1 And it was doon in the enleuenthe yeer, in the firste dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad to me, and he seide,
1 E sucedeu, no undécimo ano, ao primeiro do mês, que veio a mim a palavra do Senhor , dizendo:
2 Thou, sone of man, for that that Tire seide of Jerusalem, Wel! the yatis of puplis ben brokun, it is turned to me; Y schal be fillid, it is forsakun;
2 Filho do homem, visto como Tiro disse no tocante a Jerusalém: Ah! Ah! Está quebrada a porta dos povos; virou-se para mim; eu me encherei, agora que ela está assolada,
3 therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Tire, Y on thee; and Y schal make many folkis to stie to thee, as the see flowynge stieth.
3 portanto, assim diz o Senhor Jeová : Eis que eu estou contra ti, ó Tiro, e farei subir contra ti muitas nações, como se o mar fizesse subir as suas ondas.
4 And thei schulen distrie the wallis of Tire, and thei schulen distrie the touris therof; and Y schal rase the dust therof fro it, and Y schal yyue it in to a `moost clere stoon.
4 Elas destruirão os muros de Tiro e derribarão as suas torres; e eu varrerei o seu pó e dela farei uma penha descalvada.
5 Driyng of nettis schal be in the myddis of the see, for Y spak, seith the Lord God. And Tire schal be in to rauysching to hethene men.
5 No meio do mar, virá a ser um enxugadouro das redes; porque eu o anunciei, diz o Senhor Jeová ; e ela servirá de despojo para as nações.
6 And the douytris therof that ben in the feeld, schulen be slayn bi swerd; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
6 E suas filhas, que estão no campo, serão mortas, à espada; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor .
7 For whi the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal brynge to Tire Nabugodonosor, the king of Babiloyne, fro the north, the kyng of kyngis, with horsis, and charis, and knyytis, and with a cumpeny, and greet puple.
7 Porque assim diz o Senhor Jeová : Eis que eu trarei contra Tiro a Nabucodonosor, rei de Babilônia, desde o Norte, o rei dos reis, com cavalos, e com carros, e com cavaleiros, e companhias, e muito povo.
8 He schal sle bi swerd thi douytris that ben in the feeld, and he schal cumpasse thee with strengthingis, and he schal bere togidere erthe in cumpas. And he schal reise a scheeld ayens thee,
8 As tuas filhas, no campo ele as matará à espada, e fará um baluarte contra ti, e fundará uma tranqueira contra ti, e levantará rodelas contra ti.
9 and he schal tempre engynes lijc vineres, and engines `that ben clepid wetheris ayens thi wallis; and he schal distrie thi touris bi his armure.
9 E porá trabucos em frente de ti contra os teus muros e derribará as tuas torres com os seus machados.
10 Bi flowynge of his horsis, the dust of tho schal hile thee; thi wallis schulen be mouyd of the soun of knyytis, and of wheelis, and of charis; whanne he schal entre bi the yatis, as bi entryngis of a citee distried,
10 Pela multidão de seus cavalos te cobrirá de pó; os teus muros tremerão com o estrondo dos cavaleiros, e das rodas, e dos carros, quando ele entrar pelas tuas portas, como pelas entradas de uma cidade em que se fez brecha.
11 with the clees of hise horsis he schal defoule alle thi stretis. He shal sle bi swerd thi puple, and thi noble ymagis schulen falle doun in to erthe.
11 Com as unhas dos seus cavalos pisará todas as tuas ruas; ao teu povo matará à espada, e as colunas da tua fortaleza cairão por terra.
12 Thei schulen waste thi richessis, thei schulen rauysche thi marchaundies; and thei schulen distrie thi wallis, and thei schulen distrie thin housis ful clere, and thi stoonys, and thi trees, and thei schulen putte thi dust in the myddis of watris.
12 E roubarão as tuas riquezas, e saquearão as tuas mercadorias, e derribarão os teus muros, e arrasarão as tuas casas preciosas; e as tuas pedras, e as tuas madeiras, e o teu pó lançarão no meio das águas.
13 And Y schal make to reste the multitude of thi syngeris, and the sown of thin harpis schal no more be herd;
13 E farei cessar o arruído das tuas cantigas, e o som das tuas harpas não se ouvirá mais.
14 and Y schal yyue thee in to a moost cleer stoon. Thou schalt be driyng of nettis, and thou schalt no more be bildid, for Y the Lord spak, seith the Lord God.
14 E farei de ti uma penha descalvada; virás a ser um enxugadouro das redes, nunca mais serás edificada; porque eu, o Senhor , o falei, diz o Senhor Jeová .
15 The Lord God seith these thingis of Tire, Whether ilis schulen not be moued of the sown of thi fal, and of weiling of thi slayn men, whanne thei ben slayn in the myddis of thee?
15 Assim diz o Senhor Jeová a Tiro: Não tremerão as ilhas com o estrondo da tua queda, quando gemerem os traspassados, quando se fizer uma espantosa matança no meio de ti?
16 And alle the princis of the see schulen go doun of her seetis, and thei schulen do awei her mentils, ether spuylis of slayn enemyes, and thei schulen caste awei her dyuerse clothis, and shulen be clothid with wondring. Thei shulen sitte in the erthe, and thei shulen be astonyed, and thei shulen wondre of thi sodeyn fal.
16 E todos os príncipes do mar descerão dos seus tronos, e tirarão de si os seus mantos, e despirão as suas vestes bordadas; de tremores se vestirão, sobre a terra se assentarão e estremecerão a cada momento; e, por tua causa, pasmarão.
17 And thei shulen take weilyng on thee, and schule seie to thee, Hou perischidist thou, noble citee, that dwellist in the see, that were strong in the see with thi dwelleris, whiche dwelleris alle men dredden?
17 E levantarão uma lamentação sobre ti e te dirão: Como pereceste, ó bem-povoada e afamada cidade, que foste forte no mar; tu e os teus moradores, que atemorizaram a todos os teus visitantes!
18 Now schippis schulen wondre in the dai of thi drede, and ilis in the see schulen be disturblid, for noon goith out of thee.
18 Agora, estremecerão as ilhas no dia da tua queda; as ilhas, que estão no mar, turbar-se-ão com tua saída.
19 For the Lord God seith these thingis, Whanne Y schal yyue thee a citee desolat, as the citees that ben not enhabitid, and Y schal bringe on thee the depthe of watris, and many watris schulen hile thee.
19 Porque assim diz o Senhor Jeová : Quando eu te tiver feito uma cidade assolada, como as cidades que se não habitam, quando fizer sobre ti um abismo, e as muitas águas te cobrirem,
20 And Y schal drawe thee doun with hem that goon doun in to a lake, to the puple euerlastynge; and Y schal sette thee in the laste lond, as elde wildirnessis, with hem that ben led doun in to a lake, that thou be not enhabited. Certis whanne Y schal yyue glorye in the lond of lyueris,
20 então, te farei descer com os que descem à cova, ao povo antigo, e te deitarei nas mais baixas partes da terra, em lugares desertos antigos, com os que descem à cova, para que não sejas habitada; e estabelecerei a glória na terra dos viventes.
21 Y schal dryue thee in to nouyt, and thou schalt not be; and thou schalt be souyt, and thou schalt no more be foundun with outen ende, seith the Lord God.
21 Farei de ti um grande espanto, e não serás mais; quando te buscarem, nunca mais serás achada, diz o Senhor Jeová .
