1 And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
1 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
2 and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer voto com respeito a pessoas, estas serão do Senhor , segundo a tua avaliação.
3 If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
3 Se o objeto da tua avaliação for homem, da idade de vinte anos até à de sessenta, será a tua avaliação de cinquenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário.
4 sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
4 Porém, se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta siclos.
5 forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
5 Se a idade for de cinco anos até vinte, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte siclos, e a da mulher, de dez siclos.
6 fro o monethe `til to the fifthe yeer, fyue ciclis schulen be youun for a male, thre ciclis for a womman;
6 Se a idade for de um mês até cinco anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco siclos de prata, e a tua avaliação pela mulher será de três siclos de prata.
7 a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
7 De sessenta anos para cima, se for homem, a tua avaliação será de quinze siclos; se mulher, dez siclos.
8 If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
8 Mas, se for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, então, apresentar-se-á diante do sacerdote, para que este o avalie; segundo o que permitem as posses do que fez o voto, o avaliará o sacerdote.
9 Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
9 Se for animal dos que se oferecem ao Senhor , tudo quanto dele se der ao Senhor será santo.
10 and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
10 Não o mudará, nem o trocará bom por mau ou mau por bom; porém, se dalgum modo se trocar animal por animal, um e outro serão santos.
11 Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
11 Se for animal imundo dos que se não oferecem ao Senhor , então, apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote.
12 and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
12 O sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou mau; segundo a avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
13 which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
13 Porém, se dalgum modo o resgatar, então, acrescentará a quinta parte à tua avaliação.
14 If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
14 Quando alguém dedicar a sua casa para ser santa ao Senhor , o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa ou seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.
15 sotheli if he that avowide wole ayen-bie it, he schal yyue the fifthe part of the valu aboue, and he schal haue the hows.
15 Mas, se aquele que a dedicou quiser resgatar a casa, então, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro à tua avaliação, e será sua.
16 That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
16 Se alguém dedicar ao Senhor parte do campo da sua herança, então, a tua avaliação será segundo a semente necessária para o semear: um gômer pleno de cevada será avaliado por cinquenta siclos de prata.
17 If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
17 Se dedicar o seu campo desde o Ano do Jubileu, segundo a tua plena avaliação, ficará.
18 but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
18 Mas, se dedicar o seu campo depois do Ano do Jubileu, então, o sacerdote lhe contará o dinheiro segundo os anos restantes até ao Ano do Jubileu, e isto se abaterá da tua avaliação.
19 That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
19 Se aquele que dedicou o campo dalgum modo o quiser resgatar, então, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro à tua avaliação, e ficará seu.
20 but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
20 Se não quiser resgatar o campo ou se o vender a outro homem, nunca mais se resgatará.
21 for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
21 Porém, havendo o campo saído livre no Ano do Jubileu, será santo ao Senhor , como campo consagrado; a posse dele será do sacerdote.
22 If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
22 Se alguém dedicar ao Senhor o campo que comprou, e não for parte da sua herança,
23 and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
23 então, o sacerdote lhe contará o preço da avaliação até ao Ano do Jubileu; e, no mesmo dia, dará o importe da avaliação como coisa santa ao Senhor .
24 forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
24 No Ano do Jubileu, o campo tornará àquele que o vendeu, àquele de quem era a posse do campo por herança.
25 `Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
25 Toda a tua avaliação se fará segundo o siclo do santuário; o siclo será de vinte geras.
26 No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
26 Mas o primogênito de um animal, por já pertencer ao Senhor , ninguém o dedicará; seja boi ou gado miúdo, é do Senhor .
27 That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
27 Mas, se for de um animal imundo, resgatar-se-á, segundo a tua avaliação, e sobre ele acrescentará a quinta parte; se não for resgatado, vender-se-á, segundo a tua avaliação.
28 Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
28 No entanto, nada do que alguém dedicar irremissivelmente ao Senhor , de tudo o que tem, seja homem, ou animal, ou campo da sua herança, se poderá vender, nem resgatar; toda coisa assim consagrada será santíssima ao Senhor .
29 and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
29 Ninguém que dentre os homens for dedicado irremissivelmente ao Senhor se poderá resgatar; será morto.
30 Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
30 Também todas as dízimas da terra, tanto dos cereais do campo como dos frutos das árvores, são do Senhor ; santas são ao Senhor .
31 sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
31 Se alguém, das suas dízimas, quiser resgatar alguma coisa, acrescentará a sua quinta parte sobre ela.
32 of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
32 No tocante às dízimas do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo do bordão do pastor, o dízimo será santo ao Senhor .
33 it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
33 Não se investigará se é bom ou mau, nem o trocará; mas, se dalgum modo o trocar, um e outro serão santos; não serão resgatados.
34 These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
34 São estes os mandamentos que o Senhor ordenou a Moisés, para os filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
