1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
1 Quando o Senhor restaurou a sorte de Sião, ficamos como quem sonha.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD has done great things for them.
2 Então a nossa boca se encheu de riso, e a nossa língua, de júbilo. Então entre as nações se dizia: “Grandes coisas o tem feito por eles.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
3 De fato, grandes coisas o por isso, estamos alegres.
4 Return our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.
4 Restaura, Senhor , a nossa sorte, como as torrentes no Neguebe.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
5 Os que com lágrimas semeiam com júbilo ceifarão.
6 He that goes forth and weeps, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
6 Quem sai andando e chorando, enquanto semeia, voltará com júbilo, trazendo os seus feixes.
