Zacarias 12
Updated Bible Version (UPDV) vs NAA
1 The burden of the word of Yahweh concerning Israel. [Thus] says Yahweh, who stretches forth the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man inside him:
1 Sentença pronunciada pelo Senhor a respeito de Israel. O Senhor , que estendeu o céu, fundou a terra e formou o espírito do ser humano dentro dele, diz:
2 look, I will make Jerusalem a cup of reeling to all the peoples round about, and on Judah also it will be in the siege against Jerusalem.
2 — Eis que eu farei de Jerusalém um cálice de atordoamento para todos os povos vizinhos e também para Judá, durante o sítio contra Jerusalém.
3 And it will come to pass in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all the peoples; all who burden themselves with it will be critically wounded; and all the nations of the earth will be gathered together against it.
3 Naquele dia, farei de Jerusalém uma pedra pesada para todos os povos. Todos os que tentarem erguê-la ficarão gravemente feridos. E todas as nações da terra se ajuntarão contra ela.
4 In that day, says Yahweh, I will strike every horse with terror, and his rider with madness; and I will open my eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.
4 Naquele dia, diz o Senhor , farei com que todos os cavalos fiquem espantados e os seus cavaleiros fiquem loucos. Manterei os meus olhos abertos sobre a casa de Judá e farei com que todos os cavalos dos povos fiquem cegos.
5 And the chieftains of Judah will say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in Yahweh of hosts their God.
5 Então os chefes de Judá pensarão assim: “Os moradores de Jerusalém têm a força do Senhor dos Exércitos, seu Deus.”
6 In that day I will make the chieftains of Judah like a pan of fire among wood, and like a flaming torch among sheaves; and they will devour all the peoples round about, on the right hand and on the left; and [they of] Jerusalem will yet again dwell in their own place, even in Jerusalem.
6 Naquele dia, porei os chefes de Judá como um braseiro aceso debaixo da lenha e como uma tocha acesa entre os feixes de trigo. Eles destruirão à direita e à esquerda todos os povos ao redor, e Jerusalém será habitada outra vez no seu lugar, na própria Jerusalém.
7 Yahweh also will save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem will not magnify above Judah.
7 O Senhor salvará primeiramente as tendas de Judá, para que a glória da casa de Davi e a glória dos moradores de Jerusalém não sejam exaltadas acima de Judá.
8 In that day Yahweh will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and he who is feeble among them at that day will be as David; and the house of David will be as God, as the angel of Yahweh before them.
8 Naquele dia, o Senhor protegerá os moradores de Jerusalém. O mais fraco dentre eles, naquele dia, será como Davi, e a casa de Davi será como Deus, como o Anjo do Senhor diante deles.
9 And it will come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
9 Naquele dia, procurarei destruir todas as nações que vierem contra Jerusalém.
10 And I will pour on the house of David, and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they will look to me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son, and will be in bitterness for him, as one who is in bitterness for his firstborn.
10 E sobre a casa de Davi e sobre os moradores de Jerusalém derramarei o espírito da graça e de súplicas. Olharão para aquele a quem traspassaram. Prantearão por ele como quem pranteia por um filho único e chorarão por ele como se chora amargamente pelo primogênito.
11 In that day there will be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
11 Naquele dia, o pranto em Jerusalém será tão grande como o pranto de Hadade-Rimom, no vale de Megido.
12 And the land will mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
12 A terra pranteará, cada família à parte: a família da casa de Davi à parte, e suas mulheres à parte; a família da casa de Natã à parte, e suas mulheres à parte;
13 the family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of the Shimeites apart, and their wives apart;
13 a família da casa de Levi à parte, e suas mulheres à parte; a família dos simeítas à parte, e suas mulheres à parte.
14 all the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.
14 Todas as outras famílias prantearão, cada família à parte, e suas mulheres à parte.
