1 And the Lord seide to Moises, Now thou schalt se, what thingis Y schal do to Farao; for bi strong hond he schal delyuere hem, and in myyti hond he schal caste hem out of his lond.
1 Então o Senhor Deus respondeu a Moisés: — Agora você verá o que vou fazer com o rei do Egito. Eu vou obrigá-lo a deixar que o meu povo vá embora. Sim, eu o forçarei a expulsar os israelitas do seu país.
2 And the Lord spak to Moises,
2 Deus disse a Moisés: — Eu sou o
3 and seide, Y am the Lord, that apperide to Abraham, and to Isaac, and to Jacob in Almyyti God; and Y schewide not to hem my greet name Adonai;
3 Eu apareci a Abraão, a Isaque e a Jacó como o Deus Todo-Poderoso, porém não deixei que me conhecessem pelo meu nome de .
4 and Y made couenaunt with hem, that Y schulde yyue to hem the lond of Canaan, the lond of her pilgrymage, in which thei weren comelyngis.
4 Fiz uma aliança com eles e prometi dar-lhes a terra de Canaã, onde tinham vivido como estrangeiros.
5 Y herde the weilyng of the sones of Israel, in which the Egipcians oppresseden hem, and Y hadde mynde of my couenaunt.
5 Agora eu ouvi os gemidos dos israelitas, que estão sendo escravizados pelos egípcios, e lembrei da aliança que fiz com eles.
6 Therfor seie thou to the sones of Israel, Y am the Lord, that schal lede out you of the prisoun of Egipcians; and Y schal delyuere fro seruage; and Y schal ayen bie in `an hiy arm, and in grete domes;
6 Portanto, diga aos israelitas o seguinte: “Eu sou o Senhor . Vou livrá-los da escravidão do Egito. Estenderei o braço poderoso para fazer cair sobre os egípcios um castigo horrível e salvarei vocês.
7 and Y schal take you to me in to a puple, and Y schal be youre God; and ye schulen wite, for Y am youre Lord God, `which haue led you out of the prisoun of Egipcians,
7 Farei com que vocês sejam o meu povo e eu serei o seu Deus. Vocês ficarão sabendo que eu sou o Senhor , seu Deus, o Deus que os vai livrar da escravidão no Egito.
8 and haue led you in to the lond, on which Y reiside myn hond, that Y schulde yyue it to Abraham, and to Ysaac, and to Jacob; and Y schal yyue to you that lond to be weldid; I the Lord.
8 Eu os levarei para a terra que jurei que daria a Abraão, a Isaque e a Jacó. E eu darei essa terra para ser propriedade de vocês. Eu sou o Senhor .”
9 Therfor Moises telde alle thingis to the sones of Irael, whiche assentide not to hym for the angwisch of spirit, and for the hardest werk.
9 Moisés repetiu essas palavras aos israelitas, mas eles não quiseram ouvi-lo, pois estavam desanimados por causa da dureza da sua escravidão.
10 And the Lord spak to Moises,
10 Então o Senhor disse a Moisés:
11 and seide, Entre thou, and speke to Farao, kyng of Egipt, that he delyuere the children of Israel fro his lond.
11 — Vá dizer a Faraó, rei do Egito, que deixe que os israelitas saiam do país.
12 Moises answeride bifore the Lord, Lo! the children of Israel here not me, and hou schal Farao here, moost sithen Y am vncircumcidid in lippis?
12 Porém Moisés respondeu ao Senhor : — Se até os israelitas não querem me dar atenção, o rei também não vai querer. Eu não tenho facilidade para falar.
13 And the Lord spak to Moises and to Aaron, and yaf comaundementis to the sones of Israel, and to Farao, kyng of Egipt, that thei schulden lede out the sones of Israel fro the lond of Egipt.
13 No entanto o Senhor ordenou que Moisés e Arão dissessem aos israelitas e a Faraó, rei do Egito, que eles dois tinham ordem para tirar do país o povo de Israel.
14 These ben the princis of housis bi her meynees. The sones of Ruben, the firste gendrid of Israel, Enoch, and Fallu, Esrom, and Charmy; these ben the kynredis of Ruben.
14 Esta é a lista dos grupos de famílias dos antepassados de Moisés e Arão: Rúben, o primeiro filho de Jacó, foi pai de quatro filhos: Enoque, Palu, Hezrom e Carmi. São esses os grupos de famílias de Rúben.
15 The sones of Symeon, Jamuel, and Jamyn, and Aod, and Jachym, and Soer, and Saul, the sone of a womman of Canaan; these ben the kynretis of Symeon.
15 Simeão foi pai de seis filhos: Jemuel, Jamim, Oade, Jaquim, Zoar e Saul, filho de uma mulher cananeia. São esses os grupos de famílias de Simeão.
16 And these ben the names of the sones of Leuy by her kynredis, Gerson, and Caath, and Merary. Forsothe the yeeris of lijf of Leuy weren an hundrid and seuene and thretti.
16 Levi foi pai de três filhos: Gérson, Coate e Merari. Levi viveu cento e trinta e sete anos.
17 The sones of Gerson, Lobny and Semei, bi her kynredis.
17 Gérson foi pai de dois filhos: Libni e Simei, e eles tiveram muitos descendentes.
18 The sones of Caath, Amram, and Isuar, and Hebron, and Oziel; and the yeeris of lijf of Caath weren an hundrid and thre and thretti.
18 São estes os filhos de Coate: Anrão, Isar, Hebrom e Uziel. Coate viveu cento e trinta e três anos.
19 The sones of Merari weren Mooli and Musi. These weren the kynredis of Leuy bi her meynees.
19 Merari foi pai de dois filhos: Mali e Musi. São esses os grupos de famílias de Levi, com os seus descendentes.
20 Forsothe Amram took a wijf, Jocabed, douytir of his fadris brother, and sche childide to hym Aaron, and Moises, and Marie; and the yeeris of lijf of Amram weren an hundred and seuene and thretti.
20 Anrão casou com Joquebede, sua tia por parte de pai, e ela lhe deu dois filhos: Arão e Moisés. Anrão viveu cento e trinta e sete anos.
21 Also the sones of Isuar weren Chore, and Nafeg, and Zechry.
21 Isar foi pai de três filhos: Corá, Nefegue e Zicri.
22 Also the sones of Oziel weren Misael, and Elisaphan, and Sechery.
22 Uziel também foi pai de três filhos: Misael, Elzafã e Sitri.
23 Sotheli Aaron took a wijf, Elizabeth, the douytir of Amynadab, the sistir of Naason, and sche childide to hym Nadab, and Abyu, and Eleazar, and Ythamar.
23 Arão casou com Eliseba, filha de Aminadabe e irmã de Nasom. Ela lhe deu quatro filhos: Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.
24 Also the sones of Chore weren Aser, and Elcana, and Abiasab; thes weren the kinredis of Chore.
24 Corá foi pai de três filhos: Assir, Elcana e Abiasafe. São esses os grupos de famílias de Corá.
25 And sotheli Eleazar, sone of Aaron, took a wijf of the douytris of Phatiel, and sche childide Fynees to hym. These ben the princis of the meynees of Leuy bi her kynredis.
25 Eleazar, filho de Arão, casou com uma das filhas de Putiel, e ela lhe deu um filho, chamado Fineias. São esses os chefes das famílias e dos grupos de famílias da tribo de Levi.
26 This is Aaron and Moises, to whiche the Lord comaundide, that thei schulden lede out of the lond of Egipt the sones of Israel by her cumpanyes;
26 Arão e Moisés foram os que receberam do Senhor Deus esta ordem: “Tirem do Egito as tribos de Israel.”
27 these it ben, that speken to Pharao king of Egipt, that thei lede the sones of Israel out of Egipt;
27 Foram eles que falaram com Faraó, rei do Egito, a fim de tirar de lá os israelitas.
28 this is Moises and Aaron, in the dai in which the Lord spak to Moises in the lond of Egipt.
28 Quando o Senhor falou com Moisés, no Egito,
29 And the Lord spak to Moises, and seide, Y am the Lord; spek thou to Farao, kyng of Egipt, alle thingis whiche Y speke to thee.
29 ele disse: — Eu sou o
30 And Moises seide bifore the Lord, Lo! Y am vncircumcidid in lippis; hou schal Farao here me?
30 Porém Moisés respondeu: — Ó
