¹ Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.

¹ De Davi. Fazei-me justiça, Senhor, pois tenho andado retamente e, confiando em vós, não vacilei.

² Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

² Sondai-me, Senhor, e provai-me; escrutai meus rins e meu coração.

³ For your loving kindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in your truth.

³ Tenho sempre diante dos olhos vossa bondade, e caminho na vossa verdade.

⁴ I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.

⁴ Entre os homens iníquos não me assento, nem me associo aos trapaceiros.

⁵ I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

⁵ Detesto a companhia dos malfeitores, com os ímpios não me junto.

⁶ I will wash mine hands in innocence: so will I compass yours altar, O LORD:

⁶ Na inocência lavo as minhas mãos, e conservo-me junto de vosso altar, Senhor,

⁷ That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all your wondrous works.

⁸ LORD, I have loved the habitation of your house, and the place where yours honour dwells.

¹² My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD.
