4 \8:3\When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers; the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
4 Que é o homem, digo-me então, para pensardes nele? Que são os filhos de Adão, para que vos ocupeis com eles?
5 \8:4\What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 Entretanto, vós o fizestes quase igual aos anjos, de glória e honra o coroastes.
6 \8:5\For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
6 Destes-lhe poder sobre as obras de vossas mãos, vós lhe submetestes todo o universo.
7 \8:6\Thou hast made him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
7 Rebanhos e gados, e até os animais bravios,
8 \8:7\All sheep and oxen, yes, and the beasts of the field;
8 pássaros do céu e peixes do mar, tudo o que se move nas águas do oceano.
9 \8:8\The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatever passeth through the paths of the seas.
9 Ó Senhor, nosso Deus, como é glorioso vosso nome em toda a terra!
