Isaías 7
Updated Bible Version (UPDV) vs BKJ
1 And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up to Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it.
1 E aconteceu nos dias de Acaz, o filho de Jotão, o filho de Uzias, rei de Judá, que Rezim, o rei da Síria, e Peca, o filho de Remalias, o rei de Israel, subiu em direção a Jerusalém para guerrear contra ela, mas não pôde prevalecer contra ela.
2 And it was told the house of David, saying, Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart trembled, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the forest tremble with the wind.
2 E isto foi dito à casa de Davi, dizendo: A Síria está confederada com Efraim. E o coração dele foi abalado e o coração de seu povo, da mesma forma que as árvores da floresta são agitadas pelo vento.
3 Then Yahweh said to Isaiah, Go forth now to meet Ahaz, you, and Shear-jashub your son, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool, in the highway of the fuller's field;
3 Então disse o SENHOR a Isaías: Saia agora para encontrar Acaz, tu e teu filho Sear-Jasube, no final do aqueduto do reservatório superior, na estrada do campo do lavandeiro.
4 and say to him, Take heed, and be quiet; don't be afraid, neither let your heart be faint, because of these two tails of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.
4 Dize-lhe: Fique atento, e fique quieto; não tenha medo, nem se desanime pelos dois pedaços de tições fumegantes, pela feroz ira de Rezim com a Síria, e do filho de Remalias.
5 Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have purposed evil against you, saying,
5 Porque a Síria, Efraim e o filho de Remalias têm formado um maligno conselho contra ti, dizendo:
6 Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach in it for us, and set up a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabeel;
6 Deixe-nos subir contra Judá e afligi-la, deixe-nos fazer uma brecha naquele lugar para nós e colocar um rei no meio dele, precisamente, o filho de Tabeal.
7 thus says the Sovereign Yahweh, It will not stand, neither will it come to pass.
7 Portanto, diz o Senhor DEUS: Isto não irá prevalecer, nem acontecerá.
8 For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years will Ephraim be broken in pieces, so that it will not be a people:
8 Porque a cabeça da Síria é Damasco e a cabeça de Damasco é Rezim; e dentro de sessenta e cinco anos Efraim será quebrado, de tal forma que não será um povo.
9 and the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If you{+} will not believe, surely you{+} will not be established.
9 E a cabeça de Efraim é Samaria e a cabeça de Samaria é filho de Remalias. Se vós não crerdes, certamente não sereis estabelecidos.
10 And Yahweh spoke again to Ahaz, saying,
10 Além disso, o SENHOR falou novamente a Acaz, dizendo:
11 Ask a sign of Yahweh your God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.
11 Pede um sinal ao SENHOR teu Deus. Pede-o, seja nas profundezas ou nas alturas.
12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I try Yahweh.
12 Porém, Acaz disse: Eu não pedirei, nem tentarei o SENHOR.
13 And he said, Hear{+} now, O house of David: Is it a small thing for you{+} to weary men, that you{+} will weary my God also?
13 E ele disse: Ouvi vós agora, ó casa de Davi: É isto pouca coisa para vós enfadardes homens, porém ireis vós enfadar meu Deus também?
14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you{+} a sign: look, the young woman will be pregnant, and give birth to a son, and will call his name Immanuel.
14 Portanto, o Senhor mesmo vos dará um sinal: Eis que, uma virgem conceberá e dará à luz um filho e chamará seu nome Emanuel.
15 Butter and honey he will eat, when he knows to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
15 Ele comerá manteiga e mel, para que possa saber rejeitar o mal e escolher o bem.
16 For before the child will know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land whose two kings you abhor will be forsaken.
16 Porque, antes que a criança saiba rejeitar o mal e escolher o bem, a terra que tu detestas será abandonada de ambos os seus reis.
17 Yahweh will bring on you, and on your people, and on your father's house, days that have not come, from the day that Ephraim departed from Judah--[even] the king of Assyria.
17 O SENHOR trará sobre ti, sobre o teu povo, e sobre a casa de teu pai, dias que ainda não têm acontecido desde o dia em que Efraim afastou-se de Judá, o rei da Assíria.
18 And it will come to pass in that day, that Yahweh will hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria.
18 E acontecerá naquele dia que o SENHOR assobiará para a mosca que está na parte mais extrema dos rios do Egito, e para a abelha que está na terra da Assíria.
19 And they will come, and will rest all of them in the desolate valleys, and in the clefts of the rocks, and on all thorn-hedges, and on all pastures.
19 E eles virão, e descansarão todos nos vales desolados, no interior de cavidades das rochas, e sobre todos os espinheiros e sobre todos os arbustos.
20 In that day the Lord will shave with a razor that is hired in the parts beyond the River, [even] with the king of Assyria, the head and the hair of the feet; and it will also consume the beard.
20 No mesmo dia, o Senhor rapará com uma navalha, que é alugada, a saber, por aqueles dalém do rio, pelo rei da Assíria, a cabeça e o pelo dos pés, e isso também consumirá a barba.
21 And it will come to pass in that day, that a man will keep alive a young cow, and two sheep;
21 E acontecerá naquele dia, que um homem alimentará uma novilha e duas ovelhas.
22 and it will come to pass, that because of the abundance of milk which they will give he will eat butter: for butter and honey will every one eat who is left in the midst of the land.
22 E acontecerá que, pela abundância de leite que elas produzirão, ele comerá manteiga; porque manteiga e mel comerá cada um que for deixado na terra.
23 And it will come to pass in that day, that every place, where there were a thousand vines at a thousand silverlings, will be for briers and thorns.
23 E acontecerá naquele dia, que todo lugar será, onde existiam mil videiras avaliadas em mil moedas de prata, ele será para arbustos com espinhos e espinheiros.
24 With arrows and with bow will one come there, because all the land will be briers and thorns.
24 Com flechas e com arcos homens irão naquela direção, porque toda a terra tornar-se-á espinhos e espinheiros.
25 And all the hills that were dug with the mattock, you will not come there for fear of briers and thorns; but it will be for the sending forth of oxen, and for the treading of sheep.
25 E sobre todas as colinas que serão escavadas com a picareta, não haverá quem vá naquela direção por medo dos espinhos e espinheiros. Porém será para conduzir para lá os bois e para ser pisado pelo gado miúdo.
