1 Then Eliashib the high priest arose with his brethren the priests, and they built the sheep-gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even to the tower of Meah they sanctified it, to the tower of Hananeel.
1 E Eliasibe, o sumo sacerdote, levantou-se com os seus irmãos, os sacerdotes, e edificaram o portão das ovelhas, o qual santificaram, e levantaram as suas portas; até a Torre de Meá eles o santificaram, e até a Torre de Hananel.
2 And next to him built the men of Jericho. And next to them built Zaccur the son of Imri.
2 E próximo a ele edificaram os homens de Jericó. E próximo deles edificou Zacur, o filho de Inri.
3 But the fish-gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who also laid its beams, and set up its doors, its locks and its bars.
3 Todavia, os filhos de Hassenaá edificaram o portão do peixe que também lançaram as suas vigas, e puseram as suas portas, as suas trancas, e as suas barras.
4 And next to them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next to them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next to them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
4 E próximo a eles reparou Meremote, o filho de Urias, o filho de Coz. E próximo a eles reparou Mesulão, o filho de Berequias, o filho de Mesezabel. E próximo a eles reparou Zadoque, filho de Baaná.
5 And next to them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
5 E próximo a eles os tecoítas repararam; mas os seus nobres não puseram o seu pescoço na obra do seu senhor.
6 Moreover, the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid its beams, and set up its doors, and its locks, and its bars.
6 E o portão velho repararam Joiada, filho de Paseia; e Mesulão, o filho de Besodias; eles puseram as suas vigas, e levantaram as suas portas, e as suas travas, e as suas barras.
7 And next to them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, to the throne of the governor on this side of the river.
7 E próximo deles repararam Melatias, o gibeonita, e Jadom, o meronotita, os homens de Gibeão, e de Mispá, até o trono do governador deste lado do rio.
8 Next to him repaired Uzziel the son of Harhaiah, of the goldsmiths. Next to him also repaired Hananiah the son of one of the apothecaries, and they fortified Jerusalem to the broad wall.
8 Próximo a ele repararam Uziel, o filho de Haraías, dos ourives. Próximo a ele também reparou Hananias, o filho de um dos apotecários, e eles fortificaram Jerusalém até a muralha larga.
9 And next to them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem.
9 E próximo a eles reparou Refaías, o filho de Hur, o governante da metade de Jerusalém.
10 And next to them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next to him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah.
10 E próximo a eles reparou Jedaías, o filho de Harumafe, a saber, na frente da sua casa. E próximo a ele reparou Hatus, o filho de Hasabneias.
11 Malchijah the son of Harim, and Hashub the son of Pahath-moab, repaired the other piece, and the tower of the furnaces.
11 Malquias, o filho de Harim, e Hassube, o filho de Paate-Moabe, repararam a outra parte, e a torre das fornalhas.
12 And next to him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.
12 E próximo a ele reparou Salum, o filho de Haloés, o governante da metade de Jerusalém, ele e as suas filhas.
13 The valley-gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and a thousand cubits on the wall to the dung-gate.
13 Hanum, e os habitantes de Zanoa repararam o portão do vale; eles o edificaram, e puseram as suas portas, as suas trancas, e as suas barras, e mil côvados da muralha até o portão do esterco.
14 But the dung-gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Beth-haccerem; he built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
14 Mas, o portão do esterco reparou Malquias, o filho de Recabe, o governante de parte de Bete-Haquerém; ele o edificou, e pôs as suas portas, as suas travas, e as suas barras.
15 But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king's garden, and to the stairs that go down from the city of David.
15 Mas o portão da fonte reparou Salum, o filho de Col-Hozé, o governante de parte de Mispá; ele o edificou, e o cobriu, e pôs as suas portas, as suas travas, e as suas barras, e a parede do tanque de Siloá junto ao jardim do rei, e até as escadarias que descem da cidade de Davi.
16 After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the half part of Beth-zur, to the place over against the sepulchers of David, and to the pool that was made, and to the house of the mighty.
16 Depois dele reparou Neemias, o filho de Azbuque, o governante da metade de Bete-Zur, até o local defronte aos sepulcros de Davi, e até o tanque que foi feito, e até a casa dos poderosos.
17 After him repaired the Levites Rehum the son of Bani. Next to him repaired Hashabiah the ruler of the half part of Keilah, in his part.
17 Depois dele repararam os levitas, Reum, o filho de Bani. Próximo a ele reparou na sua parte Hasabias, o governante da metade de Queila.
18 After him repaired their brethren, Bavai the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah.
18 Depois dele repararam os seus irmãos, Bavai, o filho de Henadade, o governante da metade de Queila.
19 And next to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another piece over against the ascent to the armory, at the turning of the wall.
19 E próximo a ele reparou Ezer, o filho de Jesuá, o governante de Mispá, outra parte defronte da subida até a casa das armas na esquina da muralha.
20 After him Baruch the son of Zabbai, earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall to the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
20 Depois dele, Baruque, o filho de Zabai, reparou diligentemente a outra parte, desde a esquina da muralha até a porta da casa de Eliasibe, o sumo sacerdote.
21 After him repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib, even to the end of the house of Eliashib.
21 Depois dele reparou Meremote, o filho de Urias, o filho de Coz, outra parte, desde a porta da casa de Eliasibe até a extremidade da casa de Eliasibe.
22 And after him repaired the priests, the men of the plain.
22 E depois dele repararam os sacerdotes, os homens da planície.
23 After him repaired Benjamin and Hashub, over against their house. After him repaired Azariah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ananiah, by his house.
23 Depois dele repararam Benjamim e Hasube defronte da sua casa. Depois dele reparou Azarias, o filho de Maaseias, o filho de Ananias, por sua casa.
24 After him repaired Binnui, the son of Henadad, another piece, from the house of Azariah to the turning of the wall, even to the corner.
24 Depois dele reparou Binui, o filho de Henadade, outra parte, desde a casa de Azarias até a esquina da muralha, a saber, até o canto.
25 Palal, the son of Uzai, over against the turning of the wall, and the tower which lieth out from the king's high house, that was by the court of the prison. After him Pedaiah, the son of Parosh.
25 Palal, o filho de Uzai, defronte à esquina da muralha, e da torre que se eleva da casa alta do rei, que estava junto ao átrio da prisão. Depois dele, Pedaías, o filho de Parós.
26 Moreover, the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, to the place over against the water-gate towards the east, and the projecting tower.
26 Além disso, os netineus habitaram em Ofel, até o local defronte ao portão das águas na direção leste, e até a torre que ali se ergue.
27 After them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over against the great projecting tower, even to the wall of Ophel.
27 Depois, os tecoítas repararam outra parte, defronte da grande torre que se ergue, até a muralha de Ofel.
28 From above the horse-gate repaired the priests, every one over against his house.
28 Acima do portão do cavalo repararam os sacerdotes, cada um defronte à sua casa.
29 After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
29 Depois, reparou Zadoque, o filho de Imer, defronte à sua casa. Depois dele também reparou Semaías, o filho de Secanias, o guarda do portão leste.
30 After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.
30 Depois dele repararam outra parte Hananias, o filho de Selemias, e Hanum, o sexto filho de Zalafe. Depois dele reparou Mesulão, o filho de Berequias, defronte da sua câmara.
31 After him repaired Malchiah the goldsmith's son, to the place of the Nethinims, and of the merchants, over against the gate Miphkad, and to the ascent of the corner.
31 Depois dele reparou Malquias, o filho de um ourives, até o local dos netineus, e dos mercadores, defronte ao portão Mifcade, e até a subida do canto.
32 And between the ascent of the corner to the sheep-gate repaired the goldsmiths and the merchants.
32 E entre a subida do canto até a porta das Ovelhas repararam os ourives e os mercadores.
