1 Therfor Moyses stiede fro the feeldi places of Moab on the hil of Nebo, in to the cop of Fasga, ayens Gerico. And the Lord schewide to hym al the lond of Galaad `til to Dan,
1 Então, subiu Moisés das campinas de Moabe ao monte Nebo, ao cume de Pisga, que está defronte de Jericó; e o Senhor mostrou-lhe toda a terra, desde Gileade até Dã;
2 and al Neptalym, and the lond of Effraym and of Manasses, and al the lond of Juda, `til to the laste see; and the south part,
2 e todo o Naftali, e a terra de Efraim, e Manassés; e toda a terra de Judá, até ao mar último;
3 and the breede of the feeld of Jerico, of the citee of Palmes `til to Segor.
3 e o Sul, e a campina do vale de Jericó, a cidade das palmeiras, até Zoar.
4 And the Lord seide to hym, This is the lond for which Y swoor to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and Y seide, Y schal yyue it to thi seed; thou hast seyn it with thin iyen, and thou schalt not passe `to it.
4 E disse-lhe o Senhor : Esta é a terra de que jurei a Abraão, Isaque e Jacó, dizendo: À tua semente a darei; mostro-ta para a veres com os teus olhos; porém para lá não passarás.
5 And Moyses, the seruaunt of the Lord, was deed there, in the lond of Moab, `for the Lord comaundide.
5 Assim, morreu ali Moisés, servo do Senhor , na terra de Moabe, conforme o dito do Senhor .
6 And the Lord biriede hym in a valey of the lond of Moab, ayens Fegor, and no man knewe his sepulcre `til in to present day.
6 Este o sepultou num vale, na terra de Moabe, defronte de Bete-Peor; e ninguém tem sabido até hoje a sua sepultura.
7 Moises was of an hundrid and twenti yeer whanne he diede; his iye dasewide not, nethir hise teeth weren stirid.
7 Era Moisés da idade de cento e vinte anos quando morreu; os seus olhos nunca se escureceram, nem perdeu ele o seu vigor.
8 And the sones of Israel biwepten hym thretti daies in the feeldi places of Moab; and the daies of weilyng of men `bymorenynge Moises weren fillid.
8 E os filhos de Israel prantearam a Moisés trinta dias, nas campinas de Moabe; e os dias do pranto do luto de Moisés se cumpriram.
9 Forsothe Josue, the sone of Nun, was fillid with `the spyrit of wisdom, for Moises settide hise hondis on hym; and the sones of Israel obeieden to Josue, and diden as the Lord comaundide to Moises.
9 E Josué, filho de Num, foi cheio do espírito de sabedoria, porquanto Moisés tinha posto sobre ele as suas mãos; assim, os filhos de Israel lhe deram ouvidos e fizeram como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.
10 And `a profete roos no more in Israel `as Moises, whom the Lord knewe face to face,
10 E nunca mais se levantou em Israel profeta algum como Moisés, a quem o Senhor conhecera face a face;
11 in alle myraclis, and grete wondris, whiche the Lord sente bi hym, that he schulde do in the lond of Egipt to Farao, and alle hise seruauntis, and to al the lond `of hym,
11 nem semelhante em todos os sinais e maravilhas, que o Senhor o enviou para fazer na terra do Egito, a Faraó, e a todos os seus servos, e a toda a sua terra;
12 and al strong hond, and the `grete merueylis, whiche Moyses dide bifor al Israel.
12 e em toda a mão forte e em todo o espanto grande que operou Moisés aos olhos de todo o Israel.
