1 He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the LORD’s angel, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary.
1 E ele me mostrou Josué, o sumo sacerdote, posicionado diante do anjo do SENHOR, e Satanás de pé, à sua direita para se lhe opor.
2 The LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan! Yes, the LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"
2 E o SENHOR disse a Satanás: O SENHOR te repreenda, ó Satanás; o SENHOR, que escolheu Jerusalém, te repreenda; não é este um tição tirado do fogo?
3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel.
3 Ora, Josué, vestido de roupas sujas, estava de pé diante do anjo.
4 He answered and spoke to those who stood before him, saying, "Take the filthy garments off him." To him he said, "Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with rich clothing."
4 Então ele respondeu e falou aos que estavam diante dele, dizendo: Tirai estas roupas sujas dele. E a ele lhe disse: Eis que fiz a iniquidade passar de ti, e te vestirei com outra vestimenta.
5 I said, "Let them set a clean turban on his head."
5 E eu disse: Coloquem uma mitra limpa sobre a sua cabeça. Então colocaram uma mitra limpa sobre a sua cabeça, e vestiram-no com trajes; e o anjo do SENHOR estava perto.
6 The LORD’s angel solomnly assured Joshua, saying,
6 E o anjo do SENHOR protestou a Josué, dizendo:
7 "The LORD of Armies says: ‘If you will walk in my ways, and if you will follow my instructions, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access amongst these who stand by.
7 Assim diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos: Se andares nos meus caminhos, e se observares a minha ordenança, então tu também julgarás a minha casa, e também guardarás os meus átrios, e te darei lugar para andar entre esses que ficam aqui.
8 Hear now, Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who sit before you, for they are men who are a sign; for, behold, I will bring out my servant, the Branch.
8 Ouve, pois, ó Josué, sumo sacerdote, tu e os teus companheiros que se assentam diante de ti; porque são homens admiráveis; eis que eu farei vir o meu servo, o Renovo.
9 For, behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua: on one stone are seven eyes; behold, I will engrave its inscription,’ says the LORD of Armies, ‘and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
9 Observai a pedra que coloquei diante de Josué; sobre uma pedra estarão sete olhos; eis que gravarei a sua inscrição, diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos, e removerei a iniquidade daquela terra em um só dia.
10 In that day,’ says the LORD of Armies, ‘you will invite every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.’"
10 Naquele dia, diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos, cada homem convidará o seu vizinho para debaixo da videira e para debaixo da figueira.
