1 Blessed is every one that fears the LORD; that walks in his ways.
1 Bem-aventurado aquele que teme ao Senhor e anda nos seus caminhos!
2 For you shall eat the labour of yours hands: happy shall you be, and it shall be well with you.
2 Pois comerás do trabalho das tuas mãos, feliz serás, e te irá bem.
3 Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of yours house: your children like olive plants round about your table.
3 A tua mulher será como a videira frutífera aos lados da tua casa; os teus filhos, como plantas de oliveira, à roda da tua mesa.
4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that fears the LORD.
4 Eis que assim será abençoado o homem que teme ao Senhor !
5 The LORD shall bless you out of Zion: and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
5 O Senhor te abençoará desde Sião, e tu verás o bem de Jerusalém em todos os dias da tua vida.
6 Yea, you shall see your children's children, and peace upon Israel.
6 E verás os filhos de teus filhos e a paz sobre Israel.
