1 Josue was eld and of greet age; and the Lord seide to him, Thou hast woxe eld, and art of long tyme; and largeste lond is left, which is not yit departid bi lot;
1 Ora, Josué era velho e acometido pelos anos; e o SENHOR lhe disse: Tu és velho e acometido pelos anos, e ainda resta muitíssima terra para ser possuída.
2 that is, al Galile, Filistiym, and al Gessuri,
2 Esta é a terra que ainda permanece: todos os limites dos filisteus, e toda a Gesur,
3 fro the troblid flood that moistith Egipt, `til to the termes of Acaron ayenus the north; the lond of Chanaan, which is departid `in to fyue litle kyngis of Filistym, of Gaza, and of Azotus, of Ascolon, of Geth, and of Accaron.
3 de Sior, que está diante do Egito, até os limites de Ecrom, em direção norte, que é considerada dos cananeus; cinco senhores dos filisteus, os gazitas, e os asdoditas, os ascalonitas, os gititas, e os ecronitas; também os aveus;
4 Forsothe at the south ben Eueis, al the lond of Canaan, and Maara of Sidonyes, `til to Affetha, and to the termes of Amorrei, and the coostis of hym;
4 desde o sul, toda a terra dos cananeus, e Meara que está ao lado dos sidônios, até Afeque, aos limites dos amorreus;
5 and the cuntrei of Liban ayens the eest, fro Baalgath, vndur the hil of Hermon, til thou entrist into Emath,
5 e a terra dos gebalitas e todo o Líbano, em direção a nascente do sol, desde Baal-Gade, debaixo do monte Hermom até a entrada de Hamate.
6 of alle men that dwelliden in the hil, fro the Liban `til to the watris of Masserephoth, and alle men of Sidon; Y am, that schal do awei hem fro the face of the sones of Israel; therfor come it in to the part of eritage of Israel, as Y comaundide to thee.
6 Todos os habitantes da região alta, desde o Líbano, até Misrefote-Maim, e todos os sidônios, eu os expulsarei de diante dos filhos de Israel; basta dividi-la em porções aos israelitas, por herança, tal como eu te ordenei.
7 And thou now departe the lond in to possessioun to the nyne lynagis, and to the half lynage of Manasses,
7 Agora, portanto, divide esta terra por herança para as nove tribos, e para a meia tribo de Manassés.
8 with which lynage Ruben and Gad weldiden the lond, which lond Moises, the `seruaunt of the Lord, yaf to hem biyende the flowyngis of Jordan, at the eest coost;
8 Com as quais os rubenitas e os gaditas receberam a sua herança, que Moisés lhes deu, além do Jordão em direção leste, como Moisés, o servo do SENHOR lhes deu;
9 fro Aroer, which is set in the brynke of the stronde of Arnon, in the middis of the valei, and alle the feeldi places of Medaba,
9 desde Aroer, que está na margem do rio Arnom, e a cidade que está no meio do rio, e toda a planície de Medeba até Dibom;
10 `til to Dibon, and alle the citees of Seon, kyng of Amorreis, that regnyde in Esebon, `til to the termes of the sones of Amon,
10 e todas as cidades de Seom, rei dos amorreus, que reinaram em Hesbom, até os limites dos filhos de Amom;
11 and of Galaad, and to the termes of Gessuri, and of Machati, and al the hil of Hermon, and al Basan, `til to Salecha;
11 e Gileade, e os limites dos gesureus e dos maacateus, e todo o monte Hermom, e toda a Basã até Salca;
12 al the rewme of Og in Basan, that regnede in Astoroth, and in Edraym; `he was of the relikis of Rafaym, `that is, of giauntis; and Moises smoot hem and dide awey hem.
12 todo o reino de Ogue em Basã, que reinou em Astarote e em Edrei, que restou do remanescente dos gigantes; pois estes Moisés feriu, e os expulsou.
13 And the sones of Israel nolden destrye Gessurri and Machati; and thei dwelliden in the myddis of Israel, `til in to present dai.
13 Contudo, os filhos de Israel não expulsaram os gesureus, nem os maacateus; mas os gesureus e os maacateus habitam no meio dos Israelitas até este dia.
14 Sotheli he yaf not possessioun to the lynage of Leuy, but sacrifices, and slayn sacrifices of the Lord God of Israel; that is `his eritage, as God spak to hym.
14 Somente à tribo de Levi ele não deu herança alguma; os sacrifícios do SENHOR, Deus de Israel, feitos ao fogo são a sua herança, conforme ele lhes declarou.
15 Therfor Moises yaf possessioun to the lynage of the sones of Ruben, bi her kynredis;
15 E Moisés deu à tribo dos filhos de Rúben, uma herança segundo as suas famílias.
16 and `the term of hem was fro Aroer, which is set in the brenke of the stronde of Arnon, and in the myddil valei of the same stronde, al the pleyn that ledith to Medaba,
16 E o seu termo foi desde Aroer, que está na margem do rio Arnom, e a cidade que está no meio do rio, e toda a planície de Medeba;
17 and Esebon, and alle the townes of tho, that ben in the feeldi places; and Dibon, and Baal Bamoth, and the citee of Baal Meon,
17 Hesbom, e todas as suas cidades que estão na planície: Dibom, e Bamote-Baal, e Bete-Baal-Meom,
18 and Gesa, and Sedymoth, and Mephe,
18 e Jaza, e Quedemote, e Mefaate,
19 and Cariathaym, and Sabana, and Sarathaphar, in the hil of the valey of Betheroeth,
19 e Quiriataim, e Sibma, e Zerete-Saar, no monte do vale,
20 and of Asedoch, Phasca, and Bethaissymoth;
20 e Bete-Peor, e Asdote-Pisga, e Bete-Jesimote,
21 alle the feeldi citees, and alle the rewmes of Seon, kyng of Amorrey, that regnede in Esebon, whom Moyses smoot, with hise princes, Madian, Euey and Recten, and Sur, and Hur, and Rebee, duykis of Seon, enhabiters of the lond.
21 e todas as cidades da planície, e todo o reino de Seom, rei dos amorreus, que reinou em Hesbom, ao qual Moisés feriu, com os príncipes de Midiã, Evi, e Requém, e Zur, e Hur, e Reba, os quais eram xeiques de Seom, habitantes da região.
22 And the sones of Israel killiden bi swerd Balaam, the fals diuynour, the sone of Beor, with othere men slayn.
22 Também os filhos de Israel mataram à espada Balaão, filho de Beor, o adivinho, que estava dentre os que foram mortos por eles.
23 And the terme of the sones of Ruben was maad the flood of Jordan; this is the possessioun of Rubenytis bi her kynredis of citees and of townes.
23 E os limites dos filhos de Rúben eram o Jordão e os seus limites. Esta foi a herança dos filhos de Rúben, segundo as suas famílias, suas cidades e aldeias.
24 And Moises yaf to the lynage of Gad, and to the sones therof, bi her kynredis, possessioun, of which this is departyng;
24 E Moisés deu herança à tribo de Gade, aos filhos de Gade segundo as suas famílias.
25 he yaf the termes of Jazer, and alle the citees of Galaad, and the half part of the lond of the sones of Amon, `til to Aroer which is ayens Tabba;
25 E o seu termo era Jazer, e todas as cidades de Gileade, e a metade da terra dos filhos de Amom, até Aroer que está diante de Rabá;
26 and fro Esebon `til to Ramoth of Masphe, and Bethamyn, and Manayn, `til to the termes of Dabir;
26 e desde Hesbom até Ramate-Mispá e Betonim, e de Maanaim até os termos de Debir;
27 and in the valei he yaf Betharan, and Bethneuar, and Socoth, and Saphan, the tother part of the rewme of Seon, kyng of Esebon; and the ende of this is Jordan, `til to the laste part of the see of Cenereth ouer Jordan, at the eest coost.
27 e no vale, Bete-Arã, e Bete-Ninra, e Sucote, e Zafom, e o restante do reino de Seom, rei de Hesbom, Jordão e o seu termo, até a beira do Mar de Quinerete, no outro lado do Jordão, na direção leste.
28 This is the possessioun of the sones of Gad, bi her meynees, the citees and townes of tho.
28 Esta é a herança dos filhos de Gade, segundo as suas famílias, cidades e aldeias.
29 He yaf also possessioun to the half lynage of Manasses, and to hise sones, bi her kynredis,
29 E Moisés deu herança para a meia tribo de Manassés; e esta foi a possessão da meia tribo dos filhos de Manassés, segundo as suas famílias.
30 of which possessioun this is the bigynnyng; he yaf Ammaym, and al Basan, and alle the rewmes of Og, kyng of Basan, and alle the townes of Jair, that ben in Basan, sixti citees;
30 E o seu termo era desde Maanaim, todo o Basã, todo o reino de Ogue, rei de Basã, e todas as aldeias de Jair, que estão em Basã, sessenta cidades;
31 and half the part of Galaad, and Astoroth, and Edray, the citees of the rewme of Og, kyng of Basan; to the sones of Machir, sones of Manasses, and to half the part of the sones of Machir, bi her kynredis.
31 e a metade de Gileade, e Astarote, e Edrei, cidades do reino de Ogue em Basã, eram pertencentes aos filhos de Maquir, o filho de Manassés, à metade dos filhos de Maquir, segundo as suas famílias.
32 Moises departide this possessioun in the feeldi placis of Moab ouer Jordan, ayens Jericho, at the eest coost.
32 Estas são as regiões que Moisés distribuiu por herança nas planícies de Moabe, no outro lado do Jordão, junto a Jericó, na direção leste.
33 Forsothe he yaf not possessioun to the lynage of Leuy; for the Lord God himself of Israel is the possessioun of Leuy, as the Lord spak to hym.
33 Mas para a tribo de Levi, Moisés não deu herança alguma; o SENHOR, Deus de Israel, era a sua herança, conforme ele lhes dissera.
