1 And aftirward God seide, Hewe to thee twey tablis of stoon at the licnesse of the formere, and Y schal write on tho tablis thilke wordis, whiche the tablis, that thou `hast broke, hadden.
1 E disse o SENHOR a Moisés: Lavra-te duas tábuas de pedra como as primeiras, e escreverei sobre estas tábuas as palavras que estavam nas primeiras tábuas, que quebraste.
2 Be thou redi in the morewtid, that thou stie anoon in to the hil of Synai; and thou schalt stonde with me on the cop of the hil;
2 E prepara-te para amanhã, e sobe de manhã ao monte Sinai, e apresenta-te ali a mim no cume do monte.
3 no man stie with thee, nether ony man be seyn bi al the hil, and oxun and scheep be not fed ayens `the hil.
3 E nenhum homem virá contigo, nem permitas que homem algum seja visto em todo o monte; nem ovelhas nem bois se apascentarão diante do monte.
4 Therfor Moises hewide twey tablis of stoon, whiche manere tablis weren bifore, and he roos bi nyyt, and stiede in to the hil of Synay, as the Lord comaundide to hym; and he bar with hym the tablis.
4 E ele lavrou as duas tábuas de pedra como as primeiras. E Moisés levantou-se de manhã cedo, e subiu ao monte Sinai, conforme o SENHOR lhe ordenara, e tomou em suas mãos as duas tábuas de pedra.
5 And whanne the Lord hadde come doun bi a cloude, Moises stood with hym, and clepide inwardli `the name of the Lord;
5 E o SENHOR desceu na nuvem, e se pôs ali com ele, e proclamou o nome do SENHOR.
6 and whanne the Lord passide bifore hym, he seide, Lordschipere, Lord God, mercyful, and pitouse, pacient, and of myche mersiful doyng, and sothefast,
6 E o SENHOR passou diante dele e proclamou: O SENHOR, O SENHOR Deus, misericordioso e gracioso, longânimo e grande em bondade e verdade,
7 which kepist couenaunt and mercy in to `a thousande, which doist awey wickidnesse, and trespassis, and synnes, and noon bi hym silf is innocent anentis thee, which yeldist the wickidnesse of fadris to sones and to sones of sones, into the thridde and fourthe generacioun.
7 que guarda a misericórdia em milhares, perdoando a iniquidade e a transgressão e o pecado, e que de forma alguma inocenta o culpado, e que visita a iniquidade dos pais sobre os filhos, e sobre os filhos dos filhos, até a terceira e quarta geração.
8 And hastili Moises was bowid low `in to erthe, and worschipide,
8 E Moisés se apressou, e curvou a sua cabeça na terra, e adorou.
9 and seide, Lord, if Y haue founde grace in thi siyt, Y biseche that thou go with vs, for the puple is of hard nol, and that thou do awey oure wickidnesses and synnes, and welde vs.
9 E ele disse: Se agora encontrei graça aos teus olhos, ó Senhor, que o meu Senhor, rogo-te, vá entre nós, pois é um povo obstinado; e perdoa a nossa iniquidade e o nosso pecado, e toma-nos pela tua herança.
10 The Lord answeride, Y schal make couenaunt, and in siyt of alle men Y schal make signes, that weren neuer seyn on erthe, nether in ony folkis, that this puple, in whos myddis thou art, se the ferdful werk of the Lord, which Y schal make.
10 E ele disse: Eis que faço um pacto; diante de todo o teu povo farei maravilhas, tais que ainda não foram feitas em toda a terra, nem em qualquer nação. E todo o povo entre o qual tu estás verá a obra do SENHOR; porque coisa terrível é o que faço contigo.
11 Kepe thou alle thingis, whiche Y comaundide to thee to dai; I my silf schal caste out bifor thi face Amorrey, and Cananey, and Ethei, and Ferezei, and Euey, and Jebusei.
11 Observa o que te ordeno hoje; eis que expulso de diante de ti os amorreus, e os cananeus, e os heteus, e os ferezeus, e os heveus, e os jebuseus.
12 Be war, lest ony tyme thou ioyne frendschipis with the dwelleris of that lond, whiche frenschipis be in to fallyng to thee.
12 Toma cuidado para que não faças pacto com os habitantes da terra para a qual estás indo, para que não seja por laço no meio de ti.
13 But also distrie thou `the auteris of hem, breke the ymagis, and kitte doun the woodis;
13 Mas destruireis os seus altares, quebrareis as suas imagens e cortareis os seus bosques.
14 `nyl thou worschipe an alien God; `the Lord a gelous louyere is his name, God is a feruent louyere;
14 Porque não adorarás a outro deus, porque o SENHOR, cujo nome é Ciumento, é um Deus ciumento,
15 make thou not couenaunt with the men of tho cuntreis, lest whanne thei han do fornycacioun with her goddis, and han worschipid the symylacris of hem, ony man clepe thee, that thou ete of thingis offrid to an ydol.
15 para que não faças pacto com os habitantes da terra, e eles não se prostituam após os seus deuses e façam sacrifícios aos seus deuses, e te convidem, e tu comas do seu sacrifício,
16 Nether thou schalt take a wyif of her douytris to thi sones, lest aftir that tho douytris han do fornycacioun, thei make also thi sones to do fornicacioun in to her goddis.
16 e tomes das suas filhas para os teus filhos, e as suas filhas se prostituam após os seus deuses, e façam teus filhos se prostituírem após os seus deuses.
17 Thou schalt not make to thee yotun goddis.
17 Não farás para ti deuses de fundição.
18 Thou schalt kepe the solempynyte of therf looues; seuene daies thou schalt ete therf looues, as Y comaundide to thee, in the time of the monethe of newe fruytis; for in the monethe of veer tyme thou yedist out of Egipt.
18 A festa dos pães ázimos guardarás. Sete dias comerás pão ázimo, como te ordenei, no tempo do mês de abibe, porque no mês de abibe saíste do Egito.
19 Al thing of male kynde that openeth the wombe schal be myn, of alle lyuynge beestis, as wel of oxun, as of scheep, it schal be myn.
19 Tudo que abrir a madre é meu, e todo primogênito entre o teu gado, seja boi ou ovelha, que seja macho.
20 Thou schalt ayenbie with a scheep the firste gendrid of an asse, ellis if thou yyuest not prijs therfor, it schal be slayn. Thou schalt ayenbie the firste gendrid of thi sones; nether thou schalt appere voide in my siyt.
20 Mas o primogênito de um jumento resgatarás com um cordeiro; e se não o resgatares, então quebrarás o seu pescoço. Todo o primogênito de teus filhos resgatarás. E ninguém aparecerá diante de mim vazio.
21 Sixe daies thou schalt worche, the seuenthe day thou schalt ceesse to ere and repe.
21 Seis dias trabalharás, mas no sétimo dia descansarás; no tempo de arar e de ceifar descansarás.
22 Thou schalt make to thee the solempnyte of woukis in the firste thingis of fruytis of thi ripe corn of wheete, and the solempnyte, whanne alle thingis ben gadrid in to bernes, whanne the tyme `of yeer cometh ayen.
22 E guardarás a festa das semanas, das primícias da ceifa do trigo, e a festa da colheita no fim do ano.
23 Ech male kynde of thee schal appere in thre tymes of the yeer in the siyt of the Lord Almyyti, thi God of Israel.
23 Três vezes por ano todos os homens aparecerão diante do Senhor DEUS, o Deus de Israel.
24 For whanne Y schal take awei folkis fro thi face, and Y schal alarge thi termes, noon schal sette tresouns to thi lond, while thou stiest and apperist in the siyt of thi Lord God, thries in the yeer.
24 Porque eu expulsarei as nações de diante de ti e alargarei os teus termos. Nenhum homem cobiçará a tua terra, quando subires para aparecer diante do SENHOR teu Deus, três vezes por ano.
25 Thou schalt not offre on sour dow the blood of my sacrifice, nethir ony thing of the slayn sacrifice of the solempnyte of fase schal abide in the morewtid.
25 Não oferecerás o sangue do meu sacrifício com fermento; tampouco será o sacrifício da festa da páscoa deixado até a manhã seguinte.
26 Thou schalt offre in the hows of thi Lord God the firste of the fruytis of thi lond. Thou schalt not sethe a kide in the mylk of his modir.
26 O primeiro das primícias da tua terra trarás à casa do SENHOR teu Deus. Não cozinharás o cabrito no leite de sua mãe.
27 And the Lord seide to Moises, Write thou these wordis, bi whiche Y smoot a boond of pees, bothe with thee and with Israel.
27 E o SENHOR disse a Moisés: Escreve estas palavras, porque conforme o teor destas palavras fiz um pacto contigo e com Israel.
28 Therfor Moises was there with the Lord bi fourti daies and bi fourti nyytis, he eet not breed, and drank not watir; and he wroot in tablys ten wordis of the boond of pees.
28 E ele esteve ali com o SENHOR quarenta dias e quarenta noites; não comeu pão, nem bebeu água. E ele escreveu sobre as tábuas as palavras do pacto, os dez mandamentos.
29 And whanne Moises cam doun fro the hil of Synai, he helde twei tablis of witnessyng, and he wiste not that his face was horned of the felouschipe of Goddis word.
29 E ao descer Moisés do monte Sinai, as duas tábuas do testemunho estavam na mão de Moisés quando desceu do monte, não sabia Moisés que a pele da sua face resplandecia enquanto falava com ele.
30 Forsothe Aaron and the sones of Israel sien Moises face horned,
30 E quando Arão e todos os filhos de Israel viram Moisés, eis que a pele da sua face resplandecia. E temeram aproximar-se dele.
31 and thei dredden to neiye niy, and thei weren clepid of hym, `and thei turneden ayen, as wel Aaron as the princis of the synagoge; and after that Moises spak, thei camen to hym,
31 E Moisés os chamou; e Arão e todos os governantes da congregação se voltaram a ele. E Moisés lhes falou.
32 yhe alle the sones of Israel; to whiche Moises comaundide alle thingis, whiche he hadde herd of the Lord in the hil of Synai.
32 E depois, todos os filhos de Israel se aproximaram, e ele lhes deu como ordem tudo que o SENHOR havia falado com ele no monte Sinai.
33 And whanne the wordis weren fillid, he puttide a veil on his face;
33 Assim que Moisés terminou de falar com eles, colocou um véu sobre a sua face.
34 and he entride to the Lord, and spak with hym, and dide awey that veil, til he yede out; and thanne he spak to the sones of Israel alle thingis, that weren comaundid to hym;
34 Mas quando Moisés entrava diante do SENHOR para falar com ele, tirava o véu, até quando saía. E saía, e falava com os filhos de Israel aquilo que lhe fora ordenado.
35 whiche sien that the face of Moyses goynge out was horned, but eft he hilide his face, if ony tyme he spak to hem.
35 E os filhos de Israel viam a face de Moisés, e que a pele da sua face resplandecia. E Moisés colocava novamente o véu sobre a sua face, até que entrava para falar com ele.
