, tho yeden in to foure partis; tho turneden not ayen goynge, but to the place to which that that was the firste wheel bowide to go, also othere suyden, and turneden not ayen.
11 Quando eles iam, iam sobre os seus quatro lados; e não se voltavam enquanto iam, mas para o lugar para onde olhava a cabeça, a seguiam; não se voltavam, enquanto iam.
12 And al the bodi of tho wheelis, and the neckis, and hondis, and wyngis of the beestis, and the cerclis, weren ful of iyen, in the cumpas of foure wheelis.
12 E seu corpo inteiro, e suas costas, e suas mãos, e suas asas, e as rodas, eram cheios de olhos ao redor, as rodas que os quatro tinham.
13 And he clepide tho wheelis volible, ether able to go al aboute, in myn heryng.
13 E, quanto às rodas, foi-lhes gritado ao meu ouvir: Ó, roda!
14 Forsothe o beeste hadde foure faces; o face was the face of cherub, and the secounde face the face of a man, and in the thridde was the face of a lioun, and in the fourthe was the face of an egle;
14 E cada um tinha quatro faces: a primeira face era a face de um querubim, e a segunda face era a face de um homem, e a terceira, a face de um leão, e a quarta, a face de uma águia.
15 and the cherubyns weren reisid. Thilke is the beeste, which Y hadde seyn bisidis the flood Chobar.
15 E os querubins ascenderam. Esta é a criatura vivente que eu vi junto ao rio Quebar.
16 And whanne cherubyns yeden, also the wheelis bisidis tho yeden to gidere; whanne cherubyns reisiden her wyngis, that tho schulden be enhaunsid fro the erthe, the wheelis abididen not stille, but also tho weren bisidis cherubyns.
16 E, quando os querubins iam, as rodas iam junto a eles; e quando os querubins levantavam as suas asas, para se elevarem da terra, as mesmas rodas também não se desviavam deles.
17 The wheelis stooden with tho cherubyns stondynge, and weren reisid with the cherubyns reisid; for the spirit of lijf was in tho wheelis.
17 Quando eles paravam, estas paravam; e quando eles se elevavam, estas também se elevavam, porque o espírito da criatura vivente estava nelas.
18 And the glorie of the Lord yede out fro the threisfold of the temple, and stood on the cherubyns.
18 Então, a glória do SENHOR partiu de sobre a soleira da casa, e parou sobre os querubins.
19 And cherubyns reisiden her wyngis, and weren enhaunsid fro the erthe bifore me; and whanne tho yeden out, also the wheelis sueden; and it stood in the entryng of the eest yate of the hous of the Lord, and the glorie of God of Israel was on tho.
19 E os querubins levantaram as suas asas, e se elevaram da terra à minha vista; quando eles saíram, as rodas também estavam do lado deles, e cada um parou à porta do portão do leste da casa do SENHOR; e a glória do Deus de Israel estava em cima sobre eles.
20 Thilke is the beeste, which Y siy vndur God of Israel, bisidis the flood Chobar. And Y vndurstood that foure cherubyns weren;
20 Esta é a criatura vivente que eu vi debaixo do Deus de Israel, junto ao rio Quebar; e eu sabia que eles eram os querubins.
21 foure faces weren to oon, and foure wyngys weren to oon; and the licnesse of the hond of a man was vndur the wyngis of tho.
21 Cada um tinha quatro faces, e cada um quatro asas, e a semelhança das mãos de um homem estava debaixo das suas asas.
22 And the licnesse of the cheris of tho weren thilke cheeris whiche Y hadde seyn bisidis the flood Chobar; and the biholdyng of tho, and the fersnesse of ech, was to entre bifor his face.
22 E a semelhança das suas faces era a mesma das faces que eu vi junto ao rio Quebar, a sua aparência, e eles mesmos; iam, cada um, direto em frente.
