1 These are the ordinaunces and lawes which ye shall obserue to doo in the londe which the Lorde God of thy fathers geueth the to possesse it, as longe as ye lyue vppon the erth.
1 São estes os estatutos e os juízos que cuidareis de cumprir na terra que vos deu o Senhor , Deus de vossos pais, para a possuirdes todos os dias que viverdes sobre a terra.
2 Se that ye destroye all places where the nacyons which ye conquere serue their goddes, vppon hye mountaynes and on hye hilles and vnder euery grene tree.
2 Destruireis por completo todos os lugares onde as nações que ides desapossar serviram aos seus deuses, sobre as altas montanhas, sobre os outeiros e debaixo de toda árvore frondosa;
3 Ouerthrowe their alters and breake their pylers and burne their groues with fyre and hewdowne the ymages off theyr goddes, and brynge the names of them to noughte out of that place.
3 deitareis abaixo os seus altares, e despedaçareis as suas colunas, e os seus postes-ídolos queimareis, e despedaçareis as imagens esculpidas dos seus deuses, e apagareis o seu nome daquele lugar.
4 Se ye doo not so vnto the Lorde youre God
4 Não fareis assim para com o Senhor , vosso Deus,
5 but ye shall enquere the place which the Lorde youre God shall haue chosen out of all youre trybes to put his name there and there to dwell.
5 mas buscareis o lugar que o Senhor , vosso Deus, escolher de todas as vossas tribos, para ali pôr o seu nome e sua habitação; e para lá ireis.
6 And thyther thou shalt come, and thyther ye shall brynge youre burntsacryfices and youre offerynges, youre tithes and heueofferynges off youre handes, youre vowes and frewillofferynges and thy fyrst borne off youre oxen and off youre shepe.
6 A esse lugar fareis chegar os vossos holocaustos, e os vossos sacrifícios, e os vossos dízimos, e a oferta das vossas mãos, e as ofertas votivas, e as ofertas voluntárias, e os primogênitos das vossas vacas e das vossas ovelhas.
7 And there ye shall eate before the Lorde youre God, and ye shall reioyse in all that ye laye youre handes on: both ye and youre housholdes, because the Lord thy God hath blessed the.
7 Lá, comereis perante o Senhor , vosso Deus, e vos alegrareis em tudo o que fizerdes, vós e as vossas casas, no que vos tiver abençoado o Senhor , vosso Deus.
8 Ye shall doo after nothinge that we doo here this daye, euery man what semeth hi good in his awne eyes.
8 Não procedereis em nada segundo estamos fazendo aqui, cada qual tudo o que bem parece aos seus olhos,
9 For ye are not yet come to rest nor vnto the enheritaunce which the Lorde youre God geueth you.
9 porque, até agora, não entrastes no descanso e na herança que vos dá o Senhor , vosso Deus.
10 But ye shal goo ouer Iordayne ad dwell in the lode which the Lorde youre God geueth you to enheret, ad he shal geue you rest fro al youre enemies rounde aboute: and ye shall dwell in safetie.
10 Mas passareis o Jordão e habitareis na terra que vos fará herdar o Senhor , vosso Deus; e vos dará descanso de todos os vossos inimigos em redor, e morareis seguros.
11 Therfore when the Lorde youre God hath chosen a place to make his name dwell there, thither ye shall brynge all that I commaunde you, youre burntsacryfices and youre offerynges, youre tithes and the heueofferynges of youre handes and all youre godly vowes which ye vowe vnto the Lorde.
11 Então, haverá um lugar que escolherá o Senhor , vosso Deus, para ali fazer habitar o seu nome; a esse lugar fareis chegar tudo o que vos ordeno: os vossos holocaustos, e os vossos sacrifícios, e os vossos dízimos, e a oferta das vossas mãos, e toda escolha dos vossos votos feitos ao Senhor ,
12 And ye shall reioyse before the Lorde youre God, both ye, youre sonnes and youre doughters, youre seruauntes and youre maydes and the leuite that is within youre gates for he hath nether parte nor enheritaunce with you.
12 e vos alegrareis perante o Senhor , vosso Deus, vós, os vossos filhos, as vossas filhas, os vossos servos, as vossas servas e o levita que mora dentro das vossas cidades e que não tem porção nem herança convosco.
13 Take hede that thou offer not thi burntofferynges in what soeuer place thou seyst:
13 Guarda-te, não ofereças os teus holocaustos em todo lugar que vires;
14 but in the place which the Lorde shall haue chosen amonge one of thy trybes, there thou shalt offer thi burntofferynges and there thou shalt doo all that I commaunde the.
14 mas, no lugar que o Senhor escolher numa das tuas tribos, ali oferecerás os teus holocaustos e ali farás tudo o que te ordeno.
15 Not witstondynge thou mayst kyll ad eate flesh in al thi cities, what soeuer thi soule lusteth after acordinge to the blessinge of the Lorde thi God which he hath geuen the both the vncleane and the cleane mayst thou eate, euen as the roo and the hert:
15 Porém, consoante todo desejo da tua alma, poderás matar e comer carne nas tuas cidades, segundo a bênção do Senhor , teu Deus; o imundo e o limpo dela comerão, assim como se come da carne do corço e do veado.
16 only eate not the bloude, but poure it apon the erth as water.
16 Tão somente o sangue não comerás; sobre a terra o derramarás como água.
17 Thou mayst not eate within thi gates the tythe of thi corne, of thy wyne and of thi oyle, ether the firstborne of of thine oxen or of thy shepe, nether any of thi vowes which thou vowest, nor thi frewilofferinges or heueofferynges of thyne handes:
17 Nas tuas cidades, não poderás comer o dízimo do teu cereal, nem do teu vinho, nem do teu azeite, nem os primogênitos das tuas vacas, nem das tuas ovelhas, nem nenhuma das tuas ofertas votivas, que houveres prometido, nem as tuas ofertas voluntárias, nem as ofertas das tuas mãos;
18 but thou must eate them before the Lorde thi God, in the place which the Lorde thi God hath chosen: both thou thi sonne and thi doughter, thi seruaunte and thy mayde ad the leuite that is within thi gates: ad thou shalt reioyse before the Lorde thi God, in al that thou puttest thine hande to.
18 mas o comerás perante o Senhor , teu Deus, no lugar que o Senhor , teu Deus, escolher, tu, e teu filho, e tua filha, e teu servo, e tua serva, e o levita que mora na tua cidade; e perante o Senhor , teu Deus, te alegrarás em tudo o que fizeres.
19 And bewarre that thou forsake not the leuite as loge as thou lyuest vppon the erth.
19 Guarda-te, não desampares o levita todos os teus dias na terra.
20 Yf (when the Lorde thi God hath enlarged thi costes as he hath promysed the) thou saye: I will eate flesh, because thi soule longeth to eate flesh: then thou shalt eate flesh, what soeuer thi soule lusteth.
20 Quando o Senhor , teu Deus, alargar o teu território, como te prometeu, e, por desejares comer carne, disseres: Comerei carne, então, segundo o teu desejo, comerás carne.
21 Yf the place which the Lorde thi God hath chosen to put his name there be to ferre from the, then thou mayst kylle of thi oxen and of thi shepe which the Lorde hath geuen the as I haue commaunded the and thou mayst eate in thine awne citie what soeuer thi soule lusteth.
21 Se estiver longe de ti o lugar que o Senhor , teu Deus, escolher para nele pôr o seu nome, então, matarás das tuas vacas e tuas ovelhas, que o Senhor te houver dado, como te ordenei; e comerás dentro da tua cidade, segundo todo o teu desejo.
22 Neuer the later, as the roo and the herte is eaten, euen so thou shalt eate it: the vncleane and the cleane indifferently thou shalt eate.
22 Porém, como se come da carne do corço e do veado, assim comerás destas carnes; destas comerá tanto o homem imundo como o limpo.
23 But be strong that thou eate not the bloude. For the bloude, that is the lyfe: and thou mayst not eate the life with the flesh:
23 Somente empenha-te em não comeres o sangue, pois o sangue é a vida; pelo que não comerás a vida com a carne.
24 thou maist not eate it: but must power it vppo the erth as water.
24 Não o comerás; na terra o derramarás como água.
25 Se thou eate it not therfore that it maye goo well with the and with thy childern after the, when thou shalt haue done that whyche is ryghte in the syghte off the Lorde.
25 Não o comerás, para que bem te suceda a ti e a teus filhos, depois de ti, quando fizeres o que é reto aos olhos do Senhor .
26 But thy holye thinges which thou hast and thy vowes, thou shalt take and go vnto the place which the Lorde hath chosen,
26 Porém tomarás o que houveres consagrado daquilo que te pertence e as tuas ofertas votivas e virás ao lugar que o Senhor escolher.
27 and thou shalt offer thy burntoffrynges, both flesh ad bloude apon the alter of the Lorde thy God, and the bloude of thine offrynges thou shalt poure out vppon the alter of the Lorde thy God, and shalt eate the flesh.
27 E oferecerás os teus holocaustos, a carne e o sangue sobre o altar do Senhor , teu Deus; e o sangue dos teus sacrifícios se derramará sobre o altar do Senhor , teu Deus; porém a carne comerás.
28 Take hede and heare all these wordes which I commaunde the that it maye goo well with the and with thy children after the for euer, whe thou doest that whiche is good and right in the sighte of the Lorde thy God.
28 Guarda e cumpre todas estas palavras que te ordeno, para que bem te suceda a ti e a teus filhos, depois de ti, para sempre, quando fizeres o que é bom e reto aos olhos do Senhor , teu Deus.
29 When the Lorde thy God hath destroyed the nacions before the, whother thou goest to conquere them, and when thou hast conquered them, and dwelt in their landes:
29 Quando o Senhor , teu Deus, eliminar de diante de ti as nações, para as quais vais para possuí-las, e as desapossares e habitares na sua terra,
30 Bewarre that thou be not taken in a snare after the, after that they be destroyed before the, and that thou axenot after their goddes saynge: how dyd these nacyons serue their goddes, that I maye doo so likewyse?
30 guarda-te, não te enlaces com imitá-las, após terem sido destruídas diante de ti; e que não indagues acerca dos seus deuses, dizendo: Assim como serviram estas nações aos seus deuses, do mesmo modo também farei eu.
31 Nay, thou shalt not doo so vnto the Lorde thy God: for all abhominacyons which the Lorde hated dyd they vnto their goddes. For they burnt both their sonnes ad their doughters with fire vnto their goddes.
31 Não farás assim ao Senhor , teu Deus, porque tudo o que é abominável ao Senhor e que ele odeia fizeram eles a seus deuses, pois até seus filhos e suas filhas queimaram aos seus deuses.
32 But what soeuer I commaunde you that take hede ye do: ad put nought thereto, nor take ought there from.
32 Tudo o que eu te ordeno observarás; nada lhe acrescentarás, nem diminuirás.
