1 Und Jesus war mal wieder am Storyserzählen:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 „Wenn Gott wieder anfängt, den Joystick der Welt komplett in die Hand zu nehmen, und seine gute Zeit beginnt, dann ist das, als ob ein Präsident von einem Land eine Hochzeitsparty für seinen Sohn organisiert.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Die ganzen VIPs waren eingeladen, und nachdem die Vorbereitung klar war, schickte er seine Angestellten los, um die Gäste abzuholen. Aber keiner hatte Lust zu kommen.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Da schickte er seine Leute noch mal los mit der Nachricht: ‚Das kalte Buffet ist angerichtet, der Lachs und der Hummer sind schon fertig, alles wartet nur auf euch, nun kommt doch!‘
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Aber die so eingeladenen Gäste hatten einfach keinen Bock zu kommen, sie waren so mit ihrem Leben beschäftigt, mit der Arbeit und alledem.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Ein paar waren sogar richtig aggromäßig unterwegs und verprügelten und erschossen die Angestellten.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Da rastete der Präsident total aus und schickte ein paar von der GSG 9 los, um die Mörder zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen. In andere Städte schickte er sogar seine Armee und ließ alles platt machen.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Dann sagte er zu seinen Angestellten: ‚Die Vorbereitung für die Party ist fertig, aber die eingeladenen VIPs waren sich anscheinend zu fein, mit dabei zu sein.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Geht jetzt zum Hauptbahnhof, auf die Straßen und in die besetzten Häuser und ladet alle ein, die euch begegnen.‘
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Jetzt gingen sie los und brachten jeden mit, den sie finden konnten: die Penner unter der Brücke, die Junkies vom Hauptbahnhof, aber auch den Geschäftsmann aus dem Einkaufszentrum. Und so wurde die Partyhalle total voll.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Als der Präsident ankam, um die Leute zu begrüßen, war da so ein Penner, der in seinem dreckigen Trainingsanzug rumhing.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 ‚Mein Freund, wie bist du denn hier so reingekommen? Da lag doch extra ein Armani-Anzug nur für dich im Foyer?‘ Darauf konnte der Penner nichts antworten. Da meinte der Präsident ziemlich derbe: ‚Legt ihm Handschellen an und führt ihn ab in die Einzelhaft! Dort wird er rumheulen, aber keiner wird ihm helfen können.‘
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.

13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Denn sehr viele haben ’ne Einladung bekommen, aber nur wenige waren bereit dazu, sich dafür klarzumachen.‘“
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Den Pharisäern, diesen religiösen Profis, wurde es langsam zu bunt. Sie überlegten sich, wie sie Jesus aufs Glatteis führen könnten.

16 So schickten sie ein paar von ihren Leuten und ein paar Herodesfans zu ihm, die ihn dann fragten: „Großer Herr, Sie wollen die Wahrheit um jeden Preis. Wenn es darum geht, das zu tun, was Gott will, sagen Sie alles, was Ihnen in den Kopf kommt. Und es scheint Ihnen dabei egal zu sein, ob die Leute das gut finden oder nicht.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Darum noch ’ne Frage: Findet Gott es eigentlich gut, dass wir unsere Steuern dem Staat bezahlen, oder eher nicht?“
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Jesus merkte sofort, was sie eigentlich wollten. „Ihr linken Spinner!“, sagte er. „Warum versucht ihr die ganze Zeit mich reinzulegen?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Gebt mir mal ’nen Euro!“ Sie gaben ihm einen.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 „Wessen Wappen ist da hinten drauf? Was ist da eingeprägt?“
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 „Der Bundesadler“, antworteten sie. Da sagte Jesus: „Dann gebt dem Bund, was dem Bund zusteht, und gebt Gott, was Gott gehört!“
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Damit hatten sie nicht gerechnet. Sie zogen sich zurück und ließen Jesus erst mal in Ruhe.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Am Nachmittag kamen so ein paar Leute aus einer religiösen Spezialtruppe, die nannten sich Sadduzäer. Bei denen war eins ganz klar: Wenn einer stirbt, bleibt er tot und fängt nicht wieder in einer anderen Form an zu leben. Die hatten auch noch ’ne Frage an Jesus:

24 „Also Meister, unser Urvater Mose hat klar gesagt, wenn ein verheirateter Mann stirbt, ohne ein Kind zu haben, dann soll sein Bruder sich die Frau schnappen, und das erste Kind soll alles erben.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Wie ist denn das, wenn da nun sieben Brüder sind? Der erste heiratet und stirbt, ohne ein Kind zu haben. Sein Bruder heiratet die Witwe, weil es so üblich ist.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Dann stirbt der zweite Bruder auch schneller als erwartet, und der nächste Bruder nimmt sie zur Ehefrau. So geht das immer weiter, bis sie am Ende mit allen sieben Männern verheiratet war.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Irgendwann stirbt die dann auch noch.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Wenn alle, nachdem sie gestorben sind, wieder in der anderen Welt lebendig werden, zu wem wird sie dann gehören? Sie war ja mit allen sieben im Bett!“
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Jesus antwortete darauf: „Oh Mann, ihr kennt weder die Bibel noch habt ihr gerallt, was Gott wirklich draufhat! Ihr liegt mit eurer Denke total daneben!
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Wenn wir alle nach dem Tod zu einem neuen Leben kommen, dann gibt es so was wie Ehe gar nicht mehr! Ihr werdet eher wie Engel sein.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Wenn ihr aber nicht glaubt, dass nach dem Tod noch was kommt, dann will ich euch gern noch mal auf den Schirm bringen, was in den alten Schriften der Bibel steht.
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ‚Ich bin der Gott von Abraham, Isaak und von Jakob.‘ Das bedeutet, dass Gott kein Gott für die Toten ist, sondern für die, die leben! Kapiert?“
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 Was Jesus da vom Stapel ließ, war für viele der Hammer.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 Als die Pharisäer hörten, wie Jesus den Sadduzäern das Maul gestopft hatte, dachten sie sich eine neue Frage aus. Einer von den Theologen ging mit folgendem Ding zu ihm hin:
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 — ausente —
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 „Meister, was ist das absolut wichtigste Gesetz von Gott, was will er von uns?“
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 „‚Liebe Gott, deinen Chef, mit allem, was du hast, mit deinem ganzen Gefühl, volles Rohr, entscheide dich dafür!‘
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Das ist das wichtigste Gesetz überhaupt!
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Und gleich danach kommt: ‚Liebe die Leute, die mit dir leben, genauso, wie du dich selber auch liebst!‘
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Da steckt alles drin, alle Gesetze und Forderungen, bei den Propheten angefangen bis heute.“
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Jesus wollte dann auch noch ’ne Frage an die religiösen Profis loswerden:
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 „Was für ’ne Meinung habt ihr eigentlich über diesen ‚Christus‘
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 „Aber warum hat David, als der total angezappt vom heiligen Geist war, ihn plötzlich ‚Chef‘ genannt? Denn David sagte:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 ‚Gott sagte zu meinem Chef: Setz dich auf die Ehrentribüne an meine Seite, bis ich allen Feinden gezeigt hab, wer hier das Sagen hat!‘
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Wenn David also ‚Chef‘ zu ihm gesagt hat, kann er ja nicht sein Sohn sein, oder?“
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Da waren sie alle einfach sprachlos und trauten sich nicht mehr, ihm irgendwelche dummen Fragen zu stellen.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
