1 O homem, cujos testículos foram esmagados ou cortado o membro viril, não será admitido na assembléia do Senhor.
2 And he that is borne of a comen woman shall not come in the congregacion of the Lorde, no in the tenth generacyon he shall not entre in to the congregacyon of the Lorde.
2 O bastardo não entrará tampouco na assembléia do Senhor, mesmo até a décima geração.
3 The Ammonites and the Moabites shall not come in to the cogregacyon of the Lorde, no not in the tenth generacion, no they shall neuer come in to the cogregacion of the Lorde,
3 O amonita e o moabita não serão admitidos na assembléia do Senhor, mesmo até a décima geração,

5 Mas o Senhor, teu Deus, que te ama, não quis ouvir Balaão e trocou para ti a sua maldição em bênção.

6 Enquanto viveres, não lhes procurarás jamais prosperidade nem bem-estar.
7 Thou shalt not abhorre an Edomite, for he is thy brother: nether shalt thou abhorre an Egiptian, because thou wast a straunger in hys londe.
7 Não abominarás o idumeu {ou edomita} porque é teu irmão, nem o egípcio tampouco, porque foste forasteiro em sua terra.

8 Os seus descendentes, à terceira geração, poderão entrar na assembléia do Senhor.

9 Quando saíres a combater contra os teus inimigos, guardar-te-ás de toda má ação.

10 Se alguém dentre vós não estiver puro, em conseqüência de um acidente noturno, sairá do acampamento, e não voltará.

11 Pela tarde, lavar-se-á em água e poderá reintegrar-se ao acampamento ao pôr-do-sol.

12 Haverá, fora do acampamento, um lugar retirado, aonde poderás dirigir-te.
13 and thou shalt haue a sharpe poynte at the ende of thy wepon: and when thou wilt ease thy selfe, digge therewith and turne and couer that which is departed from the.
13 Terás contigo, em tuas bagagens, uma pá de que te servirás para abrir um buraco quando fores à parte e, partindo, cobrirás com terra os teus excrementos.

14 Porque o Senhor, teu Deus, anda pelo meio do acampamento para proteger-te e livrar-te dos teus inimigos; o teu acampamento deverá ser santo; não aconteça que, à vista de alguma coisa chocante o Senhor se desvie de ti.

15 Não entregarás ao seu senhor o escravo fugitivo que se refugiar em tua casa.

16 Ele ficará contigo, em tua terra , no lugar que tiver escolhido numa de tuas cidades, onde melhor lhe parecer, e não o molestarás.
17 There shalbe no whore of the doughters of Israel, nor whorekeper of the sonnes of Israel
17 Não haverá mulher cortesã nem prostituta entre as filhas ou entre os filhos de Israel.
18 Thou shalt nether brynge the hyre of an whore nor the pryce of a dogge in to the housse of the Lorde thy God; in no maner of vowe: for eue both of them are abhominacion vnto the Lorde thy God.
18 Seja qual for o voto que tiveres feito, não levarás à casa do Senhor, teu Deus, o ganho de uma prostituta nem o salário de um cão; porque uma e outra coisa são abominadas pelo Senhor, teu Deus.
19 Thou shalt be no vsurer vnto thy brother, nether in mony nor in fode, nor in any maner thinge that is lent vppon vserye.
19 Não exigirás juro algum de teu irmão, quer se trate de dinheiro, quer de gêneros alimentícios, ou do que quer que seja que se empreste a juros.
20 Vnto a strauger thou maist lende vppon vserye, but not vnto thy brother, that the Lorde thy God maye blesse the in all that thou settest thyne hande to in the londe whother thou goest to conquere it.
20 Poderás exigi-lo do estrangeiro, mas não de teu irmão, para que o Senhor, teu Deus, te abençoe em todas as tuas empresas na terra em que entrarás para possuí-la.
21 When thou hast vowed a vowe vnto the Lorde thy God, se thou be not slacke to paye it. For he will surely requyre it of the, and it shalbe synne vnto the.
21 Quando tiveres feito um voto ao Senhor, teu Deus, não demorarás em cumpri-lo, porque o Senhor, teu Deus, não deixará de pedir-te contas dele, e contrairias um pecado.
22 Yf thou shalt leue vowinge, it shalbe no synne vnto the:
22 Se não fizeres voto, não pecarás.
23 but that which is once gone out off thy lippes, thou must kepe and doo, accordynge as thou hast vowed vnto the Lorde thy god a frewilloffrynge whiche thou hast spoken with thy mouth.
23 Mas a promessa saída dos teus lábios, tu a cumprirás, e observarás fielmente o voto que fizeste espontaneamente ao Senhor, teu Deus, como disseste por tua própria boca.
24 When thou comest in to thy neghboures vyneyarde, thou mayst eate grapes thy belyfull at thine awne pleasure: but thou shalt put none in thy bagge.
24 Quando entrares na vinha do teu próximo, poderás comer livremente quantas uvas quiseres, mas não as levarás contigo em tua cesta.
25 When thou goest in to thy neyghbours corne, thou mayst plucke the eares with thine had but thou mayst not moue a sycle vnto thy neghbours corne.
25 Quando entrares na seara de trigo do teu próximo, poderás colher espigas com a mão, mas não usarás a foice.
